Joss and Alexis are admitted to General Hospital, John and Jason team up, and Joe Jr. and Jerry make a deal.
Sam hugs Alexis at home and lets her know how much it means she is helping her. Alexis faints and falls to the floor. John walks in and helps Sam while she calls an ambulance. He notices the mark on her arm.
Carly and Jason bring Joss to the hospital. Jason waits outside while Steve takes Carly and Joss into a room. Jason fills Liz in, but she presses him when she sees how upset he is. He tells her he and Sam are divorcing. She can’t believe that is what Sam really wants but other people got in the way. Suddenly, McBain and Sam come in with Alexis. Sam tells Jason that Alexis just collapsed. John and Jason are left alone and Jason tells him about the divorce. Jason tells John that Joss has a red mark on her arm and John tells him Alexis has the same mark. Inside Joss’s room, Carly fills Steve in about how they found her outside. He wants to take blood to be sure since she has a bit of a fever. He asks how long she has been sleepwalking and she tells him it was the first time. When Steve comes out of Joss’s room Jason tells him about Alexis.
In his apartment Trey is on the phone with his dad talking about marrying Kristina when Michael and Starr walk in. She wants to know what wedding he is talking about. He tells them Sonny is proposing to Kate and Michael is shocked. He leaves to check it out but first hopes Starr will be okay with it. She is - she wants Kate to heal like she has, thanks to him. They kiss and he leaves. She asks Trey if Kristina knows his dad is in jail yet, but he has to keep his dad’s wishes. Starr assures him Kristina will understand. Starr is not sure she can keep this from Michael and he blows up – this can’t come out! His dad is not the guy he said he was. Trey has not been with his dad full time since he was a kid and may have missed something.
Kristina comes home to an empty house, but Michael arrives moments later. She tells him Sonny showed her the ring that he is going to propose to Kate. Suddenly Sam calls her and tells her out Alexis. Michael drives her to the hospital.
Inside Alexis’ room, the doctor checks her out and Sam fills him in on her cancer and chemo history. Steve comes in to take a look and asks Sam about the mark, but she is not aware of when Alexis got it. He tells Liz they need to look into it. Sam tells John and Jason about Alexis’ trip to Wyndemere. She got dizzy and thinks she laid down but does not remember. Kristina heads in to see Alexis while Michael goes to Carly. Carly is sure she is worried about nothing, but Joss' fever is spiking. Michael assures her that it is no big deal and hugs her. Meanwhile, John calls the security company but they have no record of a call or alarm trip. He tells Jason Alexis was lured there. What do Joss and Alexis have in common? Jason tells John he has a boat docked and they leave together for Wyndemere.
Epiphany comes into Patrick’s room as he packs for his release. She wants to discuss the drugs he stole. He assures her never did pills in the OR – it was the only place he felt in control. He knows he let everyone down, including her. He couldn’t face her and admit he needed help. She isn’t going to go to Monica but she is going to watch him like a hawk. If he messes up again, he is out. He will take it one day at a time. He just has to figure out how to do that without Robin. Epiphany brings Emma in and she asks if he is going to die like mommy. He promises he will not die. They have to remember the happy memories and leave for Kelly’s for ice cream.
Jerry visits Joe Jr in jail. Joe tells him it is about time he got there. Jerry knows that Joe is lying about being framed for the rape and murder. He will get him out, but there are some things he has to do first. He is not a fan of charity and Joe Jr. owes him a lot. Jerry made a body disappear and needs Joe’s help for the ultimate feat. Joe tells him it won’t be easy – most of the guys he got for the Metro Court job ended up dead. But, he will do it. Jerry tells him they are heading for Wyndemere.

Carly says to Steve, "We’ve been here for house and you still have no idea what is wrong with my daughter!"
Sam says "What if it is not a bug bite at all? What if it is something entirely different?"
Jason says to John, "Somebody wanted Alexis out here." John replies, "But who?"
Jerry says to Joe Jr., "The main objective for me is to cheat death once again."
