The Gleeks have spoken and it appears as though the show's creators have listened. With viewers expressing major discontent over the high number of tribute episodes so far this season on Glee, show co-creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk have confirmed that there will be no more special tribute episodes for the rest of the year.
In a recent interview with Perez Hilton, Ryan Murphy nixed the idea of any more tributes this season, including a full-blown Justin Bieber episode. "[We are] NOT doing a Justin Bieber tribute episode. We are not doing any more of those this season. Those are reserved for artists with a big catalogue, ala Madonna and Britney."
"Glee" co-creator Brad Falchuk also recently weighed on his personal Twitter account, claiming, "No more tributes this season. Relax."
