Alexis is struggling to function after a round of chemo. She is so nauseated. Liz tries to help her, but Ric sees what's going on and offers to take her home. Alexis is afraid that he's trying to prove that she's an unfit mother. He tells her that he still cares about what happens to her. Alexis gets into the elevator alone.

Carly pays Sam a visit while Jason isn't home. Carly admits that she knows they are trying for a baby. She says that the sooner Sam conceives the better. Carly tells Sam that she knows how Jason thinks. He's already worried about taking care of Sam and a baby. She contends that as soon as the baby becomes a reality, Jason will be fine. She leaves by saying, "Let me take care of everything."
Lorenzo hands a beautiful woman a gun and tells her "You know what to do." Skye walks into the room and sees the whole thing. After the woman leaves, the double-secret cell phone rings and Skye is wondering why Alcazar isn't answering it. He warns her to never answer it either for she and the baby would be in great danger. Instead, he gives Skye a copy of his will to read. She wants to know just how bad things are going to get. He explains that this particular transaction must go through without problems. Then, he pulls out plane tickets for Skye and the baby for tonight to Switzerland. She insists on honoring her commitment to raise Lila WITH her dad.

At the warehouse, Sonny and Jason talk about Lorenzo's shipment that they intercepted last night. Sonny knows that Alcazar isn't going to stop until he gets what he wants – which is their territory. Sonny promises that they will "take care" of Alcazar the second he makes a move. Jason suggests that they get Spinelli to do some more computer work and get info. Just then Carly busts in and demands that Jason stop hanging around with Sonny and get home and make a baby with Sam. Carly makes her point and Sonny tells Jason that he has everything covered – Jason should go home.
In Denver, Nikolas is on the phone with his investigator. He grows angrier by the second and Emily tries to calm him down. They've already been to every baby store in Denver, so they decide to branch out to other nearby towns. Nikolas says that starting over isn't cheap, Colleen's money won't hold out now that she's caring for Spencer, too. Emily says that Colleen would need a job, but what kind of work could she get that would let her bring Spencer along? Nikolas grabs a phone book and starts rifling through the pages for daycare centers. They decide to start in the Cherry Hill area since that's where Colleen's grandmother was from.
Colleen is working away at her new job. The only kid she seems to talk to, however, is Spencer. She tells him that they will move to a new town when she earns enough money. She promises to buy a house with a big back yard.
Georgie and Maxi are working the same shift at the hospital. Maxi leads the conversation toward Georgie's attraction to Professor Pete, which Georgie denies. Georige is angry because she thinks that Maxi seems to want her to do something wrong. Sleeping with a married man and dating a professor are both wrong, Georgie argues. The difference is that Georgie has no intentions of breaking Mac's heart!
When Alexis gets home, she finds Spinelli helping Kristina learn about computers. Alexis boots him out but Spinelli comes bearing gifts "of the herbal persuasion". He explains that Sonny sent him to deliver it, but Alexis has decided that the law must come first. She sends Spinelli away and flops down on the couch.
At the hospital, Liz tells Ric that fighting for custody isn't the best thing for Molly. Liz tells Ric that Alexis has had one shock after another and it's human nature to act defensively. Ric contends that he and Alexis had problems long before all the trouble started. Ric says that having two parents in the same household is ideal – all kids should know their father. Liz just gulps.
At home, Sam is dressed in a black sexy dress and lighting candles. Just then Spinelli comes in asking for help. He explains that Sonny ordered him to deliver pot to Alexis, but she wouldn't take it. He's afraid of what Sonny will do when he hears about it. In addition to pleasing the Godfather, Spinelli says he was just trying to be sweet to the Goddess's mother. Sam grabs the pot and says she'll handle it. Meanwhile, Spinelli eyeballs the food Sam has set out on the romantic table she prepared for Jason.
Lulu sneaks behind the nurse's desk to look at the computer, but Maxi busts her. They have a verbal cat fight about who breaks the most rules in life. They continue to fling ugly comments around until Georgie steps in. She talks Maxi out of turning Lulu in. Lulu thanks Georgie for helping, and tries to explain that she and Dillon are only working on the case together – nothing else. Georgie tells Lulu that a lot has changed.
Sam comes over to Alexis's and arranges for Viola to take the girls for an outing. After they leave, Sam pulls out the pot. Alexis gives in and smokes it. She's going on and on about how it's only legal in 11 states and NY isn't one of them. Suddenly, Ric is at the door wanting to see how Alexis is doing. Sam wants him to go, but he comes in anyway. He tells Alexis that he doesn't want to put them all through a custody battle. They argue a little, Sam included, and stoned Alexis is having a hard time dealing with it.
Jason gets home to hear music blaring and Spinelli munching on the food. Jason yells at him for making crumbs and then gives him a wad of cash to go stay somewhere else for the night. "Good luck Big Daddy!" Spinelli yells as he leaves.

When Carly gets home, she finds Lady Jane waiting for her. Jane hasn't heard from Jax, but she's afraid that Jerry has been in worse trouble than they thought. Jane assures Carly that Jax has sense enough not to get into trouble, but Jerry has gotten involved with gangsters. Carly wants to know just how involved he is. Money laundering, for starters, Jane admits. Carly thinks that Sonny arranged for Jerry to get caught up in this mess and divert Jax's attention. She's furious!
In the lounge at the coffee warehouse, Alcazar's hired woman is politely waiting. Milo notices her but doesn't flinch. Michael and Morgan come in after school and Max lets them in to see Sonny. Milo gets them hot chocolate and they have a nice visit (while the woman waits in the lounge).
As Skye is arguing with Lorenzo, his secret phone rings. It's the woman with a code. He knows that means it's time for him to go. He and Skye kiss gently and he leaves. She holds the baby for a while and talks about how important her daddy is in their lives. They are a family now and they have to stay together. Just then, the secret cell phone rings and Skye picks it up. She offers to take a message for Lorenzo.
Liz goes to visit Jason. Since Sam's not home yet, he lets her in while he blows out the candles. Liz says that she just wants to talk a little about when he rescued her from the snow. She wants to thank him. He tells her that as long as she and the baby are okay, that's all that matters. He tells her that she wasn't on the road to Audry's house that night and asks if she was she turned around because of the storm? She admits that she was on her way to see him the night of the blackout because he's the one person in her life that she can depend on. It's not Lucky anymore. She needs to start thinking about her children and what kind of life she wants them to have. That's why she needs to start telling everyone the truth.
At the daycare center, Colleen is told to (leave Spencer's side) and take snacks to the other kids. Just then, Nikolas and Emily come in posing as parents of a ten month hold boy and ask for a tour.

Lorenzo goes into the warehouse and is frisked before Milo and Max open the door to Sonny's office. Lorenzo's woman spills her coffee and during the resulting chaos, she slides her gun over to Lorenzo before he walks into Sonny's office. Loreno walks in, closes the door and points the gun at Sonny. Lorenzo tells him that the DA is in his pocket so he's not worried about killing Sonny. Sonny says that he should never count on Ric. Carly comes storming into the warehouse and pushes her way past Max and Milo. As she goes into Sonny's office, Lorenzo turns his head and Sonny is able to get off a shot. Carly has seen the whole thing.
