Lulu lashes out at Lucky, Ethan has a bizarre encounter, Sonny and Johnny come to an understanding and someone returns to Port Charles.

A tense Ethan follows a shadow in Wyndemere. He finds a glove and continues down a corridor and wonders if Helena or someone else is leading him on a wild goose chase. He walks through the dark corridors by flickering candlelight, but does not find anything. When he returns, he notices that Laura's portrait is crying tears!

Shawn tries to convince officers that he has found a ticking bomb at the warehouse. The police are skeptical, but Shawn claims he can diffuse it. The police evacuate and call the bomb squad. Carly arrives at the warehouse and finds Shawn working on the bomb. He admits it is a diversion, but the bomb is actually real. A nervous Carly thinks the bomb is is extreme, but Shawn diffuses it. He points out the drugs in what should be coffee. He wants to dump the bags before the cops return, and she offers her help. She remembers there is a panic room, but isn't sure how to access it. They figure it out, but become trapped in the room after moving all the drug bags!

In the hospital lobby, Sonny listens as Olivia begs Johnny to tell her that he had nothing to do with Dante's shooting. Johnny claims he wanted to lend his support to her, and tries to shift blame back to Sonny. She suggests someone in his organization or his father may have done it. Johnny asserts he is no more to blame for his father's actions than Dante is for Sonny's. An upset Olivia warns him that she knows where he keeps his gun. Johnny goes to the hospital terrace, and Sonny follows him. Sonny wants to honor Dante's wishes with a truce. Johnny pensively agrees to keep the truce and the two shake hands.

Johnny goes to find Olivia and tells her about his truce with Sonny, but she tells him it is too late.

Abby finds a tearful Michael hiding in the hospital waiting room. He doesn't want anyone to see him so upset. Abby doesn't fault him for trying to cover things up because it is how he has been raised. Michael worries his actions lead to Dante's being shot. He reminds her he is the warehouse manager and should have known something was wrong. Sonny interrupts and assures Michael he is not at fault. He then claims Johnny is behind it and boasts he will take care of him. Abby listens on as Michael tells Sonny he wants to help in any way possible.

Lucky apologizes to Lulu for Dante's shooting at the hospital. Lulu begs him to find out who shot Dante. Lucky reveals he leveled with Mac about his addiction to pills and how he is taking a leave of absence. Lulu wonders where his sudden burst of honesty came from. She is skeptical that the news of Dante's shooting made him finally come clean, but is happy he can get back on the case and help Dante. When Lucky admits he is part of the reason Dante was shot, a livid Lulu slaps him for allowing Dante to work alone. She yells about how they were supposed to be engaged and start their life together. Nearing a breakdown, she cries, "It shouldn't have been Dante, it should have been you!" She asks him to leave. Olivia intervenes and suggests she get air. She orders Lucky to be gone when she gets back. Lulu goes to the hospital patio and breaks down. She falls to her knees and sobs.
Lucky returns home and finds an envelope for him hidden underneath the couch.

Jason and Sam bask in afterglow with beers over candlelight at Jason's cabin. Sam asks if Jason came to the cabin after Jake died. He says he didn't because he didn't want to bring any pain to his safe haven. He then tells her he has found a home with her that he found with no one else. They tenderly kiss. Sam wants to stay on their honeymoon indefinitely. He promises they can make changes and come to the cabin again. He whisks her up in his arms and Sam squeals in delight as he carries her back to the bedroom. After another interlude, the newlyweds get dressed. Jason has some sort of strange flash, but assures Sam he is fine. After they leave, he tells Sam he wants to share as much of his life with her as he can. They hop on his motorcycle and head to the airport for Hawaii.
A masked figure enters a room with a gun and makes a phone call. The person turns out to be Luke, who says, "I'm back and you are right, I need to be here to see what is going on."
