Lucky wow the scene again with you and Jason..so touching and Lucky with Luke..Just outstanding.
Kristina you need to learn more from Abby, see how classy she was to go as it is not the time or place to snikker. nat I have always thought Kristina interst in Micheal is just to weird as Claudia was to Johnny.

As a parent who has lost a child. There is no easy way to ask for organ donations, but it is necessary. No amount of finesse or preparation will make it easy. The fact that my child lives through someone else gives me some comfort during those times that I think about him.

This was a very difficult s/l to watch. Especially the way the writers has Liz's character acting all selfish and negligent.

    Actors "Excellent Job"

Lucky - Thanks for being the voice of reason and compassion

Liz - Thanks for listening/Thumbs down on blaiming Jason

Carly - Josslyn has a second chance because of Liz and Lucky

Jason - Condolences/but your timing sucks asking on bahalf of Carly of all people. Steve could have asked or Terrell

Jax - Thanks for Telling Carly to Shut up and Sit down (my interpretation)

Luke - You suck. That's why Lucky is always running trying to find attachments and Love.

Sam - you coward this was the most emotionally open Jason has ever been and you chose NOT to be with him. Take your hits unless you cant pretend your not all broken up because Jake is dead. (and I dont dislike Sam but am disappointed)

Very sad day. The organ requests were so akward although that happens in real life. How receptive are people when they just lost a loved one?

I am so glad nat21, ttoyou, lilyhunter heard the Monica page, sometimes I think the writers do not realize the true fans do pay attention to little things, and it drives us crazy when they do something like this, why make us think she was in the hospital. Lillybee thank you for the update on stage 5 cancer,I had not heard of that before. ttoyou: I think watching has helped me release some grief, all of you posters are great

Scrimmage, just read through your comment. A few responses:

    1. Yes, I have known people who had cancer "all of a sudden" so to speak. My friend's daughter, at age 10, was perfectly fine until she got sick one day, went to the hospital, was diagnosed with leukemia and died 3 months later. Currently in my family we have someone who has stage 4 colon cancer and again, fine one, got sick the next, waited a few days to go to the hospital and boom....having his entire colon removed.

    2. Unfortunately in this world children die every day of disease, hunger, war, earthquakes and tsunami's, and probably very soon, radiation. I don't think it is unreasonable that a dramatic show that focuses on families and hospitals would have stories about kids getting hit by cars or children having cancer. Soap operas just have a habit of dramatizing things in a way that it affects other characters. (and unfortunately, I have also had a friend who lost a child the exact same way as Elizabeth, it happens for no reason, just as you feel the writers on the show did.)

    3. Chemo - it's a nasty thing. Yes it saves lives but everyone I know who has ever had cancer wishes they could have had surgery or a transplant. Chemo is putting toxic poison in your body and can also affect your ability to bear children later in life. It also can stunt your growth.

    4. This is certainly not the first time GH has done this story, BJ and Maxie, anyone? Other soaps have done similar things in the past. Why? Because it's TV!!!!! It's a drama, and a soap opera at that. It's supposed to be over the top, that's why we like it. If I wanted to watch some non-drama I could just live my life without tv. The outlandishness of it lets us all fantasize about what we would do in these crazy not-to-be-believed situations.

In the past I've complained about the Sonny storyline not being realistic....he gets away with everything. Now that makes me crazy! It's almost as if GH glamorizes violence and bullying, now that is not in the public interest!!!!

But just because a story makes you uncomfortable doesn't make it wrong. If you weren't upset about the Jake storyline you wouldn't be human.

Of course, you could change the channel.

Oh OK so anyone else say "Been there done that!" BJ dies and Maxie gets the heart then Jake dies and Joslyn just happens to need a kidney transplant. Can we think of some new story lines?

Show was not good today just a lot of talking I need action. Elizabeth is still a piece of crap. I know shes hurting but that gives her no right to insult and assult Jason, he is hurting just as bad and she made him walk away he didnt want to. Kristina is just worthless when she's not disrespecting Abby she's monopolizing Michael and stalking Ethan I still hope they write elisabeth off. she's definatley lost whatever she had.

I am now waiting for Kristina to be seen, and not heard. How annoying this little girl is. For a moment, I forgot that Cassadine blood runs through her veins. Oh, and Corithos. This girl is really messed up!

    Hello All,
I know I said I was done…and I am! I have not watched for the past 3 days. I have however kept up with you all and your comments…nobody can just stop Cold Turkey!!
I am still angry for the writers of GH for doing this story again and for killing off a child (Jason’s child at that)!! I guess I always wanted Jake and Jason to get to know each other and for the Q’s to know that they have grandson. It breaks my heart that the writers couldn’t let that happen. Instead they had to go this route and take away any future.
As I try to wrap my mind about this story, I still can’t help but think that Franco has to be involved somehow. How in the world can 7 cars pass by the same house at the same time and nobody notice anything or “feel” anything out of the ordinary?? The other reason I see Franco in this is because nobody has seen little Jake or looked in his eyes to know that it is him for sure. After all they did manage to switch Brenda and Sam before our very eyes!!! So hopefully, they can “pull a rabbit out of the hat” on this one too!! ~fingers crossed~
As I was reading the Daily Updates for yesterday’s show I noticed something….maybe it could be a typo (I didn’t watch the show…too painful) but where they are talking about Lulu coming onto the Haunted Star to tell her father the boy is on life support, but it’s not Jake. 8-) Was it just something I saw??
If this all turns around and somehow Jake is still alive, I will be back as a GH fan.
*Scrimmage…you said everything that I was feeling. Thank you for being so perceptive and for sharing your thoughts!!
For those of you who have lost children or family to a tragedy or cancer, my heart goes out to you!!
I have no children, so you would think that I wouldn’t get it, but I do and just can’t bear to watch a child or animal (in my case) suffer.
It must be so tough for all of these actors to portray these characters. I am sure that they all have children of their own at home…I bet all those kids get some special hugs when they get home!! 
Hello to all of the loyal posters….Shout out to Poodles and Mamajj.
