lucky - it sounds like you would like to. If there isn't a compelling reason not to, then it might be nice to do it.

hera---I am going to, she's been so grown up about all the changes that are coming. Thanks for the extra nudge.

I don't believe that if Sonny went to jail, his kids would be permanently damaged -- well, no more than they already have been by having Sonny as their father to begin with. And, if it's really the case that Sonny's kids would be permanently damaged by him going to jail, then Sonny needs to put his children's needs ahead of his own for a change and STOP BEING A CRIMINAL!!!! With or without Jax's involvement, law enforcement will always be after Sonny and as long as he keeps breaking the law, there's a chance Sonny will go to jail (well, at least there is in the real world).

If Michael seems like an afterthought to Jax, I think it's at least partly because everyone (Sonny, Carly, Jason, even the Q's and Michael himself) treats Jax like an outsider when it comes to Michael. They never listen to what Jax has to say about Michael - like that he should come clean about killing Claudia, face the consequences (which without a cover-up would likely have been minimal, if any - he may have gotten off completely with defense of others or justifiable homicide) and GET THE HELP he needed. Michael always wanted Carly and Sonny back together, which may be perfectly natural for a kid of divorced parents, but that would also have to put a strain on Michael's relationship with Jax, as Carly's current husband.

To me, Michael going to live with Sonny and Claudia is no different than Michael going to live with Sonny himself. Claudia did not intend for Michael to get hurt - it was an accident that just as easily could have been caused by Sonny himself or any number of Sonny's other enemies. Personally, I think it was in fact cause by Sonny, because Sonny started the whole chain of events that caused the Z's to take the hit out on him in the first place, but that's JMO. When he first woke up from his coma, Michael was very unpredictable with a worse temper than before he was shot, and he was violent. I think it was totally reasonable for Jax to want some separation between Michael and Carly during Carly's high risk pregnancy, which could have killed CARLY, not just the baby. If losing Sonny would permanently damage Michael and Morgan, what would have happened to Michael and Morgan then?

As far as Jax exercising "bad judgment" in trying to bring Sonny down knowing that it would upset Carly, Michael and Morgan, well, Carly has chosen Sonny over Jax how many times while they were married? Carly's slept with Sonny twice while she's been married to Jax and lied to the cops about sleeping with Sonny a third time to alibi him for shooting Karpov. Personally, I think Jax has been more than patient with Carly and with Sonny interjecting himself into Carly and Jax's marriage whenever the mood strikes him. Should Jax have worked behind the scenes to get Dante to do Jax's dirty work for him? No, but Sonny uses people to do his dirty work for him all the time. Does that make it right? No, but Jax has waited for a long time for the justice system to catch up with Sonny and give him his due for the crimes he has committed and it hasn't worked yet. The playing field is hardly fair if one side (Jax) is expected to always play by the rules no matter what when the other side (Sonny) will lie, cheat, steal and harm whomever they have to in order to get their way. At some point, the time comes to fight fire with fire. AND NO, I don't think that's what you should do in the real world, but as I've been reminded several times, GH is not the real world, so I don't know that I have a problem with Jax trying to beat Sonny at his own game.

I don't think Jax's entire motivation to get Sonny sent to jail was selfish, although I won't deny Jax's hatred of Sonny was part of it. I think Jax was/is honestly concerned about the safety of all the kids, which is completely legitimate especially after what happened to Michael. Jax was willing to sacrifice harmony in his relationship with Carly to keep all the kids (Michael, Morgan, Josslyn and Kristina and Molly - the daughters of his good/best friend Alexis) safe from being the next piece of collateral damage in Sonny's life. In some ways, you could actually look at that that as actually kind of selfless of him, as he was willing to sacrifice his marriage for what Jax believes is for the greater good. Is it possible for the same act to be selfish and selfless at the same time? He knew it could cost him his marriage, and he still went ahead with it - yes, because he hates Sonny, but also yes because he truly thinks they would all be safer with Sonny behind bars.

OFF TOPIC: and DWTS Spoiler Alert!

