Carly shoots straight with Jason, Sam and Téa have their babies, and Heather tries to help Todd.

At his house Jason gives some thugs the location of McBain’s hotel room. He wants them to make sure he is alone and to leave Sam out of it. Carly walks in as they are leaving and holds up the newspaper for Jason. He finally tells her everything and Carly realizes Sam isn't there. He tells her that Sam needed time and left. Carly wants him to stop talking himself out of giving up on her. Sam never wanted to leave. She just wanted Jason to hold her and tell her he loves her no matter what. Jason couldn't do that, but she has McBain. Carly does not think that is cool but wonders if he is just going to let Sam go and let McBain pick up the pieces. He tells her McBain won't be able to pick up anything soon. She knows if he doesn’t call it off he could be sending Sam right into John’s arms. He leaves a voice mail but she knows that is not good enough. He has to forgive himself for not being able to save Sam and then forgive Sam for keeping secrets. She is crying and she explains she has to forgive someone too. She leaves and Johnny calls. She agrees to talk. Jason looks at a picture of Sam and tells her he is coming.

Sam is in labor in John's room and won't let him leave to get help. She is in a lot of pain and he holds onto her, assuring her they will do it together. He wants her to concentrate on something and she asks for the dragon figurine in her purse. She is focusing and breathing and wants Jason. He thinks Jason would tell her he was sorry, he loves her and will stand by the baby for the rest of his life. She delivers the baby and he starts crying. John swaddles him and hands her the baby. She doesn't know what she would have done without him. He leaves to get the car and is ambushed by the thugs in the hallway. They dump his beaten body outside. Inside, Sam notices how much the baby looks like Jason. The baby is having some breathing problems. She wraps him up and waits for John.

In the stuck car, Téa grabs Todd. She is having the baby right now, and this is the last place she wants to be. He promises her the baby will be perfect. He gets her outside to a bus stop with a first aid kit and the two of them laugh a bit hysterically over the situation. He gets serious and apologizes for what he has done in the past and wants to move forward. It is time to push and he delivers the baby. She asks if it is a boy and Todd is quiet. She asks to hold him but there is something wrong. She wonders why he isn't crying but Todd doesn't know. He doesn’t know if he is breathing. Téa begs him to take the baby to the hospital now. He runs off and she gets back in the car. She still has no signal, but sees a picture of her and Victor.

Heather is waiting out the rain in her car, anxious to bury Anthony. She eagerly anticipates Luke's gratitude and dreams of him making out with her when he finds out what she did for him. She walks up to a small cabin, sees a shovel and puts Anthony in a wheelbarrow. Todd walks up and sees the car. He looks for the owners and recognizes Anthony. Heather comes out and tells him it is not what it looks like, but he doesn’t care. She wants to see the baby. She won’t give him the keys so he might as well. Heather works on him but she it doesn’t look good.

In the interrogation room, Lulu pressures Luke for answers. Luke does not want to involve her but she insists. He agrees, but only if it stays between them. He tells her everything. Anthony is dead, and the body is missing. He wasn’t going to kill him, just ship him off. She wants to tell Dante but he refuses until he finds out who is trying to frame them. She does not want to keep another secret from her husband.

Johnny shows up at the station and pressures Dante to make an arrest. He doesn't have a body, but Johnny accuses him of favoring Luke because he is his father-in-law. Dante asks Johnny, if he is so hot to help, where would he have put the remains if he had killed him. Johnny refuses to answer. Dante knows he hated Anthony, so why is he so insistent on justice? He insists it is because he is family. Dante should understand all about that with Sonny being his dad. Johnny is a little jealous because Dante got to forgive Sonny and Dante tells Johnny he may get to forgive Anthony too.
