Speaking of, I'm actually looking forward to the Nurses' Ball. I think I'll watch that episode.

Well, it's Saturday morning here. I'm off to make my morning latte and catch up on Deception.

    FOR Dexdon -

Here you go. I should have done this last weekend when I made it.
    · 2 medium yellow onions diced
    · 2 stalks celery diced
    · 1 green pepper diced
    · 1 t garlic
    · 1 t seasoned salt
    · 1 t freshly ground black pepper
    · 3 T Worcestershire sauce
    · 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    · 2 pounds ground lean ground beef
    · 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
    · 2 extra-large eggs, beaten
    · 1/2 cup ketchup (recommended: Heinz)
    · Enough bread slices to line bottom of pan (I use a 3 quart deep oval baking casserole)
    Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the ketchup and bread slices together in a very large bowl being to sure to combine all thoroughly. Line the baking pan with the bread slices, then add the meatloaf mixture and mold into a loaf shape. Put the meatloaf on the center oven rack. Bake for at least 1 hour then check internal temperature. Top the loaf with ketchup and bake for another 15 to 30 minutes and check internal temperature again. Temp should be 160 when done.

    Hi everyone.:)

I haven’t had a chance to watch; hopefully I will get a chance tonight. I’m very curious about this sinister Easter Bunny, is nothing sacred-LOL.

    **OFF TOPIC**

Lily- My meatloaf turned out well-my hubby said it was the best he had ever had. Thank you for all your input and revisions. I see you have posted your recipe- I will definitely try that next. I’m doing a pasta primavera tonight were having a couple of friends over for an early dinner. Again, thanks for all your help.

Akita- I would love your Cuban meatloaf recipe, please post it when you have a chance. When we visited Miami about five years ago, we had these wonderful guava pastries, sometimes I find myself dreaming about them. I believe they were a Cuban specialty. If you have a recipe for those, please share it with me.

Cynic- I think I might be a meatloaf fan. Thanks for all your suggestions.

poodles - Glad your meatloaf turned out great. I'm going to try bayou's bleu cheese and horse radish sauce the next time I make it.

JadeLola, I think she assumed it was from Jax since the delivery bunny said it came from Austrailia.

Poodles- Ill post the recipe tomorrow, except im not as perfect as lilly at writing but ill try and make it simple. The guava pastries i love. I prefer very thin and chewy with little guava. They are simple. You can use philo or any ready made pastry. Get guava paste; it comes in box and cut small pieces to fill and then bake on low till golden, let stand to cool. You can olso add a piece of ceam cheese. We make those and ground beef.

    Hi Casey

I want Spinelli's health insurance policy. Since it covers having a recipe pulled out of your butt, it would surely put a little something toward my cornucopia of medications. I wonder if it also covers surgical costs
For pulling the truth out of someone, or removing a thorn in one's side? I checked EBay, and for only $19.95, the Character Flattener is still available! So far, it has been used effectively to flatten the characters Carly, Anna, Alexis, Sam, and many other GH women. Act now, and get a Story Line Recycler at no extra cost! Can (and has) be used over and over and over and over again on GH. Guaranteed to bore!
