Lucky relies on Luke, Sam doesn't want anything to change, and the mystery man lurks around Wyndemere.

Sam enters the penthouse to find Spinelli gushing about her wedding and honeymoon. He wants details, but Sam sullenly says she doesn’t want to talk about it. She asks about their business and he admits his cyber skills have deserted him. He's okay with it though because now he has room for new abilities. He plans to be self-sufficient soon so he can move out. Sam tells him absolutely not. Spinelli's confused, but Sam tells him they like him living upstairs and nothing needs to change. Spinelli disagrees because she and Jason are married now, but Sam insists nothing has changed.

Sonny exits his office at the restaurant to find Jason sitting at a table. He asks how the honeymoon was. Jason stoically answers it was fine. Sonny tells him he knows Franco is back and Jason fills him in on Shawn and Carly showing up in Hawaii. Jason goes off on Sonny when he badmouths Shawn. Sonny wonders what's wrong with him. Jason just tells him he's back and can clean up whatever mess he wants. Sonny informs him his services aren't needed because everything is fine. Later, Jason sits alone looking at a rape survivor pamphlet.

Ethan stops by to see Elizabeth in her hospital room. Matt walks in as Steve explains everything that happened with Lisa. Ethan wonders how she washed ashore alive after getting chloroformed. Matt tells him about Liz's theory that a mystery person saved her. Liz wakes up and the doctors leave Ethan to visit. Ethan tells her not to worry about her boys. All she needs to do is concentrate on getting better. When her savior is brought up she assures Ethan the man is real and saved her life. Ethan knows mystery abounds on Spoon Island. She wonders why he's been spending time there. He explains he came late to the party so he's trying to fill in the gaps. They talk about Laura and Liz recalls how different Laura was when she came out of her catatonia. It was like the light went out and she wanted to be back in her previous state. However, she's now happy and living elsewhere. Liz warns him that Wyndemere isn't healthy to be around, but he thinks it's fascinating.

In the hallway, Steve and Matt discuss Liz's condition. Matt wants to run more tests, but Steve thinks he's already handled everything. Matt counters that Steve's had a lot on his mind, so he's just getting his back. He hopes if the roles were reversed, Steve would do the same.
Someone walks around Wyndemere and looks at Laura's portrait. Later, Ethan drops in and sees wet footprints.

Lulu is surprised to find Luke at Elizabeth's door. She learns her brothers knew he was back and asks why he's there. He responds that he heard he had a grandson. Lulu is disdainful of her father's intentions assuming he'll be taking off again soon. She wonders why Ethan and Lucky knew he was back, but she didn’t. He explains the family thought it was best he stay away. She thinks that gave him the easy way out, but he owes her because she's the only person who didn’t give up on him. Luke tries to explain his actions, but Lulu remains bitter. Lulu gets a call from Cameron, who is at a sleepover and forgot his inhaler. Lulu leaves Luke to watch Aiden while she delivers it.

Lucky wakes up in the churchyard to see the message in stones which now reads, "Aiden is sick. Hurry." Lucky calls Liz's house, but gets her machine. Luke hears his desperate message and picks up. Lucky learns Liz is in the hospital and asks Luke if Aiden is okay. Luke says he's fine but he has a bruise on his arm. Lucky makes sure his father is sober and orders him to take the boy to the hospital.

Lucky boards a plane back to Port Charles, as Luke buckles Aiden in the car and nervously drives him to the hospital.
