When Maxie finally comes down, it will be HARD. Her self-incriminating high can only last so long. Glad Anna got honest with Patrick today. The "deal" Olivia proposed was too funny. Johnny is definitely not stupid, and Anthony is damned dangerous.

Janol77: You are so right about it being a "SOAP". Time for everyone to realize it and get behind the real world problems as much as the soap stories.

I watched the Guza/Burton interview. Guza tap danced around the reason for Jake's death, but what was more interesting than he quasi explanation was the sunglasses. Guza is kinda creepy, there I said it. I really want to say something else, but I don't want to go outside of the posting guidelines of this board.

Lol! I can't get through the posts for laughing..Janol, Aussie...but I've gotten as far as Scrimmage's repeat of Lulu/Luke that had me laughing out loud hysterically...that was funny.

I know the wrath of Sam's supporter on this site will come down on me but that is why we come here to this site is to voice our opinions and our feelings about the s/l and what we think of the characters and how we feel about what they are doing.
Since this last s/l with Jason's brain operation I just don't like Sam anymore.
This has nothing to do with a Sam against Liz and me wanting Liz to be paired with Jason. That is the last person I want Liz with and I don't want Liz or her two remaining children to put in the kind of danger Jason's world causes. I just don't like Sam's reaction to Robin's death. It's like she didn't skip a beat or care in the slightest that Robin died. I know they were not close friends but she doesn't even feel a little sad that Robin gave her life to save Jason's. She is just all about herself and Jason in all her scenes lately. I think I will start taping the show so I can ff all her and Jason's scenes.

To all the Liz haters : Please remember that a long, long time ago even before Liz married Lucky she came upon a wounded gangster laying in the snow near an old boxcar. He was very thoroughly shot in the chest, bleeding and not too aware of his surroundings, Liz cared for him and brought him back to her studio - which is still mentioned now and again - the studio that is. During the time she nursed him back to health his whereabouts had to be kept a secret for his safety. Liz and the gangster fell in love and the interaction between them was electric, they still give off sparks when they have scenes together. When Jake was conceived Liz did not force herself on this fellow but he was a very willing participant. Their relationship of unrequited love makes all the Elizabeth "lovers" very sad. I think that the Elizabeth "haters" can see the magic connection these two have and are afraid that they may somehow come together and it is fear of this that propels most of the dislike.
    Just my opinion.

The moral of this story is ...... the wounded gangster was Jason and if Elizabeth hadn't found him, cared for and hidden him he wouldn't be part of this story today. There is a lot more between them then meets the eye and it is electrical.

    Love, fun and bubble gum

Silicon: Loved the fill in. Reminds me of a song fron the 70's. Don't remember the name, but it says a tender hearted woman found a poor half frozen snake on her way to work one day, so she brought him in, and nursed him back to health. When he thawed out, he bit her. And she screamed "I took care of you--and this is how you repay me?" His answer "Silly woman, you knew darn well I was a snake when you took me in."

Scrimmage: You know all things music, I would love to find out who had the song. I know there are horns involved.

Thank you for bringing that up, Silicon. Scenes like that remind me of why I loved Liaison. Liz isn't some stalker, Liz and Jason have a strong history together. As much the writers would like us to forget, we won't!

    Hello again:

I know that we have had some choice words for the Gh writers not so long ago regarding their lack of creativity, etc, but I have to say they have been doing an awesome job lately. Story lines have become more interesting, there have been a little of everything to tap into everyone of our emotions, and more importantly, the writers are doing a better job writing for certain characters making them more likeable than they have been in a while.

Aussie- Look away for this part because it is going to make your eyes twitch and your head hurt, haha. Liz is one that is being written better. I am not sure if it is the lost of Robin and or the looming anniversary of Jake’s death but whatever the reason, she has stepped up in the last couple weeks. It has been refreshing to watch her demonstrate consideration, understanding, care and thoughtfulness for the people around her despite her own grief. I can definitely like this Liz and if she refrains from digressing to her old ways, then she would have me in her corner.

They have also done a great job with Luke. It was nice to see that he included Lulu on what is going on with Ethan. I understand Lulu’s initial suspicion and accusation upon seeing her dad in Jake’s on today of all days, but glad that she gave him the chance to explain. Luke without the booze attached to his palms is much more insightful and fun to watch.
I can really understand why Olivia and Connie are related. She just barged right into Johnny’s place and dropped the bomb about knowing that AZ was alive and that Johnny boy has been hiding him. Johnny is getting it from all sides lately with the ladies in his life. I am not sure if Olivia is brave, brazen or just crazy because what would stop AZ from shutting her up now that he knows that she knows where he is. Ah, mama lied to her baby boy but I knew she wasn’t going to spill the beans when she can use the info to bargain for Steve.

Ah Maxie. Today I decided to make the choice to accept this actress as Maxie given that it seems as though KS is not returning any time soon. This is my sacrifice for Lent. I actually felt something during her last scene with Spin right before the phone rang. Maybe it was just resignation or maybe it was a little hint of that Spixie magic.

Papa bear was ready to defend his cub against Anna. I like how protective Noah is in looking after Patrick. It was a good scene all the way around. I knew that Anna was going to apologize and I am glad that she did. I had to chuckle though when Patrick told her that the reason why Robin didn’t tell her about Lisa was because she didn’t want her and Robert to kick his a$$. Her response to that was quite humorous and true- it definitely would have hurt.

I am glad for Sam’s sake that Jason “forgave” her,, although I don’t get why she needed forgiveness for trying to save his worthless hide, but my girl loves him and for her sake I will try to be happy as well. I was glad that Sam told him that she would do it again. Right now I am not feeling the Jason love and it will take a while for him to come off my spit list. Now every time I look at him all I can hear is the Dixie Chicks’ song “I Am Not Ready To Make Nice”. I guess I am not as forgiving as Sam and no way would he have gotten any nookie after his shabby treatment but especially for staying out all night and not at least letting Sam know that he was okay and not laying somewhere by the road dead.

Janol, I can probably imagine what you think and I probably feel the same way about Guza. Very creepy....

lovely, if you're implying I'm the Sam supporter: you're right. But I'll take it easy on you. It's Friday after all, and I'm in a good mood.
