    At the Metro Court, Derek admits his invitation to breakfast was in hopes of her staying over. He wonders if the real reason she didn't come home with him is because she's hung up on Franco. Carly could care less about Franco. Derek ignores a call from Ava. Carly excuses herself when Carlos arrives and Derek kisses her before she leaves. Alone, Carlos confirms the coffee warehouse job is done but he's confused about hitting a legit business. Derek wants to follow the money. Ava breaks up their meeting and learns Corinthos is down for the count. Morgan arrives and listens outside as Ava jokes that Morgan thinks she's sleeping with her own brother. In his room, Franco's disturbed at the series of striped paintings. Heather startles him. She wants an honest opinion and asks, "Do you like them?" She's busy explaining how much she wants to please him when there's a knock on the door. Carly threatens to come in and he begs Heather to hide. Carly's surprised by all the paintings when she enters. Heather eavesdrops as Carly explains she wants her money and overhears Franco take credit for her work – the masterpieces for his upcoming show. Carly promises to bring Derek and leaves. Franco claims he didn't want to ruin the mystique of his new art by showing it to Carly when Heather storms out upset. He refuses to show Heather, leaving her eager to see his show.

    At the penthouse, Morgan asks Diane to end his marriage. She's not surprised given the fact he's hooked up with Kiki's mother. Morgan protests. It's more about his brother hooking up with his wife. Diane excuses Ava to get her contract signed by the silent partner. Alone, she advises Morgan to hire Sonny's attorney. Morgan proclaims that won't happen – his father is out of his life. Diane wants Morgan to talk to Sonny but Morgan claims he's the reason he's getting a divorce. All Sonny cares about is Michael's happiness. Diane apologizes for saying that it’s 'the biggest pile of crap she's heard'. Diane shares the respect she has for Sonny. He values family above all else and loves all of his children equally. Sonny's not perfect, but he loves Morgan. Morgan wants to know when lawyers stop giving advice and do what they're told. Diane laughs at his rudeness and quips how he sounds just like his father. After, Diane listens to Morgan's version of what happened to his marriage. It sounds like Morgan perpetrated fraud but asks him to write down everything he remembers about his relationship with Kiki. He worries she'll take Michael's side. Diane admits she cares for Michael and blames herself for his going to jail. Before leaving, she reminds Morgan that Michael has two fathers and he has only one.

    Ava returns to the penthouse and leaves Morgan alone. He looks in Ava's bag and notices Derek Wells' signature on Diane's contract.

    Morgan and Ava kiss passionately at the apartment. Ava thinks about kissing Silas while Morgan imagines he's kissing Kiki. He accidently calls her Kiki before a knock on the door. Diane wants Ava to exhibit Franco's new work in Port Charles or she'll talk to the competition across the street. She needs the signatures of Ava and her partner. Morgan's surprised he doesn't know about Ava moving her gallery to town or that she has a silent partner. Diane's bound by confidentiality and wouldn't breathe a word about Ava's partner. Ava agrees. Before Diane leaves, Morgan asks to hire her to end his marriage.

    At her apartment, Ava sets ground rules for Morgan - he cannot listen in on her conversations. He can't 'un-hear' what he's already heard and wants to know why they were talking about Sonny. She admits Derek's visit pertained to his newspaper and not his interest in art. He wanted a quote from the family about Sonny's business but she declined his request. Morgan confesses he would have told Derek anything he wanted to know, and it wouldn't need to be anonymous. He doesn't care who knows what about his father. Outside, Sonny pauses at Ava's door before knocking. They leave him standing outside when they answer. Morgan refuses to go anywhere with Sonny and sticks up for Ava. She's not the problem…Sonny is. Sonny's sorry for allowing Morgan to lie to Michael and Kiki. Morgan doesn't want to hear it. Sonny is dead to him and he walks away. Ava apologizes but Sonny isn't moved by her display of concern. He recognizes she's been playing him and points out she's made an enemy. He warns she now has a target on her back. Morgan returns. Sonny agrees he is now an adult and warns that no matter what happens between him and Ava – he should watch his back.

    Someone knocks at Ava's apartment. She and Morgan are hesitant to answer, thinking it's Carly. They're relieved to find the moving men. She's taken aback when they think Morgan is her son but Morgan quickly takes her mind off of her age and they make out. Morgan leaves to shower before Derek arrives banging on the door. It's not a good time for Ava. He doesn't care about her boyfriend he just wants to make sure she hasn't forgotten they have Sonny to deal with. Morgan interrupts, looking for shampoo and Derek asks how Sonny's doing after the loss of Connie. Morgan doesn't care. Alone with Ava, Derek laughs that she's shacking up with Sonny's kid. He advises that she keep up the good work before leaving. Later, Morgan remembers part of Ava and Derek's conversation and asks why an art buyer would be interested in Sonny.

