I too have seen all 4 Carly's. I agree they were all good in their own way except for JB who I never bought as Carly.

Chole morgan??? OMG I was thinking the same thing. Great minds.

Carol....Jason was protecting Brenda from the Balkan. He's dead.

Alright...2 days of dressing up & champagne toasts. WOOOOOOOO

I love the cyberbridesmaids idea. I have an old bridesmaid dress in the closet, but think its best left there. I can totally see toasting the happy couple, and celebrating.

I too think they could have written a better exit for Jax. I would have had Lady Jane have a health emergency, and Jax had to jet off and be at her side. That type of thing could go on indefinitely and then have him see Joss off camera.

Risa--I also would have loved for S and B to be happy for a while before being torn apart. It was all a roller coaster ride. I didn't think the two had great chemistry this time around, a rarity since MB has chemistry with just about everyone.

she---brenda--- was getting protection from jason because of the balkan.
but that was all taken care of.

boy you all are excited that jason and sam are engaged!

all during their convo on the roof, i was like, where is the ring? did you and maxie ever find it?

now you guys know that there will be major drama now that they are engaged, cause in soap land nothing is ever easy or happy. for very long!

hey i am sad about megan ward. but i follow her website, and she seems to be a busy actress and mom. she has only been reocurring and not even contract. i think. but
maybe her schedules just conflicted too much. who knows, she hasn't made and official word on what happened. i will miss her on the show!

poor sonny. poor brenda. there was a part of me that saw what he said to her as him being like luke was to lucky in the brothel. that he just knew it was hopeless, and so he had to make sure the ties are cut completely, by making the other party hopeless. poor jax. poor josslyn.
gosh that sweetie always has that blankie or toy hanging from her mouth!

i just don't feel any sorry for carly though, not really.

mamajj - while a Chole Morgan return would be good (although better if Jax was still around), I am still pulling for a "Claudia re-do." More current, Sonny's single again , and it could help turn around JZ's storyline and there's renewed hope for a real female friend for Carly - because, let's face it, for a certain percentage of the fan base, Carly's character can use some major rehabilitation as well.

Wow, just re-read my post - holy typos Batman! So much for the proofreading benefits of pre-typing my post in Word! I'm just a bit tired right now - Carly and Jason were raising MICHAEL together, not raising Jason together (LOL). And Sonny decided to live HIS (not "is") real life with Carly and Michael, not some fantasy with Brenda. Time to go to bed and get some sleep. Have a good night everyone!

I’m still on my JaSam High. I was beginning to believe we would never see the day! They were both just PERFECT. I’m already thinking about what I’ll wear for the cyber-wedding. I would love to see them married in Hawaii or any tropical paradise. I’m thinking it might be at the Q’s.

I was raised by a non-American born father and a first generation American mother. I ‘m thinking I might just not be familiar with the term of a mother referring to her son as my Boy. Brenda does this all the time. I can see if she was in Appalachia or the back woods of xyz, but I would think a super model would be more sophisticated. I find the term to be cold and not very loving. Did anyone notice while Brenda was cackling to Alec on the plane, the poor child withdrew when she reached for him. She would scare anyone.

    enad- eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I’m loving it.

bayoubtr- “Hallelujah” and “Leaving on a jet plane” Just an overall Great day on GH.

Lily- Dumb & Dumber probably don’t how to use it and are waiting for Lucky the pyromaniac to arrive to burn the house down.

4my- I love the idea of cyber-bridemaids Eeeeeeeeeeee.

Mama- what did that bee do to you?. Your weather sounds fantastic.

    Hi Rans.

Poodles.....I say "my boy" a lot. I also say "my boys' since I am the only woman in the house. The dog & cat both boys. So yeah i say it a lot. Daily. And that bee could have stung me or "my boy" & since it's cousin stung Ring I had to bury it. I apologized though.

I think once Sonny gets over the initial emotional disappointment of the failure of his marriage to Brenda, he’s going to breathe a big sigh of relief and he’ll actually move on, feeling much better about himself.

First of all, Sonny was never comfortable with the idea of raising a child with Brenda, much less another one of his enemies’ sons, or in this case grandsons. That was as much of a problem for Sonny as his profession was for Brenda, and the bloom was off the rose right from the start. Then having to continually reassure Brenda that her son was safe only illustrated her complete (and understandable) lack of faith in his ability to do so. Her constant resistance to the measures necessary to keep her and Alec safe also undermined his authority and showed her inability to grasp the realities of being Sonny’s wife.

At this stage in his life and after everything he has given up to reach this point, Sonny is not inclined to apologize to anybody for anything. He LIKES where he is in life, and he enjoys living the way he does, answering to no authority and using his power to destroy anyone who opposes or disrespects him. He makes no bones about who he is and what he is capable of and in fact, revels in his reputation. He’s comfortable in his own skin, and proud of all he’s accomplished. He can give his children anything they want in the world, and to Sonny, that’s what it’s all about. He married Brenda because he wanted her to share, not change, his life.

However Brenda had other ideas. Like many women do, she wanted to test his love, by making him choose between the business he built and the life he loves, and her. She was actually surprised when Sonny didn’t jump at the chance to retire and turn things over to Jason. Perhaps she thought that Sonny looked at his career as a criminal with the same distaste with which she viewed her own professional modeling career; an unpleasant, but necessary means to an end that would be jettisoned and forgotten as soon as it lost it’s usefulness. What she never realized is that for Sonny, being a criminal is not just what he does for a living – it’s what he IS. She said the other day that she needed truth in her life, but as Jack Nicholson would’ve said: “You can’t HANDLE the TRUTH!” As soon as she got some real honesty, she couldn’t take it. I don’t blame Brenda for not wanting to raise a child with Sonny, only that she couldn’t figure that out before this. She expected Sonny to change everything in his life to meet her expectations based on the fact that she is now a mother. That was never going to happen. She over estimated the power she had over Sonny, and her constant b!tching, whining, and bickering with Carly didn’t make the idea of life with the high maintenance Brenda and her son such an attractive prospect either.

For Sonny, Brenda was always the fantasy girl – “The one that got away.” Now that he’s experienced the reality of marriage to this insecure, fragile, basket case of mixed up emotions, maybe he’s finally got her out of his system. One thing’s for sure, he’ll appreciate the peace and quiet he’s going to have around his house now.

That is, until the next time Carly comes barging in with some crisis.

poodles - When I come home from work I always call "Where's my boy? to say hi to the cat. Our next door neighbor always refers to her sons as the boys. I guess I've never thought about it.
I do remember when Brenda's son first came to live with them that Sonny always called him the boy, but that was Lucian.

Mama- are you saying your bee kill was in retaliation for Rings sting? LOL- I hope everyone doesn’t go on a “Bee” hunt and wipe the entire population of this pollinating workhorse. Thanks for the reply to my Boy question. I’m glad to know it isn’t just a Brenda thing, Like “That girl” but is a term normal people use as an endearment. I love all your spoilers and spoiler talk.
