    Nothing to Lose.

    Monday, January 25 2010
Luke consoles his son, Michael tells Sonny about Dominic, and Maxie comes through.

Michael secretly listens as Dante and Johnny discuss bringing Sonny down on the pier.

Dante goes to see his mother at her place and tells her he hates his job because he hates lying to everyone. He tells her Sonny wants to groom him to take over one day instead of his own son. He was honored for a minute and even respects Sonny on some level, but now he has to destroy him. Olivia tells him he has to walk away from this case tonight.

Sam pays a parking ticket at the police station as Mac drags Maxie in to question her. Sam checks to make sure she's okay, but Maxie says she's got it handled. Mac leads his daughter into the interrogation room, as Diane walks in. She takes note of what's happening with Maxie and walks in the room to ask why Mac is grilling her without her lawyer present. Mac starts to question Maxie and she launches into her story leaving Michael out of it.

At Sonny's, Jason assures him Maxie will cover for them, but Sonny doesn't have the confidence that she will keep her mouth shut. Spinelli walks in as they argue about it to urgently tell them Maxie has been brought into the police station. Spinelli tells them he called Diane, which Sonny calls a bad move. Jason sends him off to find out what's going on and tells him to report back to him. Spinelli leaves and Jason says they just need Diane to make a case for self defense for Michael. Sonny wonders if Franco messed with Jason's head more than he thought and declares they will make sure the cover holds and protect Michael whatever it takes. After Jason's gone, Diane comes to tell Sonny Maxie did well. Michael then shows up and Diane leaves. Michael tells his father Dominic is working for the cops.

At Elizabeth's house, Lucky tells his brother and fiancée, he knows they are having an affair. Elizabeth tries to apologize, but Lucky calls what they did sick and will try to figure out how he could be so blind to what she really is. Nikolas tries to take all the blame saying he pressured her into it. Lucky isn't swayed and wonders what it is about cheating that turns Elizabeth on so much. He verbally berates her and then says never in his wildest dreams would he have imagined the betrayal from his own brother. They tell him what he saw was them ending things and that they love him. Lucky is sickened by them and calls Nikolas a sorry excuse for a man. Elizabeth promises she will never touch Nikolas again, but Lucky no longer cares. She was everything to him once and he doesn't know when or why she changed, but now he can see her for who she is really is and calls her disparaging names. Carly comes over and despite Elizabeth asking him not to answer the door, he runs over to open it. Carly says she just wanted to invite them to the christening and Lucky says he'll be there, but Elizabeth and Nikolas will be too busy 'rutting like farm animals'. Uncomfortable, Carly leaves and Elizabeth worries Carly will tell everyone. She knows Lucky wants to punish her, but she begs him to think about the boys. Lucky goes off, instructing her to never use Cam and Jake to manipulate him again. He tells her she will get what she deserves and that might include two kids who can't stand the sight of her and she'll only have herself to blame. Before he leaves he wonders what happened to the precious little girl he found in the snow. He says he'll always love that girl and leaves in tears. Elizabeth is destroyed and Nikolas tries to console her, but she throws him out because she hates him right now. Nikolas leaves and Elizabeth sobs as she throws things around.

Carly goes to Jason's place to tell him what she just learned about Elizabeth. She takes delight in recounting the story, but Jason says it's none of their business. Carly thinks he needs to get over there to get his son back.

On the Haunted Star, Luke discusses the differences between his children with Tracy. He worries for Lucky because he doesn't have much emotional armor and notes what Elizabeth and Nikolas did is a huge betrayal. Lucky goes to the casino after Tracy has left and asks for a glass. Luke gives him one and Lucky pours himself a drink. He tells his father about confronting Elizabeth and calling her horrible names. He doesn't feel sad or angry about it. He doesn't even feel anything about it, but Luke tells him it won't last. Luke knows as soon as Lucky gets his wits about him again, he'll know just how to fix this. Luke tries to be optimistic for his son, who is decidedly not, but Lucky says it's okay to take off the rose colored glasses because nothing can hurt you when you have nothing to lose. He reaches for the bottle again, but Luke stops him saying a man with nothing to lose has nothing to live for.

Lulu goes to the hospital to get information from Epiphany about Al-Anon meetings. She also asks if the hospital has been missing pills. Epiphany demands to know what's going on and Lulu tells her about Lucky. Epiphany says if he's taking pills, he's not getting them from there. As they talk, Lulu says something else is going on, but she can't figure it out.

Nikolas and Lulu meet up on the pier. Nikolas admits to Lulu he and Elizabeth have been sleeping together and Lucky knows. Lulu is outraged and wonders how he could do this to his brother.

    Next on General Hospital:

Sonny thinks Michael is lying about Dominic, but has Jason investigate him just to be safe.

Agent Raynor gives the order to have Sonny arrested.

Lulu goes off on Nikolas and Elizabeth.

wow!!! What a show. Lucky was awesome. Said everything that needed to be said. Great acting. Carley was a hoot. She could not wait to go tell someone. The farm animal comment was perfect!
Olivia really needed to tell Dante the truth today. Like he's going to leave now...of all times. She is really a terrible mother. Sonny won't believe Michael right now but, Jason will check it out.

