Alexis lashes out at Carly, Lulu dumps Dante and Siobhan's autopsy results come in.

Alexis isn't thrilled when she runs into Carly outside of her door. "We're on the same side," claims the blond. She wants help dealing with Sonny. Alexis doubts she's ready to stop being his enabler. Carly insists they have to cut Sonny out of their kids' lives for good. Alexis thinks that will flop and the kids are old enough to decide on what they want. She says it's a little late for Carly to get indignant about him crossing a line. Going further, Alexis accuses Carly and her 'bottomless pit of need' of sucking all the good out of Jax and destroying him. "You are guilty! Live with it!" she barks. Carly won't let her get away and the arguing continues. "You're just like Sonny," Alexis accuses, telling her she wasn't worthy of Jax. She admits that she has always loved Jax. If she'd stuck with him, he probably wouldn't be dead. She hands her the divorce papers Jax never got to file.

Kristina goes to the restaurant to see her brother. He wants her to help him rally the troops around their dad. She's not keen and almost feels sorry for him and his new mobster act. Kristina says their dad will never change. He only loves them when it's convenient for him. Michael keeps defending their dad, reminding her that he used to get 'slapped around' just like she was. She reminds him that he had his brains blown out and she was nearly blown up in a car. None of this is getting through to him. She gives up. He accuses her of being a 'little girl playing dress-up' and says that Ethan just feels sorry for her. After he storms off, her head hurts.

At Liz's, Lulu walks in on Lucky blurting out, "What do you care if I'm using?" Lulu's jaw drops. She's miffed Dante's been keeping this a secret from her too. She rails at her brother and he becomes defensive. Lulu doesn't like their explanations and assumes her brother is lying about being forcibly drugged. Lucky accuses her of having a double standard since she has no trouble putting her faith in Luke. Lulu won't back down. Lucky rolls his eyes. His sister randomly pays her respects for Siobhan and then suggests that losing her is only one more reason he should get off the case. She asks Dante to pull some strings. He can't. She becomes livid and rants at him for compromising his principles and killing their relationship. "What what what?" he asks, stunned. She keeps ranting. Lucky declares this pointless, tells her to go to Hell and walks out, popping some pills on the porch. Back inside, Lulu keeps blowing up at Dante. He brings up his request that she move in with him. She can't live with someone who lies to her. "Do me a favor, don't be at the loft when I go there to get my stuff," she says.

Robin stops Patrick from going into Jason's hospital room and orders him to see other patients. This infuriates him. They bicker until he slouches away. Maxie shows up to see Jason but Robin forbids it. After they plod off, Milo makes some calls to set up the next security shift. As he wanders away, one of Anthony's men eavesdrops and then calls his boss, who advises him to keep everyone out of Jason's room. Later, she shows up with flowers.

Matt finds Liz at the nurses' station knocking things over by accident. She doesn't know why he's been covering for her. He vaguely explains one of his patients OD'd from the same drug that went missing. They discuss the missing pills and he tells her that she should never try to get back with Lucky. She admits that they are the 'poster children for unhealthy, co-dependent relationships' and says it won't happen again. Patrick runs over and starts blowing up at his brother, accusing him of turning Robin against him. He storms off, Maxie storms over to complain about power going to Robin's head. Robin walks by and they ask her what's really going on with her husband. She complains about all of the work on her plate and flits off. Maxie suddenly gets inspired to make Jason ask Spinelli to be his best man. Matt tells her that he has his own pet project to work on. She runs off. Lucky shows up looking for the results for Siobhan's autopsy. Matt goes off to fetch them. Lucky mopes to Liz about his fight with his sister. She starts talking about how they can't escape who they are and what's meant for them. He wonders if they work to make their lives harder. The autopsy results come in and reveal Siobhan didn't die of natural causes.
