Felicia brings Maxie food at the apartment. Maxie can’t eat from worry. Felicia explains Frisco is helping to find Lulu. Maxie confesses her dad wants Felicia back. Felicia knows and recounts how Mac punched Frisco. Mac’s mad at Felicia and only speaks to her through Mr. Marbles. Maxie confronts her about sending mixed signals and wants to know who Felicia wants. Felicia says she has to talk to Mac about this and leaves. Spinelli arrives needing someone to talk to about having a future without a child of his own.
Mac plays ventriloquist with Mr. Marbles at the Floating Rib to practice for the Nurses’ Ball. Frisco arrives mad about being sucker-punched. Mac tells him an apology is all he is going to get. Frisco talks about family and Maxie’s baby. Mac tells Frisco she is just a surrogate and he can’t use that baby to get Felicia back. Mac wonders how low Frisco can go after using his kids all the time to manipulate Felicia. Frisco punches Mac and confesses his love for Felicia. He thanks Mac for being good to his family and tells him to let Felicia go. They are arguing about what Felicia wants when she arrives. Mac tells her to tell Frisco she doesn’t return his feelings. She says she cannot do that, she loves them both. Mac tells her to choose.
In Anna's office, Felicia avoids Mac's call and tells Anna she's a coward. She explains her trip down memory lane with Frisco. Anna understands. Felicia shows her a wedding photo of her and Frisco. She's sad she wasn't a priority and it's too late. Anna shares her wedding photo with Duke and tells Felicia about their date at the Metro Court. She explains it's over for them. Felicia says it's over for her and Frisco. They both turn their wedding photos upside-down.
Duke orders dinner at the Floating Rib and asks Mac about Felicia. Mac tells him Felicia's been lying and Frisco is up to something. He imagines the worst. Duke says Felicia is mad about him. Mac thinks that was until Frisco showed up and stirred up old memories. Duke doesn't think he should worry; all Anna and him have are just memories. He tells Mac about their last dinner together that went sour and maybe what they had was just too long ago. Mac says Anna is using her badge to hide from her feelings. Duke pays and leaves. Felicia arrives and confesses to Mac about her dinner with Frisco and his intentions. Mac asks how she feels about it. Frisco arrives before she answers. Mac punches him and Felicia rushes to his side.
At the apartment Michael asks Starr why she has to leave. Starr wasn’t told why, she just needs to go right away. Todd arrives, asking, "How could you?" He rants about being dumped by Carly. Michael explains Carly to Todd. Starr lashes out about why people push Todd away. Todd asks if he finally pushed Starr away for good. He apologizes. She can’t listen to it and says she has to go. He sees the suitcase and asks where she’s going. She says LA. Michael insists on going but Todd decides to take her on his jet since he’s leaving for Llanview. Todd tells Michael he’ll never be back. Michael kisses Starr goodbye.
Carly and Sam toast a drink to the end of their relationships at the Floating Rib. They share what happened to each other with Todd and John. Sam tells Carly that Jason would want better than Todd for her. Carly tells Sam she should move on with John. Carly decides to note the day as a good day. They discuss finding men and leave, happy they ran into each other. Meanwhile, Lucy shows up with flowers and tells Kevin they are going to a wedding and he is the best man. She breaks the news in a whisper that it is for Scott Baldwin. Kevin would rather be bit by vampires. He wants out, she asks him to do it for her. Kevin drags Mac into the argument it but doesn’t get the advice he wants. He decides to do it and leaves with Lucy. Mac leaves a message for Felicia to discuss Frisco.
At the Rib, Felicia gets a text from Frisco, who is waiting for her. She grabs a seat at the bar and Kevin and Mac toast to her beauty. They talk about Lucy’s release from jail and expect her to reach out to Kevin soon. Mac thinks they have an unbreakable bond. Felicia gets another text and tells them she has to rush off to a meeting. When she is gone Mac tells Kevin she is lying and off to meet Frisco. He has been after Felicia since he came back to town and Mac worries she is falling for his act. Suddenly, Lucy arrives and apologizes to Kevin for leaving him on the ground outside Ferncliff. She is madly in love with him and if he takes her back she will never mention vampires again. He tells her to shut up and kiss him.
Mac and Felicia flirt at the Rib and she ignores a call from Frisco. Soon Duke comes in and chats with Felicia while Mac goes downstairs. He tells her he is working at ELQ but having problems with Tracy. Felicia feels sorry for Tracy and thinks AJ just took ELQ from her. Tracy has had to be abrasive to keep her place in the family and deserves more than she gets. Soon she expresses concerns about Frisco’s return. She is avoiding telling Mac that Frisco wants her back. She tried to make it work before, but at her family’s expense. Duke encourages her to tell Frisco it is over – unless it isn’t. Frisco arrives and asks Felicia if she got his message. Duke leaves to meet Tracy and Mac overhears Frisco tell Felicia to get dressed up and meet him for dinner.
