General Hospital - DAILY UPDATES

By the road, Jason sees a light and runs off. In the cabin, Heather holds Tea's dead baby and talks to an unconscious Sam, saying her son is alive and blessed with a new mommy. "You'll never know the difference." Heather puts the baby outside where Sam had left hers. She hears Jason calling out and rushes off. Jason finds Sam, who wakes up and cries, "Where's my baby?" She wonders why John didn't return to help them. Sam remembers leaving the baby outside. Jason finds him dead and whispers, "I'm sorry." Still outside, Jason realizes everyone was right… as soon as Jason held the baby, he loved him. How will he tell Sam he's gone? Sam calls out to Jason. Did he find her baby? Sam appears and breaks down when Jason replies, "Your baby died." Sam holds the baby and cries, "This isn't my baby."

Sonny visits Kate at Shadybrooke. She can't believe he's there after everything she's done. She talks about dreaming that she shot out Anthony's tires and how she heard the dying screams of Cole and Hope. Connie said she set the tragedy into motion. Kate knows she needs to pay for what she's done. Over talk of Todd and Starr, Sonny assures Kate that Starr won't come after him. He also warns Todd knows what Connie did. Sonny and Todd made an agreement, a trade… Todd stays quiet about Connie, and Sonny lets Starr off the hook for trying to kill him. Todd has family who suffers from D.I.D. Again, Kate apologizes to Sonny, who admits he's not without blame in this. Sonny knows Kate didn't betray him with Johnny. It was Connie. After Sonny leaves, Connie talks to Kate through a mirror

Michael finds Starr at the Metro Court. They discuss the accident. Starr confesses even if Sonny was guilty, she wouldn't try to kill him again. She finally heard what Michael had been trying to tell her but wonders if Todd knows Sonny didn't cause the accident then who did. Why hasn't her dad said anything? Michael thinks Sonny knows who caused the accident and is trying to protect them.

In Ewen's hospital room Liz explains what happened to him. He wants to warn Sonny that Connie is dangerous. Liz admits they know about Kate. She's in Shadybrooke. "Kate didn't attack me," Ewen says. "Connie did." Liz talks about Maggie's death and admits she didn't strike her as someone who would take someone else's life - let alone her own. The mood lightens. Liz and Ewen agree to pick up where they left off.

Todd brings Tea into the hospital and tells Steve how she had her baby on the side of the road. Tea thanks Todd for saving her son, who'd stopped breathing. Steve notes the baby's good health and wonders if Todd pulled this miracle off himself. Tea talks about the woman in the woods who helped Todd revive him and allows them to take the baby to the nursery. She cries to Todd, "I can't believe my baby is alive thanks to you." Todd thinks back to the baby switch and says, "Delgado, there's something I need to tell you." Tea interrupts, as does Todd's cell. He takes a call from Starr and slips that Tea had her baby. After he hangs up, Todd overhears Tea calling Dani. Tea hangs up and relays Dani's thanks to Todd for taking care of her and the baby. The baby is brought back in. Tea wonders what Todd was going to tell her. Starr rushes in, gushes over the baby and hears that Todd delivered him. All Todd wanted to tell Tea was that he's happy for her. Tea still can't figure out who her baby looks like… her or Victor. Later, Starr demands Todd tell her what he knows about who caused Cole and Hope's death. "Kate Howard," Todd replies.

Olivia finds Heather gone at home. On Olivia's way out, Heather appears, claiming she went to Kelly's and took Olivia's car. When Olivia says Kelly's has been closed for hours, Heather backtracks. Over talk of Jason and Sam, Olivia bashes Franco and the pain he's caused. Heather grabs Olivia and warns her to never talk bad about Franco. Olivia pushes Heather off and listens as she talks about admiring Franco. She warns Olivia will learn like Sam did. "What's that supposed to mean?" Olivia asks. Heather continues to rant about Sam and how Jason left her because of her typical tryst with Franco. Olivia objects. It was rape! Steve rushes in. He got Olivia's message. Heather says they had a misunderstanding. Steve talks about the baby born and how a woman in the woods helped save it. Heather comments on people being in the right place when others are in need.
