Warren is out to make Alexis pay, Jax helps Michael evade Ronnie, and Carly takes the stand.
Alexis interrupts Kristina watching Warren Bauer's video accusing Alexis of murder on Kiefer's website. Alexis turns it off, but Kristina cries that they can't pretend it's going to go away! Alexis insists that they have to stay calm and she will find a way to get them through it.
Jason tells Dante he is a traitor and isn't concerned about Michael, but instead wants to take Sonny down. Dante informs Jason that Ronnie is on Sonny's island looking for Michael and he is in harm's way. Jason thinks that Dante can't protect his brothers and send Sonny to prison at the same time. Dante angrily leaves.
On the island, Michael listens as Ronnie orders him to come forward. Jax enters and asks Ronnie what he's doing there. Ronnie knows Jax is there to check up on Michael. Jax claims it will be a good investment property when Sonny is in jail. Ronnie thinks Jax is trying to do damage control. Max enters and forces Ronnie to leave.
Carly takes the stand with Josslyn in her arms, but Claire objects and says, "That baby shouldn't be here and the witness knows it." Carly claims she wasn't given much notice and her nanny isn't available. Carly tells the jury she wanted everyone to meet the baby that Claudia tried to kill. The judge orders a recess.
Outside the courtroom, Sonny is angry with Carly for pulling a stunt. She orders him not to pick a fight with the one person who holds his future in her hands. She asserts she knows what she is doing and he'll thank her later.
Morgan and Molly watch Warren's video online. Molly is upset that she'll be left alone. Morgan tells Molly not to worry because he knows exactly how to shut Warren up.
Dante arrives at Morgan's house after Morgan calls him for help. Morgan and Molly fill him in on Mr. Bauer's video. Morgan asks Dante to fix this for them and make it all go away. Dante explains that because Kristina lied, Mr. Bauer has the right to an investigation, but assures them Alexis won't go to prison. After Dante leaves, Morgan is sorry Dante couldn't help. Molly thinks she knows someone who can.
Jason finds out that Ronnie is off the island, but orders Max to limit Michael's interaction with the phone and Internet. Jason then tells Michael he did a good job hiding from Ronnie. Jason informs him that everything will be over soon but he is sending him somewhere else.
Carly returns to the stand. She tells the jury how Claudia wanted to take Josslyn away from her. Carly convincingly tells the jury that she made her way to a cabin and Sam arrived in time to help her deliver. Carly explains as Sam went to get the car, Claudia arrived with a gun, and took her baby. Carly then says Sonny showed up at and didn't mean to kill Claudia, but he was acting on instinct and it was an accident. She then thanks Sonny for saving her baby. Sonny shakes his head in disbelief. Carly claims it was her idea to cover the murder up because no one would believe Sonny was innocent. Claire cross-examines Carly and asks how she developed superhuman powers. Claire claims Claudia delivered the baby. Carly then states Claudia's death was an accident and she would swear it on her daughter's life! Claire claims that Carly is trying to manipulate the jury. Carly asserts her daughter was at the hands of a madwoman and Sonny saved her. After Carly steps down, Sonny whispers to Diane he believes the jury bought it. Diane states to the court that the defense rests.
Kristina begins to look at Kiefer's memorial site again. She is interrupted by Sam, who stops by to check in on her. Kristina shows Sam Kiefer's journal and brings up the memorial. Sam points out that Mr. Bauer is being just like Kiefer by being really mean to her and then really nice. Kristina cries that Kiefer wasn't evil and did some good things. She pulls the memorial site up, but Sam asks her to stop romanticizing Kiefer. Sam calmly tells Kristina she has to take responsibility for making a choice to stay in a relationship with a guy who hit her.
Molly goes to Jason's office and asks him for his help. She tells him that Mr. Bauer wants revenge and she can't lose her mom. She begs Jason to stop Warren. Molly explains that Dante has to follow the law, but Jason doesn't. A stunned Jason asks her if she's asking him to kill Warren.
Alexis arrives at the police station to find an angry Warren Bauer. He yells and asks why she didn't stop after she ran over his son! She calmly tells him she was in shock, but he yells that she is lying. She tells him Kiefer's death was horrible, but she reminds him that Kiefer was beating her daughter. Warren thinks Alexis is getting special treatment because she's sleeping with Mac! Mac orders Warren to leave, but Alexis asks for a moment alone with Warren. Alexis asks him to stop making everyone else miserable. Warren orders her to spare him a lecture and promises to send her to prison. Sam arrives to hear Alexis pleading with Warren. When Warren yells that Kristina got beat up because she was asking for it, Sam punches Warren in the face!
Morgan gets a call from Michael. Michael tells him he's headed to a new island. Morgan wishes he could go with him.
The judge orders a recess and Diane tells Sonny that Carly was brilliant. Sonny goes to thank Carly and kisses her!