Getting ready for the party at the Haunted Star, Starr and Lulu decide to change distributors after they try to short them five cases. Lulu thinks they will make great partners and Starr agrees. Michael arrives and tells Starr all about Todd’s arrest at the pier and his claim that John killed Heather. Dante arrives with Sonny, who he thought could maybe meet someone at the party. Lulu doubts he is ready to move on from Kate since it doesn’t look like Kate isn’t coming back. Outside, Felicia thinks about Frisco’s declaration of love. Mac can’t believe how lucky he is to have her and they start making out. Inside, Sonny refuses to tell Michael who the source of the ELQ leak was because Connie asked him not to. Steve, Olivia and Connie arrive just then. Michael believes Sonny and Connie is glad that is all cleared up. She turns to Starr and tells her now she wants back her damn boat. They fight until Sonny pulls Connie away and talks her down. She admits she is all alone. He tells her that isn’t true and kisses her. Felicia and Maxie arrive and Frisco acts surprised to see Felicia and Mac, who soon decide to go home. Felix drags Sabrina into the party, who feels compelled to tell Dante that she killed his friend but Felix stops her. Later, Maxie asks Sabrina if she is okay and Sabrina starts crying that she killed a police officer. Maxie watches her break down and later tells Frisco he is making a mistake trying to get to know her. He urges her to tell him what she did. Meanwhile, Michael gives Starr a necklace with a card that says "I love you." She is touched and they kiss. Later, Lulu finds a present under the bar she thinks is from Dante. She opens it and it appears to be a black, dead flower. He assures her it is not from him.
Lulu reads about Johnny’s 20-year sentence in the paper at the Haunted Star. He was a great partner and she feels bad for him. Mac buys two tickets to the Valentine’s Day party in order to dazzle Felicia. Frisco is back, and Mac worries he is the boring option. Lulu compares Frisco to a flame that burns out and Mac to a rock that is forever. Mac appreciates the reality check. Later, Laura startles Lulu. They catch up and Laura tells her she saw Lucky at at graveyard in Ireland and they had a nice long visit. Laura asks Lulu if Luke is seeing someone and Lulu tells her about Anna. Later, Starr comes by and is starstruck by Laura. Her love story with Luke is the stuff of legends. Laura heads off to the MetroCourt to unpack. Starr tells Lulu that Johnny gave her his half of the club. They are now partners!
Frisco assists Felicia at the Rib while Shawn and TJ shoot pool. TJ is brooding about Molly and Rafe. TJ thinks Rafe has Molly totally snowed, but at least he is locked up. Later, TJ gets an alert that Rafe is at large. Meanwhile, Frisco tells Felicia that Maxie won’t return his calls. She isn’t surprised and urges him to admit they were both terrible parents. Why would Maxie trust him after his pattern of leaving? Frisco has finally realized what is really important. He has loved Felicia since day one and everything he ever wanted is right here. She is having a hard time believing him but he assures her he is ready to start over with her. He thinks she is settling with Mac and everyone knows it – even Mac. Mac arrives and makes sure Frisco knows how hurt the girls had been by him over the years. Frisco suggests the three of them have dinner the next evening but Mac has plans. He produces the tickets to the party. Frisco doesn’t think one day compares to a lifetime of love. Mac thinks it is about the token of appreciation.
At The Floating Rib Mac kisses Felicia and steps out as Frisco enters. He explains why he’s just getting back to her after two months. Mac returns surprised to see him. Frisco offers his hand. Mac hesitates before shaking. Mac asks what he’s doing there. Frisco says he’s there to see Maxie. Mac is upset Felicia didn’t say she contacted Frisco. Mac tells Frisco that he and Felicia are back together. Frisco leaves to get cleaned up and Mac asks why Felicia didn’t tell Frisco about him. She says she is not embarrassed by Mac. She professes her love and kisses Mac. Frisco comes in ready for a drink to make a toast. Maxie joins them and is surprised to see her father.
At the Rib, Felicia wonders how Maxie will look during pregnancy - Frisco used to call her an overripe peach. Mac is jealous but she assures him he is the only man in her life. Kevin shows up and Felicia is glad he is here to help Lucy. He acknowledges that Lucy became obsessed with the idea she was a slayer. When they broke up it seemed to go away for a while. But coming back to Port Charles brought back all these emotions and Lucy is convinced all the fantasies are real. Felicia tells him that Lucy was truly terrified when she saw John, so how could it all be in her head? Kevin still loves her but things change. Felicia thinks love defies all odds. Kevin commends her and Mac for finding that love, but his situation is different. They don’t have a vampire between them. Mac wonders if Frisco counts. Later, Mac goes to the stockroom. Frisco walks in and finds Felicia alone.
