    GH Recap: I'm So Alone.

    Tuesday, May 12 2015

Anna is in the morgue talking to Duke's corpse until Liesl interrupts. She tells her it's time to let go so they can take care of his remains. Anna finds this obscene. "I'm so alone," she weeps. Obrecht asks her if she wants Duke's belongings and informs her that the cops already have someone in custody. Anna walks into the corridor and gets pensive as Duke's body is wheeled away. In the interrogation room, Sloane questions Jake about Duke's shooting. He explains that they are going to take down the whole Jerome operation. "Get your game face on," the commissioner says. He walks out and heads off to look at the evidence. Anna comes around the corner and stares in at Jake. She talks her way in to see him. Once she gets in and shuts the doors, she whips out her gun. He won't answer her questions without a lawyer present. She doesn't like that answer. Sloane comes in and wrestles the gun away from her before explaining that Jake is his undercover operative. Jake has to take the blame for the killing right now. Sloane releases him. Anna sobs and vows that there will be no rest for her until she finds Duke's killer.

At the hospital, Liz calls Jake and leaves a message, hoping they can pick up where they left off last night. Obrecht pops up and orders her to handle Duke's paperwork. She teases her about who pulled the trigger. Liz goes into denial, saying that Jake was with her. "Looks like Jake gave la petite mort to you and then the grand mort to Duke!" Liesl cracks. Moments later, Jake pops up. Down the hall, Julian paces and Alexis tries to keep calm. He worries about the baby. The topic turns to Duke's demise. She finds his lack of curiosity telling and wonders if he was responsible. He admits that he ordered the hit. The lawyer tears up and dumps him. The gangster wonders if she means it. He loves her but she walks away. Julian heads for the elevators. Shawn and Sonny step out and stop him. Meanwhile, Dante visits his mom in the ICU. She cries about what a 'fighter' her baby is. The cop wonders where Ned is. His mom fills him in on the kid's paternity. That doesn't go over well. She explains that she was stupid and reckless when she slept with Julian. The topic turns to Duke. Liv doesn't understand why someone so charming would get murdered. She asks her son to help her disappear with Ned and the baby.
