Cbru ~ The fires sound scary. I'm sure it's very dry over there. It's pretty dry over here as well. The well I'm on is having problems, was out of water for three days, while the tank had a chance to recover. If it happens again the landlord is probably going to have to make the well deeper. We are supposed to have thunder storms too.

Scrimmage ~ Good analysis of Sonny and Morgan's relationship.
Morgan feels alienated from is family because he was sent away to school. Guess in the Corinthos family you are dammed if you are raised by Sonny and dammed if you were sent away to protect you. Wonder how Morgan would feel if he got shot, sent to prison and any of the other horrible things that happened to Michael. Would that make him feel more like a member of the family? He should be happy that his mother tried to protect him and give him a quality education, instead he's just whining about you all loved Michael best.

Say what you want about Sonny's parenting skills, but today, his performance was award winning.
As a mother with 2 sons raised by my husband, their stepfather, who has 2 sons of his own, I felt the depth of Sonny's heart for the love of all his children.,, blood or not.

Michael and Kinky were talking on the Stairway To Nowhere. That door doesn't go anywhere, much like some of these plots.

Has anyone noticed how different the scenes are from the end of one day to the beginning of the next, even though they're supposed to be the same? I wonder why they re-shoot those scenes, or use different takes. Britt's admission that the baby she's carrying isn't Patrick's was MUCH more teary eyed today than yesterday, and the scene where Connie eavesdrops on Sonny and Morgone was completely different. As if this show wasn't confusing enough already!

Derrick Wells? Is he an oilman?

First impression: Well, you can't spell “Derrick” without “d-i-c-k.” This guy is unnaturally rude. I don't care how rich he's supposed to be, no one barges into an office unannounced like that and ignores the people in front of him. If he's such a big shot, where's HIS entourage to take care of niceties like introductions and explanations? Maxie should've called security and had him tossed out on his ear! He could've been anybody, and he was certainly acting in a suspicious and threatening manner.

Maxie is absolutely the cutest Evil Villainess in the history of GH. She and Nulu have a great chemistry between them. Too bad their relationship is doomed. Enjoy it while you can.

Yesterday, I asked about Emma's conception, and today I get a whole scene with a recap. Now THAT'S what I call service! I was surprised at how Sabrina reacted to the news about Danny by sympathizing with how worried Sam must be. Her concern isn't surprising, I just didn't know she knew Sam personally. I don't recall them ever meeting.

I also speculated yesterday that Frau Blücher's was responsible for somehow faking the paternity test that Ellie – the “eggheaded redhead” according to the Frau – ran on Britt. Emphasis on “somehow.” All the explanation we're likely to get was Frau Blücher's boasting about how “Swapping Patrick's DNA with the real father's was child's play.” Apparently that's especially true in Port Charles, where there hasn't been a valid DNA test in years.

Is it possible that the child Britt is carrying is actually hers? She said she felt guilty about the real father, but she never mentioned the mother. If it's hers, that would rule out the idea of her having Dante and Nulu's baby, or at least Nulu's. I can't believe we've got not one, but TWO “Who's The Daddy” storylines that are also “Who's The Mama” mysteries as well. I mean, WE know the answers about Maxie's baby, but no one else (besides Ellie) does.

They need to get this over with. I think I'm getting “pregnancy fatigue,” and I never thought I'd be saying that, considering I'm a guy.

What about Britt saying she feels sorry for the real father of her baby? Does this mean she got pregnant by AI and not an implanted embryo? Certainly would have been easier to accomplish. Does this mean that Dante and Lulu are going to out in the cold with no baby to show for the nine months of waiting?
    Inquiring minds want to know.

Yup! He was great, right up until he gave in to his kid's emotional blackmail in the end. I don't really blame him though. If he put an end to Morgone's foolishness now, TPTB wouldn't get to have their big, soapy reveal. My criticism that Sonny should've insisted on Morgone telling Michael the truth will be a moot point as soon as Connie's story hits the papers. That's probably coming in tomorrow morning's edition, so it won't be long before the DNA hits the fan. Hopefully, Morgone won't convince Kinky to elope with him before then.

I like Spinelli and Felix as friends. Spinelli doesn't have many close buds, and he needs to hang around with someone other than women all the time, and the same could be said about Felix. It's funny, but they BOTH could use a man in their lives.

Connie's rude boss, Derrick Wells is also a 6' 205 lbs. sophomore defensive back for the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

Bradley Cooper, slimey GH lab tech, is also a film actor, and the star of such movies as “The Hangover,” and “Silver Linings Playbook.”

I have the Internet, as oppossed to the people who name characters GH, who apparently don't know what “Google” is.

    Hi everyone,

I would have loved to see Sonny ask Morgone the really hard questions about his qualifications to be a husband. I'm really hoping that when the truth hits the fan, Morgone seeks solice in the arms of Ava. He really does need a new mommy.

So my big question is how Derek Wells come into possession of the holding company once owned by Todd Manning? Is he a new yet undiscovered Victor Lord heir? Whoever he is (I'm guessing Sam's father) he certainly doesn't know much about the fact that firing a pregnant woman will bring about a lawsuit large enough for Maxie to start her own business.

I guess my theories are all wrong about Britt's baby. It's for the best, as I now have some hope that she stole one of the Lante embryos. After all, Sonny and Olivia really deserve a grandchild right about now. Speaking of Sonny, it's nice that Connie seems ready to spill the beans about Kiki's lineage. Of course I'm guessing this will end their relationship because she betrayed a confidence, but I'm thinking that Sonny really won't mind the truth coming out.

Scrimmage - You're right on spot with the name Derek Wells. I wonder if he's one of JR Ewing's long lost sons...
