At the Metro Court, Jerry accuses Luke of bluffing as he holds the vial over the ledge. Jerry pushes Bobbie into Carly's arms. They rush away as Jerry drops his knife at Luke's request. He's impatient as his helicopter hovers above and he demands that Luke hand over the cure. Luke's refuses. He's saving it for a friend. Jerry won't accept that and grabs Luke. Before they can resolve the situation, Jerry pushes Luke too far over the edge and they both fall. Bobbie screams. Carly rushes to the edge. She's not sure if it's a good thing or not, but Luke is alive and asks for her help. They pull him up. Luke gloats that he was healthier than Jerry who couldn't hold on. He rushes off to find Jerry's body and Carly apologizes to Bobbie for what happened. Carly realizes that the wedding party never arrived. Downstairs, Julian Jerome corrects a waiter at the Metro Court for calling him Derek Wells. Ava sits nearby waiting to discuss Duke with him. She finds it odd that Duke hasn't confronted them since the news is out that they are members of the Jerome family. Julian believes it's possible Duke hasn't heard yet but Ava would think he'd have to be locked up underground for that to be true. Julian can't wait to see the look on his face when he finds out but Ava thinks Duke could know already and be planning on taking them down. Julian warns she should worry more about their real adversary. Ava doesn't think Sonny will kill him; he cares too much for Danny. Julian gives her pause when he considers that she doesn't share the same benefit – she's not Sonny's favorite person. He scares her into to thinking that at any given moment she could meet a horrible fate. Julian bangs on the table and makes Ava jump. They hear a loud noise and rush outside to find Jerry. Julian realizes it's his former associate. Ava asks if he's dead. Julian feels a pulse. Jerry wakes up and promises Julian anything to help him. Ava isn't thrilled with him getting involved with Jerry again. Later, Ava finds Luke looking for Jerry outside.
Bobbie argues with Jerry as he tries to leave the Metro Court with her. Carly surprises them when they come outside. She warns Jerry to let Bobbie go before the wedding guests arrive but Jerry isn't ready to leave until the Spencer family reunion is complete. Luke arrives holding the cure. It's not for Jerry…he'll need to wait for the next batch. Carly yells at Luke to give Jerry what he wants as Jerry tries to drag Bobbie to his helicopter. Luke threatens to drop the vial of the cure if Jerry doesn't let go of Bobbie.
At the Metro Court, Bobbie's surprised to find Jerry tied up in Luke's room. She thought he died but Jerry explains he will if he doesn't get the cure. Bobbie can't reach Luke and goes to the hospital for Jerry after he worries that she doesn't care about him. Bobbie returns empty-handed and Jerry begs her to let him go. Later, Bobbie phones in her regrets that she'll miss the wedding. After, Jerry calls Luke while holding Bobbie at knife-point.
At the Metro Court Britt asks Dr. Obrecht to stay longer. Obrecht says her patients need her. Her oath doesn't include coddling her own children. Britt thinks it's sweet until Obrecht admits she can't leave without thinking Britt will undo all the progress she's made. Britt doesn't see progress, thinking Patrick hates her more. Obrecht thinks he'll come around. Britt believes she'll be left raising the baby on her own, just like her mother. Obrecht says, "Stop whining," hoping hormones are making her a weak human being. Obrecht admits being harsh to make her strong and able to think for herself. Obrecht says the baby growing inside her gives her all the power she needs once she learns how to us it. Dr. Obrecht leaves for home, leaving Britt to go to war.
Bobbie stops by Scotty's room. He's drunk and surprises her with a kiss. She asks why. "I'm just kissing a girl I used to be in love with." He wonders what would have happened if they had gotten together for good. Bobbie used to wonder until she realized he only had eyes for Laura. He asks what's wrong with the men in Seattle that she's still available. Bobbie takes a call and announces she's leaving. Scott wishes she could stay.
