Obrecht has Robin tied up in another location and passes her off to Jerry Jacks.

By the dock, Sonny and Jax have lost Jerry and are getting sicker. Jax leaves on foot while Sonny is joined by Shawn. They hop on a boat and get up next to the vessel Alexis is in.
Jerry leads Alexis onto a boat. They are riding off to their future so she should get comfy. She is sure Jax and Sonny will stop at nothing to rescue her but Jerry ties her up and tells her about the bomb. He will deactivate it using a remote once they are safely away. He drops into a coughing fit and she asks if he is sick. More than you know he tells her, but is anticipating a recovery soon. He leaves and Sonny and Shawn come in moments later. She assumes they diffused the bomb but they know nothing about it. Alexis panics - the bomb is still live! Shawn leaves with Alexis and Sonny stays, but soon falls to the ground from his illness.
Jerry is untying the boat when Jax walks up and shows him the boat keys he has found. Jerry explains he is dying and has to leave. When The Balkan shot him the bullet was laced with radiation that is eating him up. He had some people find a cure but he still owes $88 million. Jax throws the keys out into the water and Jerry rages that he made a serious mistake. He points a gun at Jax and pulls out the remote to set off the bomb. Out of nowhere Sonny shoots Jerry, who fires back and hits a gasoline can. Another shot lights a puddle of gas on fire.
Tedious, Annoying And Unpleasant.
At the warehouse with Carly, Johnny, Jax and Todd, Sonny is ready to give up when Jerry walks in with Alexis at gunpoint. Todd encourages all of them to let him take Alexis now and get her later once they are safe. Jerry reminds them that time is of the essence. Suddenly Alexis has changed her mind. She will go freely if he saves her children so even if she never sees them again she will know they are alive. Todd begins the transfer on his phone. Sonny and Johnny try to stop him but it is too late. Jerry gets a text that the money has been transferred and leaves them with the counteragent - in a locked briefcase. He will give them the combination once he is safely out of the country. Outside, Dante, Shawn and John show up and start a shootout with Jerry’s men. They take them all down and get rid of the bodies. Inside, Jax and Jerry struggle over a gun. It goes off and at first it seems Jax is shot, then Carly. She swears she is okay and they find it is Johnny who was actually shot. Jerry grabs Alexis and leaves and Sonny and Jax follow. John and Dante come in and Todd fills them in about everything while Carly begs to get Johnny to the hospital. Todd stays with Johnny while Carly gets the car. Todd thinks he is getting exactly what he deserves for killing his granddaughter.
Jerry leads Alexis out to the dock and tells her their ride is there. Inside, John is determined to get into the case with the counteragent. He thinks it is too easy and there must be a catch. Dante tries 88111 on the case – the dead man’s hand. It opens and inside there is a ticking bomb.
Merry Band Of Thieves.
At her house, Alexis takes care of Shawn while Jerry watches from outside. Shawn tells her the night they played strip pool, he couldn’t stop thinking about her. She admits she had a few thoughts of her own and leaves to check on Molly and TJ. Jerry knocks on the door and walks Shawn out with a gun. Jerry asks if he was the shooter that took him out, but Shawn tells him if he was Jerry would be dead. Jerry tells Shawn he wants Alexis and tackles him to the ground.
At a warehouse with Sonny, Todd, Carly, Jax and Johnny wait, but no Jerry. Carly is getting worse and Todd, Johnny and Jax bicker over who will stay with her. Sonny wins out. Sonny and Carly wish each other the best. Sonny does not think Johnny is the right guy for her – he really does want happiness for her. Outside, Johnny, Todd and Jax wait for Jerry. Jax walks off and Johnny tells Todd that Sam needs to know her baby is alive so she can die in peace. Todd tells Johnny to call Starr and tell her the truth. He has been lying to Carly for months. Jax walks up and wants to know what Johnny hasn’t told Carly. Johnny won’t say and Jax goes inside and tells Carly that Johnny has been lying to her. Carly tells Johnny there is no more time for lies. Jerry walks in with Alexis at gunpoint. Sonny asks what he is doing with her and Jerry tells them he loves her and she is coming with him.

At Ewen's, Jerry tells Joe that Ewen facilitated the trade between a person in Switzerland who had the pathogen and antiserum. That person wanted someone in return, so Ewen faked her death and delivered her. He pulls out a briefcase from the fireplace and shows Joe the serum. Joe asks for more and Jerry guesses he saved Tracy at his own expense and laughs. He begs and Jerry hands it over. Joe wants this to be it for their dealings. Outside, Tracy calls Joe to tell him she is at the hospital and is better than ever.
Port Charles One Percenters.
From his cell, Jerry tells Jax that Ewen is the one who killed their father because he swindled Ewen’s dad of the dead man’s hand! Ewen’s family went into ruin after John took the cards and he was killed for revenge. In a strange way Jerry was thankful for Keenan making a choice he couldn’t. But he could not let him get away. He blackmailed Ewen and tucked him in his pocket. Jerry is not poisoning the town for the money. It was never about the money! He can’t expect Jax to understand. Jax had a deluded hope there was a trace of the old Jerry left in there, but he sees now there is nothing but a murderer. Jax takes a cop hostage and demands he open the door. As Jax leads Jerry out of the jail, Joe Jr. arrives and tackles Jax. He and Jerry escape. The one percenters arrive at the jail to pay Jerry, but Jax tells them he escaped.
