The judge has a warning for Coleman, Lucky and Dante target Kiefer, Robin testifies and Tracy has a plan.

At Kelly's, Kiefer tells Dante that bringing up the beating isn't really helping Kristina, but Dante wants to make sure it never happens to her again. Dante questions Kiefer about the night she was abused. Kristina puts up a good front as Kiefer talks, but Dante is wary of Kiefer's smarmy behavior. Kiefer leaves and Dante asks Kristina if their conversation awhile back about guys who used girls for sex was about Kiefer.

Lucky meets Maya outside of his old house, which used to be Mary Mae's, and they get acquainted by talking about Mary Mae, the house and Edward. Lucky gets a call and Maya leaves. Lucky answers his phone to Dante who thinks they have a lead on Kristina's attacker.

Lucky meets with Dante at Kelly's and they agree Kiefer has some issues. Lucky recalls how guarded his parents were and notes parents have covered up worse things for their kids. Lucky says he will interview the kid who had the party Kiefer was supposed to go to and Dante will talk to the neighbors. They reconvene after questioning people and Lucky learns Kiefer left the party furious and Dante learned a car matching Kiefer's almost side swiped a neighbor's that night. Dante and Lucky summon Kiefer back to Kelly's and play good cop bad cop while trying to get answers out of him. Kiefer says he did nothing wrong – Kristina screwed up big time and it's on her. Lucky wonders if he's saying she got what she deserved.

Ignoring Tracy's disdain for her, Skye says hello to Luke and meets his son Ethan. Tracy asks Skye what exactly she's been up to. Edward brings Maya to the casino and is thrilled to see Skye has returned. Some bickering ensues and Tracy leaves. Luke asks Ethan to get Maya and Edward out of there so he can be alone with Skye. Ethan obliges and once alone, Luke asks Skye why she returned. She remains coy and they flirt as Tracy returns with Jax, who she convinced to come with her by saying she had a project that would catch Carly's attention.

Nikolas comes to Elizabeth's house and orders Helena out. He then notes Elizabeth has the paternity test results and encourages her to open it. She does and tells him he's going to be a father again. Helena leaves and Nikolas knows Elizabeth is disappointed the baby isn't Lucky's. She says this baby was her last chance to be with Lucky and to make things up to him. She does ask Nikolas to be a good father though and to be available and present. He says that's the way it should be and promises to be better at being a dad. Nikolas knows they won't be together but is hopeful they can be a family.
Helena gives the lab tech an envelope of money thanking him for his work with Nikolas' independent test. She tells him no one can ever know Lucky is the father.

Kate and Coleman walk out of his sequestered hotel room in the Metro Court and make out. They get caught by the judge and Kate scampers off. The judge orders Coleman to use some restraint or he will have to live with the repercussions.

Downstairs at the Metro Court, Olivia shows Johnny a brochure of a resort stay she won and he's excited, but he can't go until after the trial. He leaves and Kate walks up to her cousin wondering whose side of the trial she's on. Olivia reminds her Sonny shot their son, a cop, and she's done making excuses for him. Carly approaches and has words with Kate about her knowing Dante was Sonny's son. After Carly walks off, Kate warns Olivia if he gets acquitted, Sonny will come at her with his charm in full force in order to build a bridge between him and Dante. Olivia says he can put the pressure on until Hell freezes over, but it's up to Dante if he wants a relationship with his father.

Patrick and Robin argue about Sonny at the hospital and Robin gets a summons to appear in court.

In Sonny's office, Diane tells Jason and Sonny his outburst in court could get him a life sentence for premeditated murder. Jason wonders if they can get the jury back on Sonny's side and she thinks they still have Coleman, but they've ruined their chances of painting Sonny as a loving father who was protecting Carly and her baby. Once Sonny and Diane go to court, Carly meets with Jason who tells her Robin is testifying. He adds that Carly can be the one to turn things around for Sonny.

In court, the judge reminds everyone to be on their best behavior and lets the jury know this isn't reality TV and no one will not be voted off the island for causing trouble. Johnny is recalled to the stand and is questioned about the night of Claudia's party. Once he's done, Johnny is unhappy he didn’t get the chance to tell the jury what Sonny said to Claudia that night, but Claire assures him she got what she wanted from him. Robin takes the stand, as Patrick sits in the back. Robin talks glowingly about Sonny and how he treated Stone and created the AIDS memorial wing at the hospital. Diane thinks Robin may have saved Sonny's character, but Sonny knows Claire isn't finished yet. Claire starts to turn things around when she asks Robin what Sonny said about Claudia at the party. Robin is forced to admit Sonny called Claudia derogatory names and that he said, "Claudia has lied to us for the last time."
