Dante summed up SSL today perfectly - He's okay, he's walking, talking, alert.

OT (from the posts on yesterday's board I missed)

lovelymarlena - Here's the secret to fertilizing with any plant. If you want more blooms you have to up the phosphorus level. There are numbers on any type of fertilizer NPK which stand for nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. The nitrogen promotes the leaf growth, so you should use the lowest concentration of that. I use the water soluable rose fertilizer every two weeks and alternate with Bayer rose disease and pest control which controls fungus (mildew) and pests systemically.

mamajj - You're a better woman than I am. I would have taken the truck and offered him a place to sleep in the backyard, under a tree so he could visit his son without having to take the bus.

lily hunter - you are so right about the description of SSL. Walking, talking and alert is about all he can accomplish in one day.

Tomorrow's clifhanger is obviously going to be the reunion of Jason, Sam and Daniel. I really hope they don't drag it out until Monday. Knowing Steve Burton is leaving makes this a bit less romantic for me. They really appear to be reconnecting recently, if he just leaves, I will lose what respect I have left for Jason. Would be more believable to me if he saves Daniel from going over the roof but ends up falling ... WITH Heather.

mayzo - Here's my theory about Duke. Either he's not Duke, but Faison after some really bad plastic surgery (my current favorite theory) or that Duke was grabbed and brainwashed by Faison so that he would deliver Anna to him. In either case, Duke sounds so very like Faison using the soul mate justification as his claim to Anna. I don't know if you remember when he tried to take Anna from the bride's room just before her second wedding to Robert or not, but this sounds very similar.

Watfan- Nah, Tea didn't rough him up, she grabbed him by the collar to emphasize the point that there was no way in h e double hocky sticks he was going to go see Heather without her. However, I think Todd's vocal cords will be the least of his worries when Tea get a hold of him when she learns the truth. Let's just say he will be thankful that he has fathered three children already, LOL.

Lily...LOL That's a good one. Maybe next time I will offer him the yard. There is a nice dog bed back there he could sleep on.

Scrimmage...I don't think you're too far off the mark with the s/l's. If I can share some info with you about the Duke character ? I know you don't like to know about comings or goings, but I think because he's on screen now, it may be okay for you to know. When IB was let go from the soap DOOL, as mentioned here by posters that watch the show and know about the character he played, executive producer Frank Valentini rushed to sign him on and a story was formulated rather quickly.
I think showing Duke so early in the game being involved with Robin's story may have ruined what could have been an excellent story.
I'm still holding out hope that he is actually protecting Robin and Anna from some other force more dangerous than he appears.

Tea you thought was acting too much because she has to get her child that she believes is hers taken away/ Maybe, it was her performance, but when Sam had thought her baby had been dead, I would have expected her to act hysterical the way she acted. Tea has known this baby for four months, and I would think that any mother who had gotten attached to a baby who has to find out that not only is the baby that she's had not hers, but it's possible that her baby had died, which Tod had also failed to mention. I'd be acting over the top with emotions and neding to stop and wash my face. This proves what a good actress this woman is.
Lilyhunter, I agree with you on Monica with Jason and Sam's baby, and I didn't take that as a bashing of Elizabeth, because it's true. Even when she had seen Jake in the park, I think though she didn't want to say it, but she knew that thre was something about him that looked like Jason. I would like to see Monica get to know her grandson since she didn't have the chance to know Jake, but it will seem funny to see just Sam and Monica in a scene together and not Jason. This could really make Jason get closer with the Quartermain family, and it's too bad for that reason that he is leaving.
Casey1, I can understand your view on Tod, however, I disagree. Yes, I had a little bit of hope that he wanted to tell the truth, but he obvoously wasn't able to. I think the guilt of seeing Tea get all hysterical with panic over "her son" would kill me, so I'd have to confess the truth. Tod will be getting what's coming to him, and I hope both Tea and Sam give hell for the part in the baby switch.

FanLovesGH- I was with you regarding your alternate story line for Puke until you mentioned David Brayhard.

Love to hate Todd all you want (I'll admit I'm in that category), but that scene with him standing on his hands upside down, was downright hilarious. I started with the giggles, than came the full laughter and next thing I was in tears. He sure gives lots of comedic relief for a villain.

Straight, don't be starting nothing with that open-ended

Anna may have two men vying for her affection, but the only one I see her having mad chemistry with is McBain. Boy do I wish they would go there...ahhhhh, a girl can dream.

LMAO at Heather talking to Olivia like they were at a Dead concert. I think that blow to the head will knock her "powers" right out of her.

FINALLY Sam has her eyes on her baby. Heather makes me nervous up on that roof.