Patrick arrives at GH and sees Sabrina before her shift. They know they have to talk about Britt and the baby. Patrick doesn't want the baby to let Britt get in the way. Felix sees Patrick kiss her before leaving for the airport. Felix tells Sabrina he thinks Britt got pregnant on purpose. It doesn't make sense to Sabrina. Felix assures her the monster Brittle is carrying is solely there to rip Sabrina and Patrick apart. Britt overhears and corrects them on her intentions.
At the airport Noah tells Patrick not to let Britt ruin his relationship with Sabrina. Patrick picks up something Dr. Obrecht drops at the airport and hands it to her. She asks if he is Patrick Drake and says, "I have something important to tell you about your wife." She admits watching the Nurses' Ball and congratulates him on his new baby. Noah thinks there's something strange about her. Noah sees Bobbie and tells her he's heading to Seattle General where she works.
Patrick returns to GH. Britt assures him their baby won't cause any trouble since she's decided not to have it.
At GH Scott leaves Nik's room and sees Bobbie. He complains he can't reach Laura wishing she never ran off with Luke. Bobbie quips, "It's not as if they're shacking up in bed somewhere together." She takes him back to his hotel to rest and wait for word on Laura.
At the Metro Court Carly interrupts a room service delivery. Brenda gets out of bed as Carly sees pants on the floor. She berates Brenda for jumping into bed with Sonny as soon as Jax is gone. Carly pulls the blankets down to find Michael and yells, "Why the hell are you in bed with Brenda?" Brenda swears it's not what it looks like. Carly calls Brenda sick and throws Michael his clothes. He says he's okay telling Carly to leave Brenda alone since it's his fault. He begs Carly to leave so he can talk to Brenda. Carly curses while throwing a glass of water at Brenda and leaves. Michael apologizes for Carly, and for taking advantage of Brenda. Brenda disagrees that he made her do anything she didn't want to. Michael checks his messages and sees he's late for a meeting with AJ. In the lobby Carly orders staff to get Brenda out of her hotel. Scott and Bobbie arrive and Carly confesses she found Michael in bed with Brenda. She realizes once Sonny finds out he'll kill Brenda. She goes to call him but Bobbie grabs the phone. Scott jumps in and strategically addresses Carly so Michael can sneak out of the Metro Court. Carly takes their advice to avoid jeopardizing her relationship with her son. Alone she looks at photos of her kids. Brenda interrupts handing her Michael's tie that was left in her bed.
In Lucy's dressing room Richard Simmons hides in a pile of her clothing in a closet. He says, "I'm back." He verbally attacks Lucy and tells her she's not going on to dance. Richard gags and locks her in the closet. He says he's about to go on and do a little number for Port Charles. Behind the stage Emma asks Sabrina if Patrick could be her boyfriend if Milo isn't. Patrick asks Emma if that would make her happy. She agrees it would. On stage, Elizabeth replaces Lucy and introduces a traditional tango with Duke and Lucy. Felix indicates Lucy is unavailable. Duke hurriedly tells Anna to save him and not let Faison take away his tango. Liz reintroduces the couple who perform. Afterwards Duke asks if they can create new memories and take on this brave new world together. They kiss. Patrick, Emma, and Sabrina show up and Emma whispers in Anna's ear. Emma leaves with Sabrina to get ready. Anna tells Patrick it is about time. Patrick says for her too as he sees Duke looking on.
