Worst. First weeks of Sweeps. EVER!!!

This s/l makes me long for the real Franco, James that is. The character I feel sorry for is not RH's Franco but Sam. If they are going to make Franco to be not Jason's brother than all that torture of Sam and Jason was for nothing.

I think they will have to change Franco again and make him be not the original Franco but only believe he is. That's why he can't do art anymore as he is not the original Franco. They will have to make this change as the viewers will not accept him with Carly unless the do.

    LOL! Lily 😆

I don't know when I have laughed so hard as I did with your comment...

As I was typing this the SO just shouted up from the living room that he has good wood which started me until I listened close enough to hear the crackling of the fireplace.

My mind went somewhere besides a crackling fire.

About the only way out of this mess would be for the bullet intended for Julian Jerome to hit Franco instead, kill him, and have them bring Roger Howarth back as a totally different character. Evan a baby can see that starting him off as Todd Manning, then the quick switch to a redeemed Franco, and changing him to Scott Baldwin and batty Heather's son (and Stephen Lars' brother) is just plain silly, doesn't work and is a parody of the soap genre.

I know that daytime TV is a bit of a joke because of its steady offering of dysfunctional families, extra marital affairs, who's the Daddy, criminals getting away with it, sex in the afternoon, deceit and lies, but GH is more Saturday Night Live than daytime TV. The story line Roger Howarth has been stuck with is an insult to his talents and I fear that he is either tied to an unbreakable contract, or he has a big mortgage and a family to support. As an actor he deserves better.

I have suggested countless times that they prune the cast list and storylines, beginning with Kiki, Michael, Franco, Liz, T.J. Sabrina, Heather, Patrick and Robin, or put them on the very back burner to be brought out annually for a group event like the old guard.

I truly pray or the day to come when Sonny and Julian aim and kill each other.......cannot stand either of them, or Scotty or Ava or Morgan

Just because Heather has produced a birth certificate naming baby boy Grant, and a DNA test, does NOT necessarily mean the Franco was the same baby. As Carly said, Heather is an expert at fixing forged documents. The birth certificate and DNA test may be real, but not belong to Franco. They need to check the test done when he offered to be a donor for Danny.

I thought Heather was in Fernciffe, but she is in the Miscavige Institute. Is that the same one as the cult begun by L. Ron Hubbard and now run by David Miscavige?

I know the big reveal of Heather's relationship to Franco went over like cold porridge, but the other theme of today's episode, which seemed to be overlooked, was "the Emperors New Clothes" comment on modern art pretentiousness and the idolization of graffiti artists. I loved the way the fawning gallery viewers couldn't wait to distance themselves from Heather's works, which had been deemed priceless art until it was revealed that Franco had not painted them, then they became as worthless as thrift store donations, painting by numbers, Mexican children with huge eyes, Vladimir Tretchikoff's Chinese Girl with a Blue Face, roadside "art works" sold from the back of a pick up truck, or the ubiquitous mass produced wall art hanging in offices all over the world.

OT: Poodles: Thank you so much for keeping the Whipples in your prayers and flying your flag with Blake in mind.
His family just had another anniversary of his death.
    The pain never stops.
He had just turned 21 and gave his life for our freedom.

    Have a great weekend all.

Just don't have any comments about the show.
    Franco has new parents, wow....
Morgan picks Julian, Sonny should send them a fruit basket.

Scrimmage ~ ITA with all your comments. Should have been jumping the Killer Whale, a shark isn't big enough for this mess.
Now all we have to get through is the total destruction of Maxie and Lulu's character at the custody hearing and the joke that will be AJ's trial.
I totally expect that KS will never return from pregnancy leave, after all that has happened, there won't be any story line for her.
TPTB seem to be totally dedicated to jumping into the Mob war scenario putting Sam and Danny in a bad place because her father and Aunt are the head of the opposing Mob family.
I thought when RC and FV took over they wanted to back way off the Mob genre in GH and focus more on the Q's and the Hospital. Guess that wasn't working for them.
I am pretty much down to reading the tweet cap on GH Happenings and reading the reviews, if anything looks interesting I watch. Friday's show is the first one this week that I watched the whole show, couldn't believe the what I read, had to see in person.

Scrimmage...Glad to see your head didn't explode with the Heather/Franco/Scott reveal as one poster suggested. LOL
One thing I noticed about this regime and have read about their writing style is that they are known for their twists and turns and don't take the easy, safe road to story telling, no matter how ridiculous and out of left field they may be. With that in mind I expect another twist to the Heather/Franco/Scott reveal down the road.
With this regime I'm learning to enjoy and root for the characters I like within a story, but not get too invested as the outcome could all change on a dime.

    Have a great weekend everybody.
