rans - I so agree about the choice of sweater. The dress Liz was wearing was beautiful, but the sweater looked like something she grabbed at the last minute to mimic some sort of tuxedo effect.

Good morning all......hope everyone is enjoying their day.

Spinelli made a good choice in Sam on how to care for an infant.

Jeezaloo! Instead of thinking of his bride, Patrick is thinking about his supposedly dead wife. Way to go Groom! Dun dun dun, cue the obligatory phone call that everyone misses. I suspect thundering herd i& adamrocks are right and we'll see the fallout on Monday. Ruined weddings are a soap staple.

Hey Dexdon - Nice to see you here. You won't be disappointed by the show today, well except the fact that Patrick is still continuing his mid-life boob behavior.

Here's something I forgot to add - interesting that "The Baby" coos whenever Danny is around. The next super couple on GH is born.

Finally! Some genuine emotion from Robin. That was very well done by all three of them. Like some have already mentioned, I enjoyed the flashback to Robin (and her doll Mrs. Beasley) and Anna's previous reunion, but I have to admit, that one was much more cathartic back in the day. This one was more of a relief, and more fun. Even Robin got giggly there for awhile. I also liked that they included Duke, since he was as much of a father figure to young Robin as anyone this side of Mac. I thought he seemed a little shaky when he came out of the tunnel, and after all the blows to heads we've been seeing lately, it's good to finally see that someone got a concussion out of all that head trauma. Too bad Luke and Faisy disappeared. I knew they should've put a bullet in his head, or at least his leg. I'm glad Robin brought up the fact that Nikolas was unaccounted for, but I think Robin is going to use Duke's condition, and the fact that Nik is missing to avoid confronting Patrick. I know she (reluctantly) tried calling him, but since it didn't work, I think now she's looking for a way out. A normal person would be saying “How fast can you get me to this wedding?” or better still, have her police commissioner mother have her cops give them a police escort all the way to the chapel, but not Robin.

Pemi wrote: “...she should have trusted that her parents would find (Nikolas) and have ran out the door. This loyalty could cost her.”

Exactly! And she knows it, but once again this is how Robin operates. It's practically a textbook example of passive aggressive behavior. In her mind, she's already decided that Patrick has chosen Sabrina over her, so by doing nothing, and withholding all the facts from him until it's too late, she can take control of the situation, and take the choice out of Patrick's hands, and she'll be doing it to avoid the rejection she would face if he should choose Sabrina on his own. She'll convince herself it's for the best for everyone involved, and she'll get to play “selfless Saint Robin” again, but whether or not she is even aware of what she's really doing, she's manipulating Patrick, just like she did during their courtship and her pregnancy, and all throughout their marriage. Once again, she is unilaterally making another huge decision FOR Patrick, and not allowing him any say about how HE wants his life to go.

However, what Robin doesn't know is that others have already told Patrick that she is alive, giving him time to consider the possibility, no matter how far fetched he may think it is. Fortunately, thanks to what was either some brilliant reverse psychology, or perhaps genuinely good advice on the part of Britt, it seems as though Patrick has worked through it, and has come to the conclusion that no matter WHAT happens (including his first wife returning from the dead), he still wants to marry Sabrina. We'll see how well that holds up, but I think he's made his decision already.

Rans & Lily-- Agree about Liz's sweater. The dress was beautiful, but I was wondering if that sweater was something she grabbed because she was cold on the set & forgot to take it off.

Scrimmage-- I think you're right about Patrick making up his mind. I'm just hoping he gets a stronger message.

Dexdon-- Glad to see you drop in. Hope you stay a while.

lily, did they show Danny today?

I'm feeling cheated out of not seeing the bachelor party, especially because Epiphany was there and we rarely get to see her just let loose and having fun.

That was the biggest “WTF?” moment of the day. If that was his phone ringing in his living room, then why was that same, identical phone in his hand at the lab when he was showing Brad a picture of Robin?

The runner-up was the idea that a BRAIN SURGEON couldn't tie his own BOWTIE!!! No! No! No! No! NO! If that was true, his malpractice insurance would bankrupt a small nation. A hotshot like Drake Jr. should be able to tie a bow in that baby with one hand while texting his dead wife with the other. Still, Elizabeth was fulfilling her duties as Best Person trying to get Patrick to see how ridiculous the idea is that Robin could still be alive, and to forget about Carrllos and Ava, all to no avail. Obviously, she hasn't been watching the show.

    Speaking of babies...

“WTF?” moment #3. Did I miss something? The last time I saw Maxie, Mac and Felicia were tempting her to go to the wedding with some new clothes and the LINE OF THE DAY.

Mac: “Sometimes you've got to fake it 'til you make it.”

I'll bet any amount of Sonny's money that that was an off camera ad-lib on Mac's part, because we didn't see him say it, but it was so good, they left it in. Then somehow, we went from there to Maxie standing in Sam's doorway, asking to be put in jail. Just how stupid is she? And knowing her state of mind, why and how did Mac and Felicia let Maxie out of their sight long enough to allow her to violate the judge's ruling after less than 24 hours?

Epiphany was rockin' the purple lipstick today, and Elizabeth looked very pretty, but not as HAWT as I've seen her before, probably because I'm sure she doesn't want to outshine the bride. Sam's outfit was not what I would have expected. It seemed a little old for her, and somehow kind of “ice skaterish.” I'm not really sure why. It wasn't horrible, just not as flattering as other dresses she's worn.

Sam was great with Spinelli and Spixie, giving him burping tips and otherwise being generally amused at the situation. How cute is Single Dad Spinelli? And what do you know, Christmas came early! Sam said “Rafe is gone.” I don't want to know why, and I don't care where, or even if it's for good or not. I'm just glad he's out of the picture for now, and I'll take what I can get as far as fewer children on the show, whenever I can get it. I understand there was a mid-semester opening at Moron's old military academy, so maybe...

It appears that Sam is having trouble with the Mob Princess concept or she's gone into hyper-protective mother mode because of Derek's interest in Danny knowing that there's a creepy Auntie Ava that comes with the package.
