Noah counsels Patrick.
Sonny counsels Robin and Kristina.
Lulu and Jason counsel each other.

Nikolas wants to know why Colleen wants to leave before he asked her to. She cons Nikolas by saying that Spencer is in tune with other people's emotions, and she doesn't want her sadness to cause him any distress. Nikolas asks Emily what she thinks and Emily agrees with Colleen. Emily says between her, Nikolas and Alfred, they can certainly handle one baby.
Patrick is grumpy at work. He grapples with Epiphany over nurses not checking on his patients often enough. Noah enters the scene and realizes that Patrick is upset about Robin, not angry with the nurses.

Robin pays Sonny a visit. She wants an objective opinion about whether she is suffering from survivor's guilt (over Stone's death) or not. After she explains Patrick's theory to him, Sonny agrees with HIM. Sonny reminds Robin that she has a life, a career, and the chance to move on and Stone doesn't. Sonny says he knows how it works, you feel so guilty about being the one who lives, so you start to sabotage everything you've worked for. Sonny tells Robin that Stone wouldn't want her to beat herself up because she's falling in love again. She thinks maybe she's not in love after all. Sonny begs to differ.
In the hotel room, Lulu is having a meltdown about her abortion and Jason tells her to stop and breathe. He tells her if she's not up to finding Spinelli….she cuts him off and tells him not feel sorry for her! Then she tells Jason how wonderful her mother was when she finally found the courage to tell her what had happened with Dillon. Lulu told Jason about all the “what ifs” that keep going through her head…what if knowing about her abortion put Laura over the edge, what if she never slept with Dillon in the first place? Jason said that “what ifs” don't change anything. When asked, he admits that he thinks about the “what ifs” in is life all the time.

At Kelly's, Dillon apologizes to Georgie for how distant he's been lately. Georgie would like to tell him it's okay, but it's not. She wishes they could go through a whole week without a misunderstanding. They agree to try to spend more time together, starting with tonight. She has to work, but he's going to help her bus tables. As they work Dillon gives her review of a movie he recently saw.

Lulu wants to know what Jason wishes he had done differently. She tells him how the Quartermaines talk about him, how everything just rolls off his back. Certainly some things must get to him. He admits that he broke up with Sam because he was afraid of watching her die just for loving him. He feels that everything bad that has happened since then has been a direct result of his decision to leave her.
Sitting on the couch in the hospital lounge, Noah tells Patrick that he'd like to be able to help. Patrick asks him if he remembers Stone Cates, and Noah says yes. Patrick says Robin is like Juliet, a young woman who can't bear to live without her first love. Noah suggests that Patrick tries to look at it from Robin's perspective. Did he ever consider that she might be feeling scared that she might lose him too? Noah reminds Patrick how he fell apart when his mother died. All these years later, the thought of risking love again feels too debilitating. Maybe that's what Robin is feeling now.

Emily, Nikolas and Spencer are hanging out together by the Christmas tree. Nikolas thinks that Colleen leaving is the best solution for everyone. Meanwhile, Colleen visits Helena in her parapet prison. Colleen tells her that she almost brought some food, but reconsidered. “Why draw it out?” she toys with Helena. She's read that death by dehydration is bad enough. Helena is trying to talk, but her mouth is stuffed with a tie. Colleen tells her that Emily, Alfred and Nikolas didn't give her the respect she deserves. Spencer is the only one who matters now. Tears roll down her twisted face as she tells Helena that she'll always be grateful to her for bringing Spencer to her.
Lulu tells Jason not to get the wrong idea, she's not sorry she had the abortion. She knows she's not ready to be a mom. But she doesn't know why she's losing it all the time. Jason tells her that sometimes things happen fast, but we relive them slow. He explains how Sam is still grieving over the baby girl she lost a year ago. Lulu realizes that maybe she expected to bounce back too soon.
Sonny goes to visit his daughter at the lake house and offers to take her shopping for a Christmas tree. Kristina isn't replying to his questions so he keeps talking about what kind of tree they should get. Eventually, she starts to react by nodding and shaking her head at least. They agree that tomorrow they'll go get the biggest tree they've ever seen. Ric walks in.
Robin bellies up to the bar at Jakes, orders a shot of tequila, and tells Jake to keep them coming. He asks if her friends are joining her, but she tells him that tonight is just a one-woman celebration. Robin is starting to slur her words as she tells Jake how boring she is. She's boring…predictable…Robin, the straight A student. Robin, the one who never takes any chances. “But I did take a chance once…on love.” She and Jake continue to talk and Patrick joins them. She pours him a shot.
Jax and the boys visit Nikolas. Michael asks Nikolas if Spencer can play baby Jesus in the Christmas Eve pageant. Emily loves the idea. Colleen comes into the room to say goodbye to Spencer. Michael tells Colleen that Spencer is going to play Baby Jesus at the Queen of Angels on Christmas Eve. As she whispers in his hear, Emily takes the baby away and Nikolas thanks Colleen for all her hard work.
Lulu asks Jason if his leg is well enough to keep on the move, so she can get back to her “so-called life”. They start to leave the hotel and the girl who works there asks why they are leaving already. Her baby has dropped its teddy bear, and Lulu picks it up for her. Then, she apologizes to the girl for what she said yesterday. Jason hands the car keys over to Lulu and tells her she can drive if she wants to.
Ric tells Sonny that he's there to see Molly, but Sonny says she's already gone to bed. Sonny picks Kristina up to put her to bed (and get her away from Ric), and just then Alexis gets home and wants to know what is going on. Alexis quickly tells Kristina that she is popular tonight to have both her daddy and Ric. She asks Sonny to take her upstairs so she can talk to Ric, even though she'd rather have some peace and quiet. After Sonny carries his girl up the stairs, Ric tells Alexis that Sony is actively trying to kill him. Alexis just sighs.
Jax ask Nikolas if he'll match his donation to the pageant, then explains that the money goes to homeless children. Nikolas agrees to the donation, and then to letting his son play Baby Jesus. On a flight to Denver, Colleen is looking at a catalog of baby items. She circles a picture of a crib.
Patrick asks Jake how many shots Robin has had. Robin tells them to stop talking about her as if she wasn't there. Patrick gathers her things so they can leave and go talk somewhere privately. She wants to stay, but he grabs her by the arm to take her home. Coleman gets in his face. Robin tells Patrick not to be Mr. Macho Man. Patrick lets go of Robin's arm, but as they start to leave, Coleman is still standing in their way. Patrick shoves him into the bar and when Coleman comes back for a swing, Patrick lands one first. It looks like he hurt his hand.
Sonny comes downstairs and tells Ric to leave so the children can sleep. Alexis asks Sonny if he tried to kill Ric.
Lulu is thoroughly enjoying the power of the SUV that she's driving. Jason tells her to slow down, but it's too late, there's a siren blaring from behind them. Jason gives her the evil eye. The cop comes up and shines a flashlight in on Lulu and she hands over her license and registration. He says it's not her vehicle; then he shines his light on Jason.
NEXT ON GH:
Robin swings a pool stick at Coleman.
Sonny wishes he would've killed Ric already.
Lulu wants to run from the cops.
