Luke tells Anna the truth about Robert, Molly and TJ make bucket lists, and Joe Jr. saves Tracy.
Anna dreams she found Robin, then wakes up in her hotel room in tears. Luke is there to comfort her. She is not doing anyone any good chasing false hope. He is sorry she did not get a miracle. She thinks that she did because Luke has showed her it is possible to be happy. They enjoy their breakfast, but she is ready to go home and be ordinary. He is ready for anything with her. Later, after sex, they talk about Tracy’s new man. As they get dressed she mentions Robert. Luke stops her and tells her he has been meaning to tell her something. When he told Robert that Ethan was his son, he was lying.
From her estate, Tracy leaves a message for Luke. He made a good decision leaving town to find Anna. He means a lot to her and she wanted him to know. Joe walks in and tells her he has something. He palms the cure and hands over a bottle of water. She doesn’t think it matters since they have been exposed but he would not be so sure. They start making out and fall to the couch. After sex, they agree they have chemistry, but he would like there to be more. He likes her. Later, Tracy and Joe start having symptoms. She checks on her dad and Joe can’t stand the thought of watching Tracy die – he puts the antidote in the water and shakes it up. Tracy returns and he gives her the water. She downs the bottle while he watches.
At Kelly’s, Shawn tells Molly and TJ to stay off the streets because it could be dangerous. They start cleaning to keep busy while TJ debates calling his mom. Molly would find her dad if she had time – or learn Greek. They decide to make out their bucket list. Neither of them have had sex.
Alexis meets Jerry in his cell. If he cares about her, he will take care of the people she cares about. She asks what he wants to get the counteragent for everyone. He wonders if that includes having one more night with her and she agrees, if it means saving her children. He tells her he can’t deliver the counteragent just for that. He wants a lot of money.
A mob outside PCPD waits for Mayor Lomax, who is meeting with McBain. Since Anna is gone everyone is to report directly to him. The inflammatory newspaper headline "We’re Toast" is causing people to panic. Sam walks in and overhears him tell Lomax that Jerry is meeting with his lawyer now. The mayor is about to assure the citizens that the FBI is hoping for a successful resolution. John tells Sam that Alexis is Jerry’s attorney. She thinks she can get through to him. Later, Alexis arrives at the station an tells them Jerry wants $88,111,000. Sam recognizes the numbers as code for the "dead man’s hand," the cards Wild Bill was holding when he was killed.
At the hospital Epiphany and Patrick realize many of the sick are passing out from not drinking water. Patrick calls Jason and wants to know when then find Liz. Jax and Carly overhear his message and Patrick tells them that Ewen knocked him out. But now, he needs a sample of Joss’s blood to see if he can find a counteragent. Patrick is nervous - he is not a researcher. Epiphany asks him if he is man enough to follow in his wife’s footsteps. Later, Shawn arrives and Carly thanks him for leading a prayer when Joss was sick. They look at all the sick people around them and Carly thinks this might be an opportunity to make changes. Shawn calls Alexis, but gets her voicemail. Alexis arrives later and Shawn tells her if he is going to die, he wanted to make sure he did this – and kisses her.
Johnny knocks on Carly’s door, but Todd answers and tells him she is with her husband. Todd is not sure why Johnny left Carly alone with Jax anyway – the guy gave him the best handshake he has ever had. Todd accuses Johnny of being Jerry’s accomplice. When Jerry was looking for help he would go to a low life gangster. Johnny accuses Todd of wanting him to leave so he can tell Carly he is the one who caused the accident. Todd can’t wait to see the look on Carly’s face when he tells her what Johnny has done. Carly walks in and Todd leaves to find Jax. Johnny tells her there is nowhere he would rather be than here with her and they kiss.
Todd arrives at PCPD and bribes a cop to see Jerry. He tells Jerry they have some business to discuss.

Jax asks Jerry, "What does terrorizing innocent people have to do with our father?"
Todd yells at Sam and John, "Do you want your headaches to get worse? Or do we raise the money and give it to Jerry before we all wind up in the ground?"
From Alaska, Spinelli tells Jason, "You don’t think Dr. Keenan is capable of hurting Elizabeth, do you?"
Elizabeth asks Ewen, "Why are we still here?" He pulls a gun out and tells her, "We came here to get this."
