She shakes her head and leaves while he cries over the videos.

At the dock, Spinelli and Matt are trying to figure how Lisa died when Spinelli sees something in the file that makes him believe he knows who did it. Spinelli tells Matt it is his brother, Dr. Patrick Drake. Matt refuses to believe it and Spinelli lays out his case against him and that Patrick had motive. Matt says there is no proof, but Spinelli says he did not turn in his clothes until one month after the murder. Everyone else did it that night. Matt refuses to believe it, so Spinelli assures him they won’t know for sure until they confront him, unless he doesn’t remember, possibly due to a post-traumatic blackout. Spinelli begins to wonder about Matt once he reveals he was the one who got hammered and passed out.

McBain goes over to Anna’s and she asks him how the verdict is affecting him. He feels Sonny is never held accountable for his actions and she wonders if he is going to go after him. She reminds him that he can’t bring back his sister, and that he has people in his life who need him now. She shows him a picture of her and Robin and reminisces about the mistakes she made that resulted in lost time with her. She does not want him to make those same mistakes. He feels he owes it to his sister and she tells him he as 60 days to make something stick. She encourages him to open up to his wife about everything. He calls his wife and tells her he is coming home. Alone, Anna cries over pictures of Robin.

At home, Michael opens the door to Sonny, who invites him to the party Kate is throwing for his birthday. Michael wonders if Carly is invited and Sonny tells him that is between Kate and Carly. Michael assures Sonny he was genuinely happy that he was found not guilty and Sonny asks him what happened with Starr. He explains how he came home to see her packing her stuff and that she was so upset about the verdict, she had to leave town. Sonny respects Michael for supporting her, but wants him to have no doubts about his innocence. Michael tells him if he was guilty he would have seen it all over his face. He asks Sonny if he really thinks it was Johnny and he tells Michael that Johnny used Carly to make himself look innocent. Johnny is in for a major disappointment. They shake hands and Sonny leaves. Michael picks up Starr’s CD and begins to listen.

At Johnny’s, Starr asks him for answers. He tells her Sonny would do anything for power, that despite his code there is no line he will not cross. He tells her Sonny’s temper is legendary, that he shot his own son, almost blew up his daughter and continually plays Michael. She asks Johnny if he has ever been hurt by Sonny and he tells her he dug up a painful, personal secret and humiliated him with it. He then offers Starr a recording deal when she reveals her previous one fell through. She wonders why he would help her and he tells her she is a worthy investment. Plus, if she sticks around, she might get to see Sonny get what is coming to him. They shake hands.

Jason looks at the results at home and realizes the child Sam is carrying isn’t his. He asks her how she got Franco’s DNA and she tells him it was a contact at the FBI. He puts the pieces together that she has been lying to him, again. She tells him she wasn’t trying to control him, just protect him. He wonders why she would do that after what happened with Robin. Does she think he can’t handle it? She tells him she was being selfish and didn’t want to see him suffer and he realizes she has been suffering alone. She wonders if he can still love the baby now that he knows and they hold each other.
