General Hospital - DAILY UPDATES

Spin arrives at the penthouse. Sam is glad to see him. She needs his help finding him. Spin tells her about his cold dive, but she thinks Jason may have been swept downstream. She pulls up some charts about the current flow and he agrees to follow the clues. Later, she brings Danny Morgan down to meet Spin. He looks like Jason.

Duke lurks in the shadows at the pier. Dante and Anna discuss the two different bullets in Bernie, one linked to Joe. According to Trey, Joe was working with a boss. Anna wants to find the second shooter, the cause of everything that happened. Suddenly, Duke trips and makes a noise. Dante and Anna investigate. He is gone, but left behind some scarf fibers. Anna puts them in an envelope as Sam and Spin arrive. Anna asks Sam to get the message Bernie left. Maybe there is something there. Sam agrees and goes to get it – anything to find Jason. Alone, Dante comments to Anna that Sam is in denial. Anna wouldn’t call it that.

Lulu looks over the adoption pamphlet at the Haunted Star when Luke arrives. He is bummed because he proved Duke is real, but is convinced there is still a con somewhere. He asks Lulu about her efforts to get pregnant. She breaks the news about her condition. She can get pregnant but will always miscarry. Luke knows there are lots of broken hearted kids out there who need a home. She is going to make an amazing mother. Duke arrives and listens in as Lulu advises Luke to prove to Anna he is the right man for her, not Duke. Duke reveals himself and acts surprised to see Luke. He is looking for a job. Lulu could use a bartender. Luke protests but Lulu continues on. After Duke leaves, Lulu reminds Luke he needs to keep his enemies close.

At Starr and Trey’s, Sonny tries to convince Trey to commit Kate. Trey refuses - Connie is his problem. Sonny tries to set Trey straight about the events at the pier. Alexis cuts in – she thinks Trey is angry with Joe. She understands he was abandoned by Kate, but maybe he will have a chance to get answers to questions. Trey has heard what they had to say but they have to leave now so he can arrange to bury Joe.

At Todd’s, Carly doesn’t know how to go on without Jason. She really wishes Danny was Jason’s son. Then a part of him would still be here. They are interrupted by Diane. She wants Carly to pass her condolences on to Max. Jason was adamant that Carly and her kids always be taken care of. Carly thanks Diane for her service to Jason and thanks Todd for being there for her before she leaves. Alone, Todd gives Diane a check. She assumes Heather has proof that Todd knew what he did, but she could be disbarred for revealing anything, so her lips are sealed. If it is going to be confidential, Todd reveals that he knew all along Sam’s baby was alive. And there’s more. Franco is not the father. Jason is. Heather switched the results. He hands over the paperwork. He wants a protesting Diane to tell anyone and everyone the truth, just not how she found out. Later, Spin shows up. He wants the truth about Sam’s baby.

Connie drapes herself all over Michael at the Metro Court. Starr rushes in and pushes the "sick freak" off of him. Connie is surprised Starr is already over her boyfriend and dead kid. Starr slaps her. She is a murderer! Connie is sick of taking the rap for murdering Cole and Hope. She can’t help it Cole was a bad driver. Starr reveals Sonny’s plan to have Trey commit her but Sonny and Alexis arrive alone. Connie guesses Trey hates Sonny more than her. Sonny tries to get through to Kate that Joe Jr. was killed. She is safe and can come back to him. She seems to respond until her phone rings. Meanwhile, Carly and Michael console each other. He mentions that Monica got upset when he said Jason was a father to him and reinforced that AJ was his father.

Starr comes home, upset with Trey. She wants his help putting Connie away, but Trey refuses. Starr thinks it is never too late to do what is right.

Duke returns to the pier as Dante leaves to have the scarf fibers analyzed for DNA.

Back at the penthouse, Sam runs into Diane sliding something under her door.

Spin tells Todd, "I can prove you are guilty."

Ellie tells Maxie, "You are going to join Damien and me." Maxie replies, "For what?"

Sabrina runs into Patrick and says, "Dr. Drake, I didn’t see you there." He barks back, "What the hell are you doing?"

Tracy tells Monica, "If you are looking for someone to blame for Jason’s death, look in the mirror!"

Sam tells John, "Jason’s not dead." He replies, "I don’t think he is dead either."