Liz introduces Magic Milo as the next act. He's followed on stage by Max, Felix, Michael, Damian and Anton. They perform a sexy dance routine on and off stage finishing in their underwear with "NURSES BALL" spelled out on their backsides. Epiphany gets the women yelling for them to remove their underwear as Richard falls from behind the curtain struggling with Lucy in her underwear. Lucy exclaims, "It's not an act!" as Richard mocks her from behind. Magic Milo's crew carries Richard out over their shoulders. Spinelli wonders where Ellie is when he returns to the ballroom. Lucy reappears somewhat dressed onstage introducing Rick Springfield arranged to perform by Noah Drake. Bobbie thanks Patrick for the surprise performer and tells him he looks like Springfield. Upstairs Dr. Obrecht calls it the best performance of the night as Britt finishes up. Lucy comes back on to introduce Sabrina and Emma. They sing "Call Me Maybe." Patrick wipes tears away pleased. Britt arrives as Lucy reminds everyone about the purpose of the event and introduces Patrick to speak. He gives a moving speech about Robin and the General Hospital staff. He invites Emma on stage as he thanks everyone including organizations like amFAR for helping Robin's dream become a reality. Britt walks towards them saying she has a few words of her own. Sabrina joins a scared Emma on stage. Patrick asks Britt not to make a scene. She tells him everyone will be interested in what she has to say, including him. Upstairs Dr. Obrecht looks at a picture of Faison saying Britta would make him a very proud papa.
At the Metro Court Patrick tells Sabrina she looks beautiful. Sabrina's unsure about her makeover and says it's still her underneath. Patrick confesses his feelings and that he was sidelined by Milo. She confirms her feelings haven't changed. He apologizes for taking so long to do this and kisses her. Patrick hopes her happiness means he didn't lose her to Milo. Sabrina decides to smooth things over with Milo and accepts an invitation to be Patrick's date for the Ball.
Downstairs guests arrive on the red carpet. Felicia calls for Mac to join her and Frisco for a picture. Maxie sees Spinelli arrive with Ellie. Duke is followed by Anna and Emma. Anna gives a heartfelt interview about the benefit in Robin's honor. The announcer asks Carly if she's back with Sonny and for comments on Jax and Brenda's engagement. Carly doubts a wedding will happen or if they will show up tonight. Brenda shows up alone. The announcer asks where Jax is. Brenda apologizes he couldn't make it. Michael, Bobbie and Olivia are photographed followed by AJ and Elizabeth, Monica and Tracy, and Alexis and Shawn with Molly and Sam in tow. Anton escorts Epiphany in and tells Sam it's not too late to dance with him tonight. The announcer wonders where Patrick and Noah are. Felix escorts Lucy in last and worries about Sabrina.
Inside the ballroom, Mac catches Frisco swapping seating cards. Felicia comes by and Frisco asks if she wants filet mignon or cold fish referring to her men. Nearby Noah gets reacquainted with Bobbie. He's pleased she's not with Scotty. Anna catches him and they reminisce over Eli Love. Alexis asks Sonny about his choice for a date. Carly approaches Brenda presenting the signed divorce papers. Carly asks about Jax. Brenda tells Carly to go to hell and confirms the wedding is off because of her. Sonny and Shawn come over to break up the argument. An announcement comes on and everyone takes their seats. Carly, Sonny and the Giambetti brothers are seated with Brenda. Emma asks Patrick, "What's that on your collar?" when he arrives to his seat late. Noah's knows Patrick got his girl.
Sabrina rushes backstage late, relieving Lucy and surprising Liz with her new look. Felix beams over her kiss with Patrick. Lucy rushes onstage announcing the opening number featuring GH's nurses. Afterwards Sabrina catches up with Milo who is not certain she will want to be seen with him. At a table nearby Anton tells Sam he needs a partner. Onstage Lucy honors Jessie Brewer and Amy Vining in her monologue and gives a shout out to Bobbie Spencer. She then asks the anonymous donor to stand up. No one does.
Maxie asks Felicia if she is choosing the steak or the fish. Felicia tells her she doesn't know…she loves both. Ellie and Spin argue before their number about children. On stage they sing "She Blinded Me With Science." In the middle of the song Spin declares "Good heavens Miss Trout you are beautiful," they close with a kiss. During the applause she says she loves him too much to let problems get in the way. Maxie stands to leave. Frisco tells her it's not too late to tell Spinelli. Meanwhile Brenda throws a roll at Carly who reciprocates. A waiter asks Carly if she needs assistance. She throws Brenda out. Sonny's mad since this is for Robin. He goes after Brenda. To the side Milo confesses to Sabrina what he did and realizes Sabrina and Patrick have a connection.