It's a truly sad day ladies. Aiden has been voted off DWTS. It is TRULY criminal that Kate continues to dance while Aiden is off. I'm sorry, but that is just NOT RIGHT!!!!!!

Ring---You and Storm seem to take everything that I am thinking or have a hard time articulating and make it seem effortless. ITA with your assessment of the situation.

I am in the minority, but I agree with the Bauers. They are grieving over the death of their son. And it is Kristina's fault. If she would have said something the first, second or even third time he abused her, Keifer would still be alive. And FINALLY, someone told her it is her fault. Jax is wrong!

Ethan-WTF are you doing apologizing to that lying little twit. And Kristina is still giving you lip. These people still owe you an apology abut they are so clueless. Ethan is a much better person than any of them combined. Evidently, they all think they were entirely justified in letting him be arrested for beating on her and then runnnig Keifer down.

Another WTF moment-Jason offering to take Sonny's place!!! Why??? What is Sonny's hold on people that they are willing to sacrifice all for him?? I don't get it. Aussie-your comment about the broromance may have hit the nail on the head. Anyway, Sonny demands loyalty from everyone else, but he doesn't know the meaning of the word. He would throw Jason under the bus in a heartbeat if it suited him.

Lulu needs to quit dithering and just tell Dante. And she has become such an annoying little twerp lately that I hope he dumps her. Wonder who she will go running to when that happens. Obviously, I don't have much sympathy for her.

Alexis needs to get her head out of her nether regions. Kristina needs a shrink far more than she needs a trip to Paris.

Hi aussie, beyond, been, bean, fire, hera, enad, FUBU, da_kid, blessed, cowboys, poodles, monkey, storm, rans, ring, tt, TX, NYD, TN, tipsy, blue, 4my, starlett, mamajj and anyone I missed.

ITA with you about Sonny, ring. Sonny's kids being permanently damaged if he went to jail??? More like they just might have a chance of a more normal life.

OFFTOPIC Truly sad about Aiden but the judges were really harsh on him last night. I can't quite figure out why Kate, who can't dance, is still on. Aiden should still be there, at least he has a personality.

lucky - thanks! I do work hard to make my comments clear (if not concise!) and thorough, even if everyone doesn't agree with me. It's funny, when I started drafting my comment, there were only 73 posts and when I finally finshed it and posted it, there were 93! I kept editing it to move sentences and paragraphs around to make it flow easily and make sure I was saying things the clearest way I could.

Well, it's time for bed ladies and gents. See you (or your posts) all later!

Melinda/Alexis/Kristina-Although I am sympathetic to Melinda's grief, I don't think Alexis should have allowed her to continue berating Kristina (even though I don't have much sympathy for her). She could have picked up a phone or pressed the call button for a nurse. She needs to get her head on straight.

Ethan/Maya/Kristina-Unbelievable. Ethan apologizes to Kristina after she wrecks his life. I can see his point that he is a grownup and she is a kid.

Carly/Jax-Jax should learn by now that Carly sees things through Sonny colored glasses and will never agree with him. Everything is always going to be his fault even if Sonny creates the whole mess in the first place. They just need to get a divorce and try to be civil for the kids.

Warren/Kristina-Warren is such a cold customer, I am surprised that Kristina didn't need a extra blanket. I am not impressed with a man that berates a beaten up teenager in a hospital bed. Alexis is in for a lot of trouble from him. Let's just hope he is no relation to Jack Bauer.

Claire/Sonny/Jason-Claire decides to play Let's Make a Deal and Sonny is considering it. I was a bit surprised that he turned down Jason's offer to go to prison. I don't think Claire would go for it anyway. She wants the big fish.

Lulu/Olivia/Dante-Olivia just proves that noone can embarass you as much as your mother. I felt for Lulu as she listened to Olivia talk about being a teenage mother.

cbru - yes "Robo-Kate" needs to go! It is wrong that she will once again have the opportunity to inflict visual torture on the viewers for yet another week. I like Tony Dovolani and he can usually work miracles, but I think Robo-Kate is beyond even his massive talent! There is NO WAY that Aiden's dance last night was only ONE judge's point better than Kate's. So wrong.
