At least Elizabeth's unwise investment does not involve Brenda. Either this must be a first or the writers overlooked it. But then, this could turn out to be a sideline scam of the Balkan.

Why does someone not tip off the writers that they are overdoing it by making GH the Brenda show. Cowboysfan is right in saying that even when she is taking a day off, the conversation turns to Brenda, Brenda, Brenda all the time, ad nauseum. Give us a break! Where is Alexis, where is Coleman, where is Mack, bring back Professor Pete, anyone, but give Brenda a rest.

Now that Elizabeth has blown Jake's trust fund she is going to have to hook into another rich provider and it looks like she has set her sights on Nicholas. When she called Brook Lynne a gold digger it was a case of the pot calling the kettle black. Go for him Brook Lynne!

Isn't Steve Webber the son of crazy Heather Webber? He should be able to see through Lisa who is Heather recycled.

The reason that Dante supposedly guarded Brenda in 2007 at the same time he was working undercover in Port Charles is a) the time warp in GH; and b) the scenes are being filmed in 2010, and they cannot show Brenda as a sweet young thing even if they smeared vaseline over a soft focus lens; therefore, the timeline had to be fairly recent.

I noticed Lulu was wearing a Mad Men dress today. Is that what we will see next summer?

    Good morning.

Perplexed, I too was thinking the same thing about Dante and the Brenda timeline. The only thing I can think- he was promoted to the rank of detective, not because of his brains, but they needed someone dumb enough to go undercover to infiltrate Sonny's organization. Seriously, I think the writer's have "Brenda" brain and think we must be stupid. JMO.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Hi 4my and rans. Miss both of you, hope all is well.

There once was a writer named Guza
Whose plots he cooked up went fuzz-a
He made GH women into boobs
And the men he made fools
And forgot to read the real buzz-a

There once was a character named Luke
Who the viewers he totally forsook
    He stuck to his guns
    "Just wanted to have fun"
Which earned him this writer's rebuke

There once was a dame named Tracy Quartermaine
Who had the capacity to entertain
    She withheld medicine from Dad
    Oh-h-h she was bad!
For her character's defame she earns this writer's didain

Morning all! CBF, you are so right...were there any s/l's before Brenda? As to the Robin, she really needs to listen to everyone around her, she is the one coming off as unbalanced--Lisa is good at acting normal and not leaving tracks. We may all know what she has done, but as to evidence and actions Lisa is good at looking sane.

Dante and Brenda, I think from the previews for today from yesterday she may have shot someone and they covered it up, but the whom she shot may be what is going to shake up the families.

Brook Lynn is really good at calling em as she see's them and she see's right through Liz.

*Last line should read ". . . this writer's disdain"

There once was a girl named Lulu
Who once was smart like no other--
    She talked with her brother
And even remembered she had a mother!
But now she has joined the bubblehead zoo-zoo.

There once was a boy named Lucky
Whose character protrayal was just ducky
He walked the straight and narrow--
    Was really a straight arrow--
But now he is unlucky and just suck-y

    The correct spelling is "portrayal"

I'm just having too much fun--but must remember to check my spelling.

Aussie-gal - We haven’t been seeing much of Sam lately because Kelly Monaco has been filming on location in Vancouver for a Hallmark Channel flick, "The Edge Of The Garden," with Rob Estes (Beverly Hills, 90210). I think she shot a few short, generic scenes for GH in advance, like the one yesterday where she brought dinner home to the penthouse, so it wouldn’t look like she had disappeared altogether. Steve Burton did something similar recently, shooting several of his prison visitor’s room scenes at once before he went on vacation. He didn’t even have to change out of his orange jumpsuit. Of course, even if he hadn’t been in prison at the time it wouldn’t take a genius to figure out Jason’s wardrobe. How hard can it be to decide which black T-shirt to wear?
