Lulu and Dante aren’t pregnant, Kristina confides in Molly about Trey, and Joe Jr. pays Sonny a visit.
At the hospital, Dr. V tells Lulu and Dante they are not having a baby. Dante wonders if Lulu is okay and she assures them Lulu is healthy. Alone, they are bummed. At first she thought of all the problems, but now she feels like she lost something wonderful before she has the chance to know it. "At least we know we want to have kids," he says. She wonders if they should try again now. She wants to make a family with him. Dante wants to save some money first but Lulu wants to be pregnant now.
Carly calls Johnny from the hospital. They are releasing Joss today and he promises to get over there soon. Todd arrives and demands to know why she did not tell him Joss was in the hospital. He was in Memphis and came straight from the airport. She assures him she is okay and explains how Joss went missing the night before. He thinks Johnny is lucky another little girl did not die because of him. She asks what he means and he tells her Hope. He may not have pulled the trigger but Johnny is not who she thinks and someday, somehow, everyone will know the truth. He just wants to know what he can do. Carly tells him the fact he is there and cares is enough. She didn’t call him, but now she knows she can. He gets them some coffee as Johnny shows up.
At the Haunted Star, Starr tells Johnny that after what happened with Joss she feels closer than ever to Michael, which makes the secret she knows harder to keep. He guesses the secret is Trey’s and that it affects Kristina. Starr knows if she tells Michael, he will tell Kristina and that will cause tension between the two of them. Johnny tells her one rule he lives by is that sometimes it is better to keep quiet than tell the truth and hurt someone. She signs the paperwork and tells Johnny she was able to get her life back on track because of him. And thanks to him he knows what to do about Trey. Later, she calls Michael and tells him she needs to see him.
In the chapel Kristina and Molly think their prayers must have helped Alexis and Joss pull through. Kristina just can’t wait for things to get back to normal and Molly thinks it can now that there is no “Mob Princess." Kristina informs her there is one last special episode – a wedding. Molly assumes it is Kate and Sonny’s, but Kristina tells her she is marrying Trey for the show. Trey’s dad is in jail and needs the money for legal expenses. Trey needs to deliver a full season, and the wedding will be the finale. Molly is shocked but Kristina wants her to keep quiet. It is not like they are getting married tomorrow. She is just trying to help Trey help his dad, and even Sonny can appreciate that logic.
Joe Jr. shows up at Trey’s and gives him a big hug. As of yesterday he is a free man. He sees Starr’s underwear and assumes things are going well with Kristina. Trey sets him straight and Joe is concerned – he needs to focus on Kristina. Trey assures him Starr is just someone he can talk to. Joe wants him to focus. Now that Kristina’s mom is fine it is okay to move forward. Trey wonders how he knows Alexis is okay. He tells Trey it is all over the papers. Joe snaps that he is drowning in debt. He lost a lot of money on "Mob Princess" and Trey has to marry her – tonight. Trey has to trust him. He swears on their bond as father and son that everything he asks is for his own protection. Later, Kristina comes over and tells him they have to talk about the marriage. He agrees.
At Pozollo’s Kate is upset Joe was released. She thought she would never have to see him again and he assures her she won’t. She thinks they brought this on themselves because they wanted too much happiness. Maybe getting married is tempting fate. He promises not to let that animal anywhere near his family. Everything in him wants to take Joe down, but he can’t jeopardize her recovery. She thinks they can kill him together – metaphorically. Outside of therapy he is as good as dead and buried. She does not want to waste one more minute on Joe. She leaves to tell Olivia they are getting married. Sonny calls Max and tells him to find Joe as Joe walks in.
Kate arrives at the hospital to see Olivia and Todd pulls her aside. He wants to discuss a proposal.

Luke asks Lulu, "Are you pregnant?"
Joe tells Sonny, "I know what happened." Sonny replies, "Shut your mouth Joe!"
Carly tells Johnny, "Todd tried pinning something horrible on you."
Kate asks Todd, "So are you saying Connie still exists?" Tadd answers, "Oh, Connie absolutely exists."