I loved me some Lucky today. And the award goes too......
He called Elizabeth every name in the book and everyone of them was deserved.

Then here comes Nikolas saying don't blame her. Well unless he raped her, she is at fault too. I hope Lucky could get custody of the boys. But he will have to put the alcohol down.

Elizabeth had the nerve to stand there crying. I guess it's not fun anymore if you don't have to sneak around.

I usually just read everyones comments, but I had to comment on today's episode. Way to go Lucky. I loved Lucky going off on Liz and Nik. I was cheering him on as he was yelling at Liz. It cracked me up when he invited Carly in and told her that he'll make the christening, but Liz and Nik will be too busy acting like rabbits.

I’ve only seen snipets of the show today.

But……I don’t agree with Carly regarding Liz being a bad mother because she’s getting it on with Nik; immoral, sure. After all Carly, you did ride Sonny’s pole since being Mrs. Jax. Jason’s reason for not being involved in Jake’s life is because of his job.

Oh, Liz, now you’re crying and now not wanting to be touched by Nik, also hating him right now. Well, Liz, blame your lusty vagina! Liz did you really think that Lucky would look at with any thing but contempt? Were you expecting understanding, forgiveness, trust and love?

    Where is Olivia’s dining table?

While I have not watched the episode yet, I was in the Live thread section and got a recount of all the dirty names that Lucky called Liz. tramp, the s word, I think that w word as well several times and as descpicable as Liz's behavior has been, I really don't like those horrible name calling that men on this show are allowed to call their women, Sonny did the same with Claudia, especially on daytime TV. Yes, Lucky is angry, upset, hurt, etc and I am not downplaying what these two idiots did to him. But I find it quite demeaning that male characters get to call female characters these names.

Okay, off my soap box now and on to the fact that I can hardly wait to watch Lucky confronting Niz for their actions. I hope to see that smug look that Liz wore when Lulu told her that Lucky was drinking wiped off her face and she sits down for some hard truths that it is always wrong to take advantage of people who trusts you and that selfishness never pays and lets not forget Nik who did the unthinkable when he slept with his brother's fiance. There really are no excuses and I sincerely hope that they do not attempt to provide any. Niz should just sit their butts down and accept the consequences like grown adults. I hope that their affair was worth it. Carly reveling in the downfall of a person that she hated is no surprise to me but why would she think that even though Liz was caught cheating that a hitman for the mob would still make a better parent than a cheating nurse?

Sure Carly ran over to Jason's to tell him about Elizabeth and Nic. So he could sue Elizabeth for custody of Jake. This way Carly can have her hearts desire, rasing Jason's child. After all she has done such a bang up job with Michael. Carly, Jason, and Sonny stole Michael from A.J. because they did not want him to be a Drunk with self entitlement issues. It's much better for him to be a want to be mobster with entitlement issues. Neither Carly, Jason, nor Sonny should be allowed to raise a hamster let alone a child. What would Jason do with a baby? The first time Carly, Sonny, Michael, Morgan, Kristina, Sam got in trouble off Jason would go. Leaving Jake with Carly, no that's not right, Carly does not take care of her own kids. It would be the Nanny.

WOW Fireworks Galore!! I Loved it. Caley was so happy it made me laugh. I've always liked both Carley and Liz but the monkey inside me loves that Carley flung a little poo. Loved that Jason defended the mother of his child. He saw Niz together and walked the other way so he knew, I think thats why he has been there for Lucky. I like Jason and Lucky as friends. Luke has never been better, I'm glad the writers let Luke and Lucky rebond. Great acting, great storylines.

Hi everyone! I hope that everyone had a great weekend.

Today, JJ was riveting. I wasn't able to pay attention to the other stories because I was gripped by the Lucky/Liz/Nik scene. Bravo, bravo to JJ who was superb, utterly superb! His acting was just phenomenal. Perfection. RH was heartbreaking as Liz, conveying just the right amount of anguish, shame, self-loathing and emotional devastation. That lost look in Liz's eyes after Lucky walked out was gut-wrenching. I felt so very sorry for both Liz and for Lucky. It was just a crushing moment in their lives for both of them. I was crying with them as Lucky said to Liz that he will always love her.

I felt as though I was a fly on the wall watching a couple break up in the most horrible way. It was really out of this world amazing. My hat off to the two of them. Brilliant, brilliant! I really hope that JJ and RH win Emmys for their superb performances. Bravo JJ and RH!

Lucky was great, he was so good he's awesome i loved how he, played his part by telling Elizbeth and his brother off, she felt like crap it was her own doing. I'm just happy that the truth finally came out. She need's to pay for how she has done him, Lucky over the year's. All she doe's is lie i was happy to see Carly at the door, and of course she went to Jason about what she heard. Jason tell's her to leave it alone, but as luck would have it Carly won't. And i did'nt like how Sonny spoke to Jason, Michael over heard Dante and Johnny talking so he goe's and tell's his father Sonny act's like Micheal is lieing to him. So Sonny has Jason check it out Michael was so right. What's wrong with Sonny lately he's not in the game that's for sure.
