GH Recap: Get Out Of My Head.

    Wednesday, April 16 2014
AJ haunts Sonny, Anna arrests Carlos, and Jordan wants in on the action Julian has brought to Port Charles.

At ELQ, Ned tells Luke he’ll offer his blessing to marry Tracy as soon as he signs a pre-nup. He wants Luke to prove he’s marrying Tracy for love and nothing else. Luke says he wants in at ELQ so his relationship with Tracy will be a true partnership – he’s a romantic that way. Luke accuses Ned of worrying about getting cut out of the will. Luke wants Tracy to back him up and she asks Ned to leave. Ned begs her not to let Luke play her before leaving. Alone, Tracy tells Luke there will be a pre-nup, and he will sign it. He accuses her of not having the same commitment he does and suggests they call the whole thing off.

At the station, Dante tells Michael the weapons dealer ID’d a potential subject and shows him a picture of Carlos. Michael tells them Carlos was just asking him about AJ and the investigation. Michael suggests Ava and Julian were in on it all the time since Carlos works for them. Anna and Dante head out when they get a tip that Carlos’ car is at Ava’s gallery.

At Kelly’s, Duke and Shawn discuss the Jerome’s drug operation. Cocaine, and lots of it, is already available on the streets. Shawn thinks Jordan is involved too. She swears she’s on the up and up, but Shawn has reason to doubt her considering her history running drugs back in Maryland. She even did a few years in jail. Duke worries that if Shawn is wrong he could alienate TJ. Duke suggests they send Anna after Julian’s drug trade before talk turns to Sonny. Duke says he seems to be wrestling with guilt over AJ’s death before he leaves. Shawn calls Jordan but gets no answer.

At the gallery, Carlos tells Ava there’s no way the gun can be traced back to him. He wonders if Ava has lied to him about shooting AJ but she promises him she didn’t do it. He points out AJ was the only one who could ID her as Connie’s shooter – except him. Ava asks Carlos if he’ll give her up. Meanwhile, Jordan tells Julian she knows all about the drug operation and wants in. She knows when and where the shipment came in and that it’s already in the hands of his dealers. She has expertise in distribution and isn’t sloppy like his people. Her reputation is stellar. He thinks she’s wearing a wire for Anna. Anna enters just then with Dante but she’s looking for Carlos. Carlos and Ava turn the corner. Carlos resists and Anna arrests him for attacking an officer. Julian stops Ava from following and demands to know what she’s hiding. Ava apologizes to Jordan and excuses herself to call a lawyer for Carlos. Julian comments how poised Jordan was during the raid but wants her to prove she isn’t wearing a wire. She slowly unbuttons her top. “Are you satisfied with what I am showing you or do you need a more thorough search?” she taunts before walking out.

AJ haunts Sonny at his place and wonders how long before Sonny reveals himself for the Judas he is. Sonny screams and throws a glass across the room, barely missing Olivia. AJ eggs Sonny on as he tells Olivia that the cops have a lead on AJ’s shooter. She’s glad for Michael but she knows something is eating Sonny alive and she can’t pretend to ignore it anymore. Sonny screams for AJ to get out of his face. She demands to know what’s eating at him and he yells at her that she’s not his mother. She reminds him that she’s going through pain and loss too. She thought they were dealing with Connie’s death together but now she sees there’s an ugly part of him that he’s hiding. She begs him to get help and leaves. AJ gets right back to taunting Sonny.

At the hospital Patrick stays by Sabrina’s side for her appointment and apologizes for being unreliable lately. He will be there for her and the baby no matter what anyone says, but refuses to let Carlos near his baby. Dr. Lee enters to handle the exam and asks if they want to know the sex. They learn they’re having a healthy boy and are overjoyed.

Back at the station Michael screams at Carlos until he’s taken into interrogation. Anna scolds Michael for his temper tantrums and asks him to let them do their job. In the interrogation room Carlos says he knows nothing about AJ’s shooting. Dante brings out Carlos’ gun and tells him his dealer sold him out. Carlos asks for his lawyer and Dante suggests he talk right now. Outside, Ava gets a call from Sonny – he needs her help.

Tomorrow’s Port Charles spoilers for General Hospital:

Maxie asks Nathan to move out.

Spencer isn’t thrilled with his new house guests.

    Lulu asks Britt for help.

Anna tells Carlos he is on his own.

