Jax learns Carly is with Johnny, Todd sells his cable company to Jerry, and Jerry takes to the airwaves to make an announcement.

In his hotel room, Jerry tells Joe that dirty water kills more children than many other diseases combined. People here take water for granted – they drink it, bathe in it and play in it without a second thought. Today is a good day to be away from PC. Jerry leaves to tie up loose ends. Joe leaves a message for Trey to stay in Vegas. Then, Tracy arrives with a new white shirt. He invites her in and tells her he is an antiques dealer. There is a lot of tasteless crap out there – he values exquisite detail of a genuine classic. The sexual tension is thick and they have sex. Afterward, he tells her he wants to get to know her better unless there is another man in her life. She is glad he brought that up – there isn’t. They order room service and turn on the television.

Carly visits a shirtless Todd’s hotel room and tells him her husband is there with her and Joss. He thinks she is talking about Johnny, but she reminds him about Jax. He remembers – the greatest guy who ever lived. She tells him he slept on the couch and when pressed, she has no idea why she told him that. He tells her to dump Johnny. She informs him that Johnny doesn’t know and he wants to be there when Johnny finds out so he can see his face. He doesn’t think either one is right for her but he can be a good listener. She leaves and Jerry soon arrives. He introduces himself as James Craig and wants to buy his cable company. Todd asks him to leave, but Jerry pulls out a briefcase of cash and tells him it is paid for up front, in full and assumes they have a deal. Later, Todd counts the money and turns on the television to see what he just sold.

Johnny knocks on Carly’s door, but a shirtless Jax answers. Jax wonders what possible business Johnny could have with Carly. "Plenty," he says. "I’m her boyfriend." He tells Jax he has changed and assures him he will protect Carly and Joss with everything he has. Carly walks in and Jax doesn’t think Johnny can be that important since he is still her husband. Johnny leaves them to it and Jax asks her why she has not signed the divorce papers yet. Is it because she does not want to let him go? Joss comes in and asks if they can put on the TV.

Jason shows up a Liz’s to talk about Ewen as Ewen runs down the stairs, shirtless. Jason apologizes for jumping to conclusions and Ewen accepts. He is paged to the hospital, kisses Liz and leaves. Liz tells Jason he slept on the couch and asks why he is really there. He tells her Ewen moved to Alaska like Jax. She thinks it is a coincidence even though Ewen knew all the Jacks men and rattles off their names. Jason makes a connection – It is Jerry! He injected Nicholas to make him sick too. Liz tells him that can’t be – Jerry is dead. Jason leaves and tells her to be careful – he couldn’t take it if something happens to her. Later, Ewen comes back and wants to spend the rest of the day with her.

In Switzerland, Luke, in disguise, searches the hospital for Anna. A doctor tells him a woman was admitted recently with no ID. She has been found roaming the halls, entering restricted areas. Luke walks in and Anna appears unresponsive. The doctor leaves and she comes to, fully. She has been faking it. They kiss and he gets her unbuckled from her restraints. She has not found out anything concrete, but there is an area very heavily guarded and she might be there. He believes in her and will not let her do it alone. They hear keys and go back to pretending. He asks the new doctor is he could stay so he can continue his therapy here. She agrees and shows him off. Anna sneaks off and gets into the restricted room and calls out for Robin.

At the hospital, Patrick visits Olivia and tells her there is no telling if there will be more hallucinations. She looks at her glass of water and drops it, screaming. The water was bright green – toxic. Outside, Steve and Patrick talk about where to go from here when Ewen arrives. Olivia sees him and starts screaming – he is the devil! Outside, Ewen is not sure she will ever be ready to go home. He tells Patrick they need to consider Shadybrook. Inside her room, Steve calms Olivia down and they turn on the TV. Outside, Jason tells Patrick he needs to talk about Robin.

Jerry interrupts everyone’s signals and introduces himself. He has a secret to share with them
