I knew she was corn last year. I just saw it on youtube. What did they run out of ideas or something?

Matthewsmom - You hit the nail on the head. These writers have run out of ideas.

Anyone else sick of all these ads popping up? Take forever for a page to load! - I'm glad Spin forgave Ellie but I still like him with Maxie, at least they have passion - no passion with Ellie at all - He and Maxie make a much better couple and I really want to see them raise their daughter together as a "real" family - let Ellie find someone else --How long is Robin coming back going to drag out? Let's wrap this up already please! - Like Nick with Britt - Elizabeth needs to find someone who isn't a leftover from another relationship - not A.J. either - leave the crybabies alone - Felix needs to shut up once in awhile - who made him Dear Abby anyway - Like him with Brad - Like Sam and Silas too

Okay, this is really getting silly now.

Fortunately, I LIKE silly, plus Halloween is my second favorite holiday, so a little silliness is always in order, even if it does eliminate all the dramatic tension of a kidnapping story when the bad guy is dressed up like Beetlejuice, even though he looks fantastic, and probably even scarier than ever! I'm sure Leslie would agree with that, based on her excellent, blood curdling scream. I'm so glad I got my Halloween wish that I didn't even realize I made the other day when I said I'd rather see Leslie back than more of Delia. Wow! She makes a great witch!

In fact, all the costumes were great, except for Drake Jr. as Indiana Jones. No whip, no gun, no treat for you! Of course, his treat will be if he can convince ElectraWoman to keep the blonde wig on tonight. After all, Halloween IS the time to “get your freak on.” Bom-chicka-wow-wow!

It may interest some of you to know that “ElectraWoman and DynaGirl” was a mid-seventies, live action Saturday morning childrens' show, that was a female version of the popular “Batman” prime time series. While it only lasted eight episodes, it has obviously continued to make quite an impression on little girls ever since. ElectraWoman was played Deidre Hall in 1976, shortly before she joined the cast of “Days of our Lives” later that same year as Dr. Marlena Evans, a role she played for an amazing 32 years.

Talk about unbelievable! Nikolas and Britt sure “rustled up” some costumes and professional looking makeup in record time. I don't think there's ever been a woman in the history of all womankind that has ever gotten changed and ready for a costume party as quickly as Britta did today, and she had to dress up Ben too! It's even more amazing considering that Nikolas sent all of his staff away, so Britt did it all on her own. Very impressive. While I wish she had gone as Wonder Woman to Nik's Superman, Britt made an incredibly HAWT Harpy, a deliciously ironic costume choice, as was Elizabeth's “Snow White,” which verges on self parody. I'm not quite sure what vampire character Nikolas was supposed to be, but you'd think he'd want to play against type. Frankly, I thought his costume was a little too “Rocky Horror” for him. If he wanted to go as a “Sweet Transvestite from Transexual, Transylvania,” he should've gone all the way, with the fishnet stockings, high heels, and bustier(I had to look that word up), which would've REALLY grabbed Brad's (and everyone else's) attention. I guess that wouldn't have been appropriate for a kids party, but still...

Speaking of Brad, I'm very disappointed that he didn't come as a flying monkey. That would've made my whole Halloween. The only thing I can think of that I'd have liked even more would've been for Frau Blücher to dress up as... well, Frau Blücher! She did make a good beer wench, although I also had to look up what a dirndl was, and her delightful enthusiasm for Halloween was infectious. I absolutely LOVED how she kept trying to get Faizy to dress up as “The Hoff,” AKA Baywatch's David Hasselhoff. I'll bet she has some orange swim trunks and a Hoffmask waiting in her bedroom as we speak. Two can play at that game. Bom-chicka-wow-wow!

Is it wrong of me to say that Faizy and der Frau are quickly becoming one of my favorite couples on the show? I know it's crazy, but I can't help it.

It occurred to me that, from the time RH came back as Frodd, if he had adopted a slightly toned down version of the Andy Warhol look he was sporting today, complete with the white hair and glasses, he wouldn't have looked exactly like Todd with a bad blonde haircut, and it may have been easier to identify with him as the artist, Franco. Today, he actually looked better as Andy Warhol than Andy Warhol.

Oh geez! First we have the TeenAngster Triangle, with Molly, TJ, and Rife (who are thankfully nowhere to be seen), and now we get the pint-sized version with DynaGirl, Woody, and Captain Hook. Is there no end to this madness? I know Emma is just emulating what she sees Patrick and Emma doing, and it's cute stuff, but like Halloween candy, too much sweetness can be a bad thing.

The fact is that Cameron is actually about the right age. He was born off screen in 2004, which would make him about nine years old. Emma, on the other hand, was born in 2008 which would make her only five, but she was quickly SORASed into the delightful little maneater she is today. Much to his Halloween horror, Dr. Drake Jr. is coming to the realization that his recurring nightmare about Emma discovering boys has already begun, and it's only going to get worse for at least the next decade or so. Happy Halloween!

I can't say much about Robin, except that I know why she risked being recognized by taking off her mask. She wanted to SMELL the place. It's one thing for your eyes to tell you you're back home, but it's your nose that makes you really believe it. Aromas can often remind us of things we didn't even know we missed, like a lover's scent on a pillow.

Britt get's the LINE OF THE DAY for her exasperated question to Nikolas, after discovering her mother's attempt to dress Ben up as Rosemary's Baby.

Britt: “Why CAN'T I kill my parents?”

Haven't we ALL asked that at one time or another? About HER parents, I mean.

I don't think it, s crazy at all and I echo your sentiments about Faizy & Frau. They are fast becoming my favorite part of the show. I think these two actors are doing an amazing job. They seem so comfortable with each other and have good chemistry. Lately they almost make me forget they're the bad guys.

Scrimmage...Your enjoyment of today's show and Halloween in general comes across very clearly. Enjoyed reading your post.

    Have a good evening everybody.

Scrimmage - You're so right about Faison and the Frau. I don't see them playing bridge with Robert and Anna anytime in the future, but I hope there's a way to keep them around.
