Aussie-- Glad you dropped in. Since tomorrow is the last Friday in lent, I'm making Spanakopita. On a scale of 1-10, how hard is it? It sounds delish, but I've never really cooked Greek. Thanks.

Ladybelle--Hi! Thanks for the shout out! I am also tired of the relish story, but I think it may start heating up again.

    Off topic:

bayou, yum! Don't use too much spinach as it can overpower the ricotta. I give it about a 6-7. It's worth the effort especially straight out of the oven.

    Hi ladybelle.

When I saw Midas post about the Afternoon Delights it jogged my memory and I remembered the song and I looked it up. The song was done by a Boston based studio quartet and was a parody of GH. They called the song General Hospi-Tale.
Do a search on "The Afternoon Delights – General Hospi-Tale 1981 YouTube" and there is a video of the song.

I am excited for Soapnet marathon. I have watched the show from day one with my Mother and I was six years old. I did not start school until September of 1963. I have always kept up with this show because it reminds me of my mom. I still to this day remember the story about Angie a teenage girl who was in a car wreck and injured her face and how Doctor Hardy helped her through it.

Will be leaving for a while, going around the corner for a birthday dinner. Youngest niece hit the big 20 today. I can't even remember what 20 felt like. Later.

Texastwin, wow you have a good memory. That was way before my time so I don't even know about the song you're all referring to. Maybe I can Google it.
