You know, I was hoping that poor Tea would learn the truth today, because as Enad said, once Sam holds that baby, she's not gonna give him up.
. John should have just spit it out despite Anna saying that it wasn't a good time. Um honey, it's never gonna be a good time for anyone to get that news, but it's gotta come out now!

Mayzo...characters who would make good "friends with benefits" and not in a marriage relationship:

    Luke and Tracy
    Spinelli and Maxie
    Anna and Luke
    Sonny and ANY woman
    Carly and Todd
Delores and From...wait....NO!! Mrs. From, the devil told me to say that.

Hello! I am new to the board, but I've been a lurker for a while. I know that Scrimmage is the resident scene writer on here, but I decided to try my hand at it. I wrote this because I wondered why no one thought to bring Steve onto the roof to talk his mom down. I know Sam mentioned him, but Dante should have brought him up there, since Heather being on loose is his fault.

The last scene of GH as I would have written it:

    On the roof:

Jason: Stay here. I will be right back.
    Sam: Jaaaaaaaason!
Heather: That’s not in today’s script.
Sam: Damn. Sorry. (clears throat) My baaaaaaaaaaaaby!

Jason reappears on the roof holding StevenLars, who is wearing the same footed pj set as Baby Cheeto. StevenLars has a pacifier in his mouth. Jason is swaddling him in a blanket.

Jason: This is how it’s gonna go. You give me Baby Cheetos, and I’ll give your precious StevenLars.
StevenLars: Mama! (He burps and strokes Jason face and puts his hand in his hair where it gets stuck).
Heather: That developmentally challenged baby isn’t mine.
    StevenLars: I stuck.
Sam: That blank stare. No situational awareness. The drool. StevenLars is yours.
Heather: StevenLars isn’t mine. Baby Cheetos is mine, and you can’t have him.
StevenLars: I made poopy. (He takes his pacifier and jams it in Jason’s eye with his other hand.
    Jason: Ow
StevenLars: Say ouchie. (Still jamming pacifier in Jason’s eye with murderous intent.)
Heather: Awww. He’s trying to put out your eye. He is mine.
Jason: Duh! (He gags) Take him before I pass out.
Heather: Ok, let’s make the switch on three. No funny stuff.

They make the switch and each baby is back in the arms of their respective mother.

    Sam: My baaaaaaaaaaby!
Heather: What died? Is that you, StevenLars?
    StevenLars: Stinky. (giggles)
Heather: I’m too old for this. (Throws StevenLars off the roof). I wonder what Luke’s been up to.

Oh, SoapLurver, I believe Scrimmage has some competition. That was HILARIOUS!!!

Mayzo: I don't understand why the hestitation, in fact, NOW is the best time to tell Tea because I just don't see how prolonging it will help. It's just another idiotic everyone-knows-the-secret-but-me situation.

Oh No, I can only stomach one despicable reprobate at a time, two at the most and since I'm invested in what happens with Sam's baby, I'll suffer through that vulture Heather and that weasel Todd, but Duke AND Joe Jr? Nope, I dont think so. That would way too damaging on my psyche.

As happy as I am to see the resolution of the putrid Heather DNA altering, baby switching, and baby snatching SL, I have to say that I'm really curious about how these writers are going to weasel Todd out of the mess he's helped make. That aside, I'm also wondering how much time this will take. I'd really rather see the new bridge foursome in town - Team Luke and Team Duke.

Team Luke - Luke has his favorite sidekick (Tracy) back. They were outstanding during the "let's catch up with each other" scenes. I really hope that Luke is going to preserve that glass for fingerprint and DNA testing. I was surprised it wasn't already sealed in a plastic bag. Tracy's Elsa Lund reference was great touch, considering that she was explaining why Anna might resent his caring interference at the time that she really needed Robert by her side. IMO it spoke volumes to the Venus and Mars differences.

Team Duke - Why do I remember that Faison was an expert at mind control? It appears that Duke's wing woman might have some underlying feelings for the Scottish ghost. By the way, Duke, your deep history with Anna consists of around two years. During most of those years, Robert was watching over both of you. You remember Robert, Anna's first husband, father of Robin, the one who gave up his life to rescue her, and continued to watch over her for two decades. IMO that answers Tracy's question about who Anna would choose in a contest between Luke and Duke - it would be Robert, but Luke would still be welcome to hang with both of them, especially during their grandchildren's play dates.
