    Hi everyone

highlight of the show was Todd and John's scenes. They do work so well together.
It was great seeing Coleman again and like the history that he told about him and AJ. I had forgot about some of that.

My hero Sonny comes through the door Once he fixes Connie and tells AJ off, he and Carly can have comfort sex?

    Howdy fellow GH lovers
Great show today, yes my man Coleman is back. Welcome back buddy welcome back.
SK really showed a man who so desperately wanted a drink and you could see AJ fighting with everything he had not to take that first sip. But he didn’t and big kudos AJ!

OT:.@Scrimmage, although I will be going for some more tests to determine exactly what is the cause for the ringing in my ear, all evidence points to Tinnitus. Like you ,I have been around loud sounds, for me almost 20 years in some band or another. Until I knew what was wrong and what this ringing was I’m sure you can appreciate the fear I had that I was losing my hearing. I also like you like to mediate where I block sounds around me but now with this constant sound akin to fingernails going across a chalk board in my ear. meditation is not going to help. I have a little radio that I have next to my bedside and have sounds of waves crashing playing back as I slept the last few days and it really helps and I find the sound very soothing and it drowns out the ringing.

4ever...No you didn't spoil it for me...I thought I heard Mac say to whoever took over behind the bar to old it down till Coleman got there...thought they might have just been giving him a shout out...glad he's back from Y&R!

Going to watch soon as the hubby leaves to go pick up the kids...21yr old son & 19 yr old daughter are at hospital with grandpa but the hubs is picking the daughter up to come back home.

Good afternoon everyone! Got caught up on episodes/postings, all but the last two, I like to actually watch the show as sometimes the posting on here doesn’t gel with what actually happened on the episode as the update is not completely detailed.

Maxie/Spinelli/Ellie: While I do believe Maxie went to the roof without any conscious intention to ruin Ellie and Spinelli’s evening…I do think Maxie and Spinelli were extremely insensitive and downright rude to have sex on the couch in the apartment where Ellie lives. I mean, come on, they didn’t know she wasn’t coming home or had been in an accident – she could have walked in at any time. Ridiculous.

JohnnyZ: I’m a fan. So save him please – anyone is redeemable on a soap – well except maybe Heather. Johnny had “eyes” way back when the baby switching happened…his two guys came into his office and told him.

Alexis: You know I’ve always been an Alexis /NLG fan…but you know, I’m kinda getting sick of her.

Sam: So rude to Spinelli – you have cut him slack since its been the holidays and you need him to help you find Jason? Find him yourself…or better yet, go meet with Val off screen and do your DWTS thing on another show.

    Diane: Yeah! more please.

Sonny: Love him, I love his loyalty to Kate…and that man can act.

Todd/Carly: Great chemistry…and Mr. RH…great abs. Laura Wright is a brilliant actress, even when I can’t stand what Carly is doing..her character is so well executed. I never fast forward Carly.

Unicorn Girl: ITA. I am so not invested in the character of Starr because her acting drives me crazy, that I cannot feel sorry for her at all. I can’t feel for Kristina either for the same reason.

It's a long post, so I'm doing it in sections in case you want to skip over...

Steve Burton: He was good on the talk, and cleared up those erroneous statements about him not working on other projects with James Franco and JF (he is), and his reasons for leaving. I didn’t realize so many posters had the inside scoop on what was inside Steve Burton’s head. As far as his fans not supporting him because they feel betrayed?? Are you kidding me? Get over yourselves and grow up, he is a person with every right to live his life the way he wants. Jason is not real, he is a character. Geez.

Also, GH has the highest ratings in years…so viewers think they are doing something right.

    T.G.I.F. everyone,

Two great things happened on GH today. One, Coleman put in an appearance and he's looking good. He picked up right where he left off, no problem.
The second great thing is, AJ DID NOT take a drink. There is hope for him yet.
If I already didn't like Connie that last stunt she pulled when Sonny walked in, would have done it. To quote Kristina, Connie only cares about Connie, no matter who she hurts or takes down with her.

Carly was pretty pathetic today. She expected Todd to confide and tell her the truth after having only known him a few months, hardly the same as Starr.
I wish instead of drowning her sorrows in vodka, she would have taken Jocelyn and gone on a trip just to regroup and think things through.

I enjoyed the interactions between Todd and McBain. Such a shame these two will never be friends because they're great in scenes together and could be a lot of fun.

I missed the very beginning, and one segment in the middle of the show because some small building blew up while they were working on a gas leak, and the local TV stations are treating it like the Hindenburg Disaster.

So way was Oblivia so shook up? Did she give Steven Lars the Kiss of Death or something, or did she just have a vision all the unsanitary shenanigans that have been going on in the GH locker room? And since when does she refer to her cousin as “Kate?” It's always been like pulling teeth to get her to call her anything but Connie. On a positive note, her hair looked terrific today. Speaking of great hair...

COLEMAN'S BACK! Yay! I thought he was on some other show and gone for good. It's great to see the “Cool-Man” back in the saddle behind the bar, dispensing drinks along with his unique point of view with his usual charm. I also liked the refresher course on his history with AJ. If they're at odds, I'm going to be conflicted, but I doubt if Coleman holds a grudge, and AJ should leave any hard feelings in the past where they belong. What I really want to see is a scene where Coleman and McBat exchange haircare tips.

Carly has a lot of nerve criticizing AJ for drunk driving, and then sitting down to give herself alcohol poisoning. I guess it's a good thing for everybody that her daughter is still in Alaska with Jax. Her reaction to seeing AJ and Connie together is all I need to see to be wholeheartedly in favor of a relationship between those two. I could also see it being a positive thing for both of them, since they have so much in common, and are essential friendless otherwise. It could turn into a real romance, no matter how superficial their motives for getting together are at first. Plus, they're smokin' hot together! ACon forever!

Sonny's reaction to walking in on their lip lock will be icing on the cake! I wonder if he'll even notice Carly sitting there alone, drinking herself into a stupor. Maybe not, if she's already under the table, puking her guts out. I'll also bet that he never takes note of Oblivia's incredible psychic powers. The way that everybody just takes her visions in stride is amazing to me. And what kind of contest do I have to win to get to be the poor shnook who Oblivia mistakes for the bad guy during one of her visions? That poor nurse! Nobody even bothered to explain to her that Oblivia didn't mean to ream her out over her drinking.

Um..., Nuke? Don't you know that “pulling the plug” is just an expression? They don't LITERALLY pull the plug when they take someone off life support, you BLITHERING IDIOT! If I were Alexis, I'd be insisting on a DNA test. THIS is NOT the brilliant daughter she raised. Connie needs to sign the papers if for no other reason than to spare Trey the pain of having to lay there while Nuke screws up her dialog. She almost skipped a line before she caught herself today, because she doesn't seem to understand what she's saying, and I don't think she really has any idea what someone in her position would be going through. Her attitude reeks of “Can we PLEASE get this over with and kill Trey off? I have to get my HAIR re-braided!”

McBat likes comic books? I guess he DOES have some redeeming qualities after all. And in addition to “having the internet” he is one of the few people I have ever seen on the show that takes advantage of his smart phone's capabilities, beyond phone calls and texting. Now that he's no longer inserting himself between Jason and Sam, I'm prepared to give this guy a second chance. I enjoy his dry sense of humor, and he and Todd's rivalry is fun because they play so well off of each other.
