Ironically, the interception was caught by Matt Elam, a first round draft pick this year. He recently said in an interview that he was just itching for an interception! And what do you know........there it is at just the PERFECT time!!! He's probably going to bronze that game ball!!!

    ***off topic NFL***

Congratulations Ravens fans. There's an old saying in football that the more field goals you kick, the closer you are to losing. I guess the Ravens never heard that one, because tonight they were the exception that proves the rule. They were as close as that last three yard run from losing to the Lions, but they pulled it out by the skin of the ball. I'm glad because I don't care much for the Lion's coach and some of their defensive players, but for my taste, that's putting a little too much “foot” in football. If I wanted to see somebody kick THAT much, I'd much rather watch the cheerleaders.

The Dallas Cowboys released a statement today saying that they hope the Bears, the Packers, all their fans, and backup quarterbacks everywhere enjoyed the early Christmas presents the Cowboys bestowed upon them, to which many of us around here replied “Bah! Humbug!” and other less printable expletives, as has become our habit during Cowboys' games.

I have never known a team, a person, or any other entity so intent on self sabotage, nor one so good at it as the Dallas Cowboys, who after winning Superbowl XXX at the end of the 1995 season, are now 135-135 in the regular season since 1997. That's the very definition of average, and a record for sheer mediocrity unmatched in the history of sports, thanks in part to three, one-point losses this year, which ties an NFL record for a season, and there are still two games yet to be played. Oh yeah, their defense is on pace to set the record for the most total yards allowed in the regular season NFL history. Now THAT'S something to tell your grandchildren about! Or maybe they could tell them about the year they allowed an NFL-record 40 first downs in one game to the Saints, saw five quarterbacks throw four touchdown passes against them in one season, and lost back-to-back games playing against backup quarterbacks.

Sheesh! It's hard to be a Dallas Cowboys fan these days.

Casey1 wrote: "What a bittersweet finale to Maxie and Spinelli. They could have been so much more, raising their beautiful daughter Georgie together." How do you know they won't be. If Maxie is awarded custody after the six months is up, Spin might come back to Port Charles to be with the little daughter who he has been raising.

For all we know Britt stole someone else's embryo and gave the others to Mutter who is engaged in some nefarious genetic engineering. I really don't want Ben to be Lulu and Dante's child. I wouldn't trust Lulu with a cat.

Good Morning Everyone Watched last night and this episode rocked it out....having all the hallmarks of great soap opera telenovela-dom. Beautifully done - hat tip to all the 'players', especially BA. I will echo so many posters...gonna miss Spinelli big time.

Couple of observations: Yet again we see the lax security protocols of the GH Lab. Immediately after Dante and LuLu finish their discussion with Ellie about "how could the embryos possibly go missing", Ellie wishes them well and skedaddles off to the airport....leaving them alone in the lab. They could have cleaned the place out, and set up a booth at the local swap meet this weekend with their ill gotten gains.

Speculation for way down the road: the set up of the Christmas ornament given to baby Georgie, while Maxie kept the other. So sweet. If some how all parties concerned lose touch (a tsunami takes out Portland for example), I can see years down the road a teenage girl shows up in Port Chuck with that ornament. By then hopefully Maxie is the piller of Port Chuck....and they match up the ornaments, and it's beautiful soapy drama.

So happy Frau Blucher is back. It was high hilarity listening to her define what real LOVE is....telling Anna she drifts anyway the wind blows, but she LIESL is sociopathecally obsessed and devoted to lover boy. I bet Liesl has a framed and autographed pic of Glenn Close from Fatal Attraction on her bedroom dresser, and salutes it every night before she hangs upside down from the ceiling and goes to sleep.

prettypeachroses79 If, as you claim, Sabrina is Lily and Sonny's daughter, that would make Carlos her uncle, and we know how the viewers feel about incest. NO WAY!

I suggest to try and keep these rumors to yourself or go to another board. "I've got a secret, and I'm going to tell!" is childish behaviour at best. I think Admin should block people who post spoilers.

Rootbeer had a good suggestion that those who feel the need to spoil things by posting spoilers simply post the link to where they can be found, although links to other sites are discouraged on the board. Otherwise, go to the message board and you can blab your little hearts out.

Scrimmage: I believe it was you that said "there is NO WAY Robin survived the explosion because it. made no sense".

    It's soaps, Not that complicated.......

Britt's story to Nik, that she helped herself to something that didn't belong to her was purposefully vague. He assumes she means sperm alone, and she leaves it at that, not correcting him and saying it was an embryo. I think some rehabilitating liars might opt for the vague and fuzzy half truths as they 12-step (baby step) their way to redemption, and this is what I think Britt is doing. She never said whose sperm it was. She doesn't want to personalize it, and alert Nik that from Dante it's not a big leap to LuLu his half sister. Sooner or later Nik will hear about the missing embryos....and while it's lovey dovey right now (and I am a big fan of the Nik and Britt hook-up), let's face it, Nik probably has his limits as to how much badness he will tolerate. Plus he got 'a little something something', so he might kick Britt to the curb if he knew it was the Lante embryo.

Ransomha – Actually what I said was that you were wrong about Robin “suing the hospital for a false identification of her body,” and I said that will never happen because...

“Any legal action surrounding the lab explosion would necessitate a detailed explanation of how Robin survived, and TPTB will never go there because there IS no reasonable explanation for that.”

Good point, though, because there IS no way she could've possibly survived. Outlandish plot twists on a soap are one thing. Poor writing is another matter entirely.

Posted by ransomha at Tuesday, December 17 2013 06:26 AM

That's not what I was talking about. I was talking about when Robin first died and you said she was gone FOR SURE off the show. My point is if they need Dante's sperm for a future s/l then they didn't use it all.if not it won't be brought up again.
