Emily and Nikolas begin their search for Spencer.
Liz suspects Maxi of faking her pregnancy.
Sonny is a busy, busy coffee importer.

In Denver, Nikolas wonders if the airport security tape photos are clear enough for anyone to recognize Colleen. Emily thinks it's worth a try. He wants to admit that Spencer has been kidnapped, but Emily feels they should stick with a fake story. She asks him if Colleen said or did anything that they can use to find her. He tells her that all he remembers are the lies she told all those months. Meanwhile, Colleen shows up for work with Spencer, who she introduces as Randy. She explains to her new boss that the baby's father was cheating and she felt she had to get away.

In Liz's hospital room, Lucky lays into her for sleeping with Jason behind his back, and having the nerve to lay guilt on him for what he did. Elizabeth tries to explain how complicated it was back then. Then Jason takes his turn yelling. He's furious that she didn't tell him that the baby was his. Elizabeth begs him not to leave her and the baby. Then she wakes up in the hospital yelling, "Don't leave!" and it's Lucky who is by her beside to comfort her. Dr. Lee enters the room and says that the baby is healthy and Liz will give birth in May. Lucky is excited to hear that, he says that after Maxi lost her baby he couldn't stand to have anything happen to their child.
Carly storms into Sonny's office and even though he's on the phone, she gets in his face, kisses him and asks, "How do you like it?" Before he can answer, Rodriguez shows up to question Sonny and Carly has to wait outside.

At Lorenzo's, Skye wants to know more about his business. He tells her that he's an independent contractor. He buys, sells and moves "product" all over the world. Occasionally, he has to be a middle man for people who can't risk exposure. It's enormously profitable, but can be dangerous and illegal. He goes on to explain that the business that he inherited from his brother Luis involves moving highly classified illegal weapons. Further, if this info is ever made public, governments would fall. Skye cautions that if anything ever happened to him it would be unfair to Lila Rae. And to her.

Dillon and Lulu go see Spinelli over at Jason's house so they can work more on Laura's case. Spinelli asks them to keep their voices down because the Goddess and Stone Cold haven't woken up yet. He's afraid to be evicted, pink room or not! Milo knocks on the door and Lulu invites him in. Milo came for some papers and Lulu wants to go upstairs to wake Jason, but laughs when she learns that all three of the guys are afraid to. She teases Milo for being afraid of Jason when he works for Sonny too. Dillon interrupts and tells lulu to stop flirting. After Dillon finds the papers and gets rid of Milo, Spinelli tells the "Blonde One" that Dillon is jealous!

Georgie is working on some research for Professor Pete at Kelly's and Maxi accuses her of being hot for Pete. Just then Lucky comes in and Maxi wants to talk to him. They get a table. Maxi asks Lucky if he will keep the dog that they found during the storm. She says she's been emotional lately and can't bear to lose the dog. He reaches for her hand and assures her that she won't have to.

While Carly is waiting for Sonny, Max offers her some coffee or espresso. Diane, Sonny's new lawyer, arrives and goes straight into Sonny's office. Carly is curious about why the lawyer gets to go in. She didn't even know he had a new lawyer and she's bugged about that, too. Mike comes in to see Sonny, so he sits and waits with Max and Carly. He tells them he's there to ask for Sonny's help in finding Spencer.
Inside Sonny's office, Rodriquez wants to know if Sonny has any information on Alcazar. The PCPD wants to bring Alcazar down and they think Sonny can help. Sonny coughs up a little info. He warns the Detective that Ric Lansing and Alcazar are working together, so if he brings Alcazar down he could lose his job. Sonny advises him to sit back and let things happen.

Elizabeth has been released from the hospital. As she's walking home, she calls Jason and asks if he'll come see her. She tells him she's hazy about what happened. As she hangs up the phone, she looks through the window at Kelly's and sees that Lucky is sitting with Maxi. Georgie runs outside after a customer and finds Liz. She explains that Lucky and Maxi are just talking about the miscarriage because it's the only thing that seems to help Maxi. Liz tells Georgie that she has miscarried twice and the last thing she wanted to do was talk about it.

Nikolas and Emily are doing a run-through of their story. He has decided to tell people that Emily is his wife and the woman in the picture is his sister. The maid knocks on the door with towels and Nikolas tries out his story on her. It was a good practice run, but the maid didn't recognize Colleen. Before they head out, Emily points out that if he wants to look like Colleen's brother-in-law, he should have a wedding ring. She has brought one for him and they kiss.
Lulu, Dillon and Spinelli have gone to the hospital to check out the computer. Dillon and Lulu are to create a diversion, but the person they have to divert is Epiphany. Not an easy task! Dillon calls Epiphany away from the desk and asks her if he can do a documentary about nurses and use her as an example. He tells her he wants to follow her 24/7. Lulu says she'll do the audio on the project. Epiphany notices that Spinelli is on her computer and threatens to call security.
At the coffee warehouse, Milo comes in with the paperwork from Jason's but he has to get in line. Rodriquez leaves and Mike goes in to see Sonny. Mike tells him about how frustrated he is over losing Spencer. Sonny offers manpower and money. Outside his office, Carly is advising Milo on how to talk to Lulu. She's encouraging him to flirt a little and teaching him how. Max is fuming because Milo is really close to Mrs. C.
Edward goes to GH and asks Liz if she's seen his worthless son Alan. He's there for a board meeting and no one else has shown up. He's in a foul mood and rambling on about worthless relatives. Finally, he asks Elizabeth if she knows anything about Spencer Cassidine, then offers that he thinks that Helena kidnapped him. What's more, he doesn't blame her! Liz asks him why and he spews that if a grandparent thinks his family is in danger, he'd do almost anything. (He's talking about Jason and his anguish over the path his life has taken, although he doesn't come right out and say it.) As he stalks off, Liz tells him "Mr. Quartermaine, Jason might have a family one day."

Rodriguez has gone to Alcazar's for more information about the night of Diego's shooting. He knows that things are about to get ugly between Alcazar and Corinthos, he warns Skye to stay away. She stands up for Alcazar.

At Kelly's, Lucky tells Maxi that he'll help her take care of the dog. He promises to ask Bobby if she bend the rules a little and let him keep it in his room upstairs. They decide to take him for a walk. "Face it Lucky, it's our dog now," Maxi glibly tells him.
At Colleen's daycare center, her boss says that there are prospective customers coming in today and Colleen freaks a little. When asked what's wrong, she explains that she is just wistful for a time when perhaps Randy's father would try to make contact.

Epiphany tells the Spinelli and crew to scram and reams them for lying to her. In the elevator Spinelli tells them that he got what they came for. He now has proof that Dillon's uncle Alan killed Rick Webber.
Dr. Lee asks Liz why she's back to work so soon after being released. Liz explains that she just wants to be busy. Then she asks a question of her friend, the ob/gyn. She thinks it's odd that Maxi always wants to talk about her miscarriage, and wonders if there is a chance that she lied about the pregnancy.
Sonny is finally alone in his office. He's on the phone planning for Jason to intercept one of Lorenzo's shipments, but Carly comes barging in because she's tired of being kept waiting. He tells her that the door is closed for a reason – for her security as well as his. "The next time you barge in here you might see something you don't want to see."
