Glee Star Dianna Agron Responds To GQ Photo Controversy! image

Agron issues apology for recent "Glee" pictorial in GQ Magazine.

Glee star Dianna Agron (Quinn Fabray) has issued an apology for her recent GQ photo shoot with co-stars Lea Michele (Rachel Berry) and Cory Monteith (Finn Hudson). Released last week, the pictorial has been deemed inappropriate by many for its racy, sexual undertones. The Parents TV Council (PTC) has even labeled it a form of "pedophilia," claiming that the photos are too sexually suggestive for characters who are supposed to be in high school.

In a recent entry on her personal blog, Agron offered her personal explanation of the pictorial. "For GQ, they asked us to play very heightened versions of our school characters. A "Hit Me Baby One More Time" version. At the time, it wasn't my favorite idea, but I did not walk away." She then goes on to say, "If you are hurt or these photos make you uncomfortable, it was never our intention. And if your eight-year-old has a copy of our GQ cover in hand, again I am sorry. But I would have to ask, how on earth did it get there?"

The controversial photos can be accessed online via GQ official website.
