Johnny's world is rocked, Robin is honest with Patrick, and Sam undergoes testing.
After welcoming Robin home, Patrick tells her he knows she's the patient she's been talking about. After some back and forth about why she didn’t tell him, Robin admits that she was actually in Seattle. She's now on a third protocol under a doctor who has had great results with his patients in Africa. They'll know in a few weeks if it's working, but that they have good reason to hope. She explains that she doesn’t want him and Emma to watch her get sick like Stone did if the medication doesn't work. She wants them to remember her like she is now. Patrick assures her the disease won't take away who she is. He holds her as she cries and says she's scared. He doesn’t want any more secrets. She agrees. He asks if Lisa messed with her medication. She says there's no way to know for sure. He blames himself, which is exactly what she didn’t want. They move on to debating her asking Elizabeth to take her place and going to Jason before coming to him. She explains she wanted Jason to help her disappear. This tears Patrick up even more. Patrick declares she will beat this and he will be there every step of the way. He adds that taking off is crazy. Robin agrees because she loves him and Emma too much to leave. He wants them to do this together from now on.
Sam and Jason meet with Kelly in regards to a paternity test. She tells them it's an invasive procedure, which could cause a miscarriage. Jason tells Sam it's up to her. Sam needs to know and wants the test. Elizabeth finds Jason waiting for Sam near the hub. He tells her he's having tests done. Sam returns with Kelly, who says they should have the results in a week to ten days. Liz curiously looks on.
Kate caustically greets Jax at the airport bar. She tells him he looks good for a dead man. They debate how dangerous Sonny is and Jax's decision to play dead. Jax then says he has a business proposition for her. Kate agrees to it and says she'll take care of the details when she gets home. Jax's flight is called and he says goodbye. Kate gets a call from the person she's supposed to meet, who isn't coming. Annoyed, she reminds them they aren't supposed to make it difficult for her.
At Johnny's, Sonny gleefully tells him Anthony isn't his father and hands him his birth certificate. Johnny looks at it which says Gino Soleito is his father. Johnny doesn't believe it, but Sonny insists it's true. He chuckles as he tells Johnny they haven't gotten to the best part: Claudia was his mother. Sonny says he's still a Zacchara, just not in the way he thought. Johnny pulls a gun on him and declares he will die tonight. Sonny reminds him he didn’t get violent with him. He just brought the truth. Sonny leaves, as a devastated Johnny takes it all in.
After Steve helps Maggie with her patient at the hospital, she convinces him to head to the roof to blow off some steam like they used to in Memphis. They write positive affirmations on paper and fly them off the roof for passersby to read. Steve says it's too bad everything in life can't be this simple. Olivia shows up. Maggie smirks as she tells Olivia not to be too hard on Steve because she's always been a bad influence. After Maggie exits, Steve explains they were just unwinding by healing their souls. Olivia is apparently appeased, as they start making out.
Tracy is thrilled to see Luke at her wedding to Anthony, but her jaw drops when she learns he's not there to stop the proceedings. Anthony orders the minister to start things, but Tracy says she can't do it because she needs tradition. Maxie tries to help by giving her something old and suggests Luke be the best man, since she can step in as the maid of honor. Luke readily agrees and helps move things along until Tracy and Anthony are declared man and wife. Annoyed at Luke, Tracy makes a show of kissing Anthony. As they take photos, Anthony reminds Tracy, "What's mine is yours and what's yours is mine." Tracy's face falls.
