My first reaction to seeing Helena was “No effing WAY!” She HAS to be dead, or at least Luke killed someone who was indistinguishable from her. Then, when I heard the “Echo voice,” I knew Luke was “Helucinating.” Of course, if it was all just in Luke's head, how would he know Jerry wasn't in there? Whoooo! Spooky! I'm not really sure what the hell that scene was all about, unless that's EXACTLY what it was all about.

Since they're on Cassadine Island, were those guards that Luke offed there to keep people out of the lab, or IN it? Even though he disposed of those two goons without too much trouble, Luke isn't looking very good, and he's seriously off his game, otherwise why would he be skulking around enemy territory with his phone on “ring”? That's probably one of the first rules about skulking that Nulu expects Luke to teach his granddaughter, except for one small problem. Luke doesn't HAVE a granddaughter!

Ummm, Maxie? Didn't you already REJECT spiritual guidance in the form of your dead sister, Georgie? Don't you think that by doing so, your fate is already sealed, and no amount of self-serving supplication at this late date is going to change that? And haven't you ever heard of SILENT prayer? Sheesh!

I'm just speculating, but since Brad JUST HAPPENED TO overhear Maxie and Spinelli discussing the truth about Baby Connie, and is perhaps the only person on the canvas that sees the big picture, I think Brad's revelation will not only be about Spixie, but also about Britt's baby boy, Ben. Felix is exactly right when he said the only time Brad ever tells the truth is when there's something in it for him. This time, Brad's plan is to get into Felix's good graces by not only telling Dante and Nulu that Maxie and Spinelli are Connie's real parents, but also that he helped Britt (or perhaps Frau Blücher) steal an embryo from them, and that her baby, Ben is actually their son. Nikolas' presence there at the christening, while understandable, is also a dead giveaway that he's going to learn that Britta has been lying to him about more than a phone call from her mother.

I truly hope that Brad FINALLY puts an end to this convoluted baby mess that's been dragging on way too long. As far as I can tell, he's the ONLY one who can do it, and this is the perfect time. He has no personal connection to anyone involved, plus he's an insensitive jerk, so he should have no qualms about hurting their feelings when he sets the record straight. These kids need to be with their rightful parents, and all these heinous, and despicable deceptions need to be exposed, and the culprits seen for exactly who, and what they really are.

Maxie says she's been in daily therapy with Kevin, but it won't do her a bit of good unless Kevin knows the truth, otherwise he'll be treating Maxie under the assumption that she's a surrogate suffering from post-partum issues, which isn't the case at all. Any therapy he recommends based on that diagnosis won't address the real problem, which is that Maxie is rationalizing and justifying the abandonment her own daughter and the betrayal all of her closest friends and her family, and that she intends to do keep it up for the rest of her life. I'm sure she must be lying to Kevin too, but it won't matter past today, if Bradman saves the day. Who would've ever thought that I'd be rooting for Britt's pet flying monkey to be a hero?

I'm hoping that Britt had no idea where her mother obtained the embryo that Dr. O implanted in her, because that way, Nikolas could forgive her for her part in the theft of his sister's embryo, and he would sympathize with her loss. I still want them to be together.

I expected more fireworks at this christening, but I suppose we'll have to wait until Monday, although we DID witness something very rare for GH. Sonny actually participated in an event, and didn't make it all about him. Now I've seen everything!

Felix gets the LINE OF THE DAY for his reply to Brad's question “Don't you wanna know what I got?”

    Felix: “Crabs?”

I laughed my butt off when he said that. I can't believe they slipped that one by, but I'm glad they did.

I'm just a simple, unfrozen caveman, so I have to ask. Is it a poor reflection on me that I had to look up what "Spanx" were (are)? That WAS pretty funny though.

I'm betting that Luke sees Robin.

Dante is an idiot, but he's a really good guy. Oblivia did a fine job raising him all by herself. Contrary to popular opinion, I like him, it's just that I think he's just a lousy cop, as evidenced by his discussion about Spinelli's qualifications to be a godfather.

Dante: “If you turn a blind eye to all the 'helping the mob' stuff, he's squeaky clean.”

Oh, do you mean like when he “helped the mob” by fingering you to Sonny as an undercover cop, which led to your near fatal shooting at the hands of your own father? If Dante keeps turning a blind eye, pretty soon he won't be able to see anything.

At least Tracy's objection to Spinelli as Connie's godfather was more realistic.

“He'll have her worshiping at the altar of Spider-Man!”

True, true. It's funny that didn't come up during the ceremony.

It looks like several long running storylines are coming to a head at last, and all the OLTL refugees are finally in the places that TPTB wanted them to be, ever since they came back, so perhaps now, we can move on and actually get on with the show.

As far as couples go, now that Danny is finally on the mend, Sam and Slimas are on their way to becoming a (very boring) couple. Frodd is evil tumor free, and therefore redeemed, and he and Carly are also on the fast track to coupledom. Hopefully, now that Michael and Kinky are together, we can put that whole “starcrossed lovers” crap behind us, and put them on the back burner for awhile too. If Brad spills the applesauce about the babies, we can wrap that ugly mess up, and when Luke finds a cure, (or someone who can cure both him AND Robert) then we might have several other loose ends tied up there as well.

If all that happens pretty soon (PLEASE!), then we'll only have AJ's trial, the Jeromes' mob war against Sonny, along with the revelation of Ick's true identity, not only as Julian Jerome, but also as Alexis' “Julian,” and Sam's father to look forward to, in addition to the aftermath of all these upcoming revelations, and how they will change everyone's lives. I think I'm finally seeing the light at the end of a long, dark tunnel.

Good show today. It's always good when I can't wait for the next episode. Especially when there's MORE Luke, and LESS Moron, Kinky, and Michael.

Scrimmage - Not to shock you but the sales of Manx are growing (not the cat, the male version of Spanx).

TRASH, that is Ava, how could she sleep with Kiki's husband???? She is one evil person.

Brad will probably not come out with the truth regarding the babies.

As for Patrick/Robin's return, that is probably why the writer's brought Sabrina's mafia ex back. She is still attracted to him and that will make it easy for Patrick and Robin to reconnect. Of course, stay tuned to more drama and complications.

    Luke is probably hallucinating!!!!!

Scrimmage - Just how much are you invested in the Brittany number?

As christenings go, I'd have to say this was one of the strangest. I really don't understand the urgency to do it so soon since most of the family members couldn't actually be there, Luke, Laura, Michael, Morgan and anyone I forgot to mention. While I can understand Maxie as the godmother, she did after all carry the baby. As for Spinelli, he may be like family, Nikolas is family. It seems that he would have been a much better choice but that's just me. I guess it doesn't really matter though because whether Brad will really tell the truth, which I don't think he will yet, it's going to come out sooner than later and this whole thing will be for not.

Helena's reference to saving a place by the fire for Luke was priceless. I guess we don't need to wonder where she is. I do hope they get Luke a cure soon though because I don't know how many more times I can watch him grabbing his chest like he's about to take his last breath I can take.

Looks like Brit is settling in nicely with Nikolas after she made such a big deal at the hospital about not burdening him with her and the baby. Now that mommy has finely reared her ugly head again though, have to wonder how long that's going to last. If Brit knows what's good for her, she'll turn mommy dearest in but since she seems oddly loyal to her, I doubt that will happen. Of course, that's going to be Brit's undoing when mommy betrays her with the news that baby Ben isn't her child. Enjoy him while you can Brit because the bliss isn't going to last.

As much as I really liked the episode today, I'm not sure why Luke would call for "Spanky" as back up. Wouldn't Anna be the backup for his current situation?