Luke tells Tracy they are through.

Sonny turns to Ava for help.

AJ must be thinking “Man, I shoulda died a long time ago. They NEVER gave me scenes like this when I was alive.” We've seen more of him since he's been dead than we saw when he was in jail awaiting trial.

Oblivia: “That does it. We're switching to plastic glassware! I can't have our grandson over here every time Nulu wants to play detective with Dante if there's going to be glass splinters all over the place! Whatsamatter with you?”

Sean is having the time of his life. I hope the powers that be see what a mistake it was to do what they did to A.J. Sean is tearing up the screen with his performance!

It seems Alexis better check her man; his eyeballs nearly popped out of his head when Jordan unfastened her top. She is a piece of work...I still will hold out hope that she's working for the Feds. (Yeah, I know, fat chance in that.)

Michael, calm down, you aren't going to like what you ultimately find out.

Carlos, we he live to talk?

Luke rhymes with puke. I want to puke each time he's on the screen.

Alexis, Alexis who? Looks like the drug pusher Julian is going to enjoy working with his new "associate".

Nothing like a grown son keeping his momma's best interests at heart. Go Ned, you rock....

Like Shawn and Duke handing over the drug problems in Port Charles to the police. Such a novel idea.

It's because Sonny IS a mob boss with a heart of gold that he's feeling like this.

Looks like Carlos is about to sing...

Guess we all knew that Sabrina would be having a boy.

I knew Ned would be able to snap Tracy back to reality. I saw it in her eyes when Fluke cautioned Ned, saying “Careful, Son,” in an unmistakably threatening tone of voice. Mama didn't like that! Ned is not only her first born son, but he's also the only person in the entire world that Tracy trusts implicitly. I'm glad he was able to get through to her, but it was very impressive the way he maneuvered Fluke into showing Tracy that his true intentions for wanting to work at ELQ are far from honorable, and not at all romantic. The fact that Ned was able to trip this guy up so easily is proof in itself that this isn't the REAL Luke Spencer, although it's easy to understand why that possibility hasn't crossed anyone's mind yet, because it's so ludicrous. And yet, WE the viewers, know that that's probably the case, which doesn't say much for this storyline if the “truth” is too preposterous for even the characters on a soap opera to consider.

Ned REALLY needs to come back to look after ELQ. This business with Fluke, not to mention AJ's murder, is proof of that. Tracy's as tough as they come, and so is Monica, but they're not getting any younger. That being said, you'd think that by now, with all her previous experiences with matrimony, Tracy should know better than to marry someone if she has even the SLIGHTEST doubt about it. What does she care if Fluke calls off the wedding? She wasn't the one pushing for it in the first place. This was all HIS idea, which should've raised some red flags all by itself. Now that Tracy backed up Ned, and Fluke has threatened to take his toys and go home – wherever THAT would be – she needs to call his bluff. What's he going to do, threaten to move out and leave town? All that would mean would be that Tracy would be right back, exactly where she was before all this nonsense started. It would also prove that Ned and Monica were right, which would mean that Kinky was probably being truthful too. One way or the other, things are coming to a head with this storyline, just in time for May Sweeps.

And not a moment too soon!

The craziest thing in all of this story line is that where was Carlos when all of this went down? Did anyone see him go to Ava's apartment? For that matter where has the security camera footage from that day in the lobby of Ava's apartment complex.

No building today is without a security camera. They would see Ava back from her trip and Sonny entering the building and Carlos no where to be found on any of the footage. Even if he bought the gun that's not the gun that killed AJ that's Julian's gun. The police did not talk to the security or people who monitor the apartment lobby would know that Ava was back in her building and Sonny visiting there too? Were none of these people interviewed by the police???? The police still have to place Carlos at the building killing a man he does not even know.

My my my isn't that Jordan a piece of work. Good think Shawn was there for TJ, instead of his drug dealing mother.
She used drugs in the past so I don't buy her " I don't do drugs, I just sell them." statement.

    Contains Spoilers but my Speculation

Why do I keep thinking that when Spinelli and Ellie show up in Port Charles next month, most likely to deal with the custody arrangements, that Dr. O will stand up in court and say "There's your third embryo."

I'm convinced these writers check out this board. Three women all buy a cue on the same day. Can't be a coincidence that Anna, Tracy & Olivia all wised up at the same time.

    Should read "buy a clue".
