I think she only knows that Vince is missing from a conversation she had with Shawn.

Could you please explain about "greenies"? I've never heard of these but I have two cats and a litter of kittens and if I could give them a special treat I would love to.

    Scrimmage, and Lily,

I agree with you. This whole story with Maxie/Dante/Lulu was awful! The only thing I had enjoied about it was seing Georgie.

Regarding Maxie, Scrimmage, I don't know if we can say that Maxie didn't want the baby. I think she did want her baby, because it had been evident that the more that baby was growing inside of her, so did Maxie's bond with her. I think all along she did want the baby, but she knew she couldn't act on that where it would mean ripping Dante and Lulu's hearts out. Yes, I'm sure a lot of it was about her reputation too. That's why you won't get me bashing Lulu for slapping her. Maxie deserves worse from both of them. I gotta say that I'm glad that Spinelli had allowed Maxie to suffer by keeping quiet about the baby knowing how badly she wanted her. I mean, what better consequence then to allow someone else raising your child while you remain to struggle with it? Maxie will probably be shunned for it.

pemi - I know you asked Rainey about Greenies Treats, but I happened to log back in and wanted to give you the link to the site. Our cat loves the treats and the added benefit is dental health.

Greenies are a dental treat made for cats and dogs and can be found in most pet specialty store chains like Petco and Petsmart which are in California. You feed your pet Greenies in conjunction with their regular daily diet. They are mainly for adult cats. I think kittens might be too young but you could check online and find out for sure.

You can look them up online to get more info and see where you can purchase them. Which state do you live in?

So Lulu gets a Get out of trouble free card for assaulting Maxie, simply due to Dante being hubby and cop. His badge needs pulled for favoritism

Mayzo51184 – I agree that Maxie grew attached to her baby as her pregnancy progressed, but apPARENTly (pun intended) never enough to do something about it. I was mostly referring to her long held position that she wasn't cut out for either pregnancy OR motherhood, and that at the time she formulated her despicable plan, she had no interest whatsoever in keeping her baby, and no intention of raising her either alone or with Spinelli. What's even MORE damning about that is the fact that she never even CONSIDERED parenthood as an option until it was far too late. Maxie's whole thought process from the beginning has been “How do I get out of this without looking like a total failure?” and everything she did from the moment she decided to pass her child off as the baby she miscarried was designed to accomplish that goal.

What I find most disturbing about all this is that, despite all her claims of good intentions, her plan was based on the idea that everything would be just fine if no one ever learned the truth. That's not evil, that's being AMORAL, which by definition means she was unconcerned with the rightness or wrongness of what she was doing as long as it all worked out the way she wanted it to. In other words, “the end justified the means,” as far as Maxie was concerned, so much so that she could even ignore the warnings of her own dead sister who came back from the dead to tell her how badly she was messing things up. Now THAT'S pretty scary. Heather's got NOTHING on Maxie in that department.

is jason's "death" considered solved or is it at this point considered a cold case? I forgot who actually "killed" him.

I think Lulu had a right to be mad. But she also should see what Maxie did for her. 1 going though giving Lulu a baby she had been wanting. then to lose the baby only to end up with her own baby and still wanting to give her baby up for Maxie was a very big deal. Maxie really had to love Lulu like a best friend to give up her own baby. so Lulu should have seeing that and just let it go. the baby she been geting close was the same baby she has. I do hope Maxie lets Lulu keep her baby. and I do hope they can get pass this.
