Casey1 ~ I'm hoping the writers won't go that way. Would really be stretching reality too much for a pregnancy to survive Lulu being frozen and thawed out. Plus resolving her problem of not being able to carry to term.

Lovesdogs & Casey-- I'm still hoping there will be more to the story about Dr. Vu. She's the one who told Lulu she could never carry to term. Is there some demented reason for Lulu to not get pregnant? Helena, Stavros, Obrecht, Jerry. And just what did they do with Dr. Lee? Where's an Olivia vision when you need one.

I just don't know about this pregnancy.I don't think Maxie could have lost the baby and then in less than a few hours she got pregnant. That just seems impossible. I believe she is carrying Dante's and Lulu's baby,or she was never pregnant and it is Spinellis. If Brit is pregnant I think she implanted an egg from Lulu. It is such a mess,do the writers not get confused? Maxie should tell Dante or someone. It may take months to find out.

Casey1 – I have never tried to excuse or even justify what Ellie is doing. I said from the beginning that it was a breach of her professional ethics, and surprisingly out of character for her to break the rules the way she did, whether her suspicions were justified or not, and that she deserved to be criticized for it. No argument there.

What struck me as strange was the amount and the intensity of that criticism. Ellie was simply being nosy, hardly unusual on a soap, but it seemed as if some posters were just waiting for her to make one mistake so they could pounce without mercy. On the other hand Maxie, whose crimes against humanity are off the charts, is only getting some minor flak for dressing matronly.

“Fair” seldom enters the equation when it comes to characters we like or don't like, and that's fine with me. Criticism doesn't have to be evenly distributed on this board, and posters are certainly free to ream whomever they choose just as much as they want. I'm just surprised that apparently, a lot of posters see Maxie as a victim in this storyline, when as far as I can tell, it's Maxie, and not Ellie, who is the bad guy here. Maxie is behind this whole thing, and she's lying to her friends and victimizing her own unborn child completely on her own. No one is forcing her to do any of these terrible things, and yet for some reason she is still seen as a sympathetic character. Ellie, as wrong as her methods may be, is only trying to uncover the truth, and she's getting raked over the coals for it.

Like I said, I just find that strange. I mean, what outcome are they hoping for?

Bayoubtr...I mentioned the same things in an earlier post about Dr. V and the rest of the suspects. I think there's many people of different professions working at GH to keep tabs on the citizens of PC. It's the only explanation that would explain Robin's "death" and the suspicions we have about the Britt/Maxie baby situation.

Casey-- I've had my suspicions about Dr. Vu from Lulu's first visit. She was just a little too evasive. And then all of a sudden she's gone & an endocrinologist takes over. A little too convenient. And forgive me if you already mentioned this. I try to read all posts first, but I guess I miss some now & then.

Scrimmage...We don't really know Ellie to say what she's capable of or if her actions are out of character. This could all be very normal for her.
Certainly I agree with you that how we feel about a character will affect how we judge their actions.
Some of us have labelled Britt as a manipulative, deceitful person. Sabrina is labelled as too young and immature to be with Patrick.
We've recently seen a reason as to why Britt acts the way she does. Sabrina is still to be fleshed out and we may see another side to her yet (I'm not talking about her makeover) if pushed too far.

Bayoubtr...Nothing to forgive, it's good to see so many have the same suspicions.

NOOOOOO! We just got a brand spankin' new Lulu, who just might end up single, and who may finally (be played by someone who can) live up to the Spencer name. PLEASE do not tie this character down for the foreseeable future with yet another baby! I can't believe that any actress would sign up for that right off the bat. Sam is already out of the adventure girl business raising Danny alone, not to mention she's responsible for the eating machine named Rafe, and we all know it's going to be a race to the maternity ward between Maxie and Britt, when they choose to add to the overpopulation of Port Charles. Liz still has her “boyeez,” and Carly has a three or four year old hiding somewhere in her house because she was recently traumatized when she found a stuffed bear that she loved, a gift she thought was from her father, decapitated in her living room. ENOUGH WITH THE BABIES! I thought the point of these shows was so that women could get away from that stuff for an hour a day.

By the way, has Nikolas even mentioned Spencer OR Aiden since he first woke up, or has he been too busy giving Liz a hickey to pi$$ off AJ, and playing "Hide the Pickle (relish)" with Tracy?

Scrimmage ~ Nicholas has been on the phone to Spencer and even talked about him coming to PC for a visit.