    Ava and Morgan bring luggage into her new apartment. She couldn't give Carly the pleasure of kicking her out. Morgan ignores a call from Carly as Ava admits being amused by her performance at the Metro Court. Morgan was more amused about how Michael and Kiki took it. Ava never saw Kiki so angry. Morgan doesn't care and complains she's a 'lying bitch' who would sleep with anyone. Ava grabs his arm and warns him not to ever talk that way about her daughter. He's turned on and is ready to order food before they go to bed. Ava wants a relationship with Kiki and wants him to go home. He has no place to go and everyone will be taking Michael's side. Ava's the only person he has left and he tries to convince her to stay. Ava loves Silas and Morgan loves Kiki…but he feels better with Ava. They make love and later she can't believe they did it again. He thinks they can keep it up until it stops hurting.

    Kiki wants to know what's going on when she and Michael find Morgan and Ava making love in her room. It's what it looks like; he's 'hitting the sheets with her mom'. Michael stands idly by as Kiki begs Morgan not to do this. He admits he already did and brags about it. He believes they were up all night doing it themselves. Michael sets him straight – they were up all night worried about him. Ava wants to talk but Kiki has nothing to say. She slaps Ava hard across the face, and then calls her the worst mother on the planet. Kiki used to think she was the coolest and all her friends were jealous. She's not so cool now – 'she's a liar, a user, and a slut'. Kiki sees everything Ava's done wasn't enough; she had to sleep with her husband. Morgan thinks she lost every right to complain about that when she left him for Michael. He's tired of being lectured and wants them to go. He's decides to stick by Ava as she stuck by him. Michael gets Kiki's things. She's ready to leave and is done with them. Ava doesn't want to be written off but Kiki blames her for it and says goodbye. Meanwhile, Carly's upset about Ava when she bumps into Franco and exclaims that Ava slept with her son. Franco thinks it's Michael, but he quickly learns it's Morgan. Carly's sorry for not being there for Morgan. Recognizing all the anger and frustration in her body he offers her a way to get it out. They go to his room and Carly wonders how watching him paint will help her feel better. Franco invites her to slaughter the canvas to get back at Ava. Carly doesn't want to and dumps red paint all over Franco. It's his fault. Ava is only around because of him. She starts to paint while she complains about Ava. She turns around and sees Franco, shirtless. Carly confides she's really angry because he had a woman in his room and she thought he was hiding in Ava's room. The woman in his room meant nothing – Carly does. He kisses her. She can't and pulls away but he thinks the mistake would be for her to leave. She does and he smiles at her painting while outside, Carly cries.

    At the Metro Court, Franco tosses Heather's painting aside and remembers how she ruined things for him with Carly. Diane passes Carly in the hall looking for Franco's room. Carly gives her directions and mentions it's time for her client to pay his bill. Diane compliments him on his physique when she finds him before breaking the news that he's being sued and his assets are frozen. He doesn't know how he's going to live so Diane suggests he sell Heather's striped painting. He admits it's not his and she encourages him to create more of his own art. He agrees…if she gives him $7,200 for supplies. Michael and Kiki wake up in the restaurant when the janitor shows up, commenting that newlyweds spend their night in the honeymoon suite. Kiki says, "He's not my husband." Alone, they can't believe what Sonny did. Michael's glad it's over but worries Kiki is having regrets. She isn't, but she's worried about Morgan and realizes she has no place to live. Michael invites her to move in. She's hesitant – what would people think? They have to do this right, she will go to her mom's first. He worries Ava might take advantage of her again. She won't let that happen, but Ava doesn't answer her phone when Kiki calls. Michael offers to get her a key to Ava's room and will help her get her stuff at Sonny's. Morgan and Ava wake up in her room and both accept that they did it. She wonders what Carly would think if she found him there when there's a knock on the door and Carly calls out. Ava begs Morgan to get dressed but he refuses to hide from his mother. Carly's not afraid to use her master key and comes in after Morgan's hidden. Carly blames Ava for Sonny's troubles and getting him off of his lithium. It's the reason he broke Morgan's heart and ruined the wedding party. Ava announces the marriage is over. Carly inquires how when there's a bang from the other room. Ava says it's nothing but Carly thinks she knows who it is…Franco. She wants him to have the guts to face her but is surprised when Morgan comes out. Carly grasps at straws hoping it's the same as when she found Michael with Brenda. It's not, so she attacks Ava for being a predator. Morgan confesses he wanted to sleep with Ava and refuses to leave. Carly promises he'll have a front row seat when Ava's thrown out. Alone, Morgan offers to stick by Ava as he undresses her. Shortly, Michael and Kiki walk in as they start having sex again. In the hall, Carly bumps into Franco while she's on the phone with hotel security.

    Ava's having a drink in her room at the Metro Court pining over Silas when Morgan arrives. His marriage is over and he has nowhere to go. She thinks he should be with his wife but Morgan joins her for a drink instead, believing Kiki wants Michael now. He didn't create this problem and is angry he's lost everything because of one lie. His whole family is a bunch of hypocrites, especially Sonny. Ava wants him to give Sonny a chance to explain. He already did even though Michael is not his blood. Michael's first, Michael's best, and he deserves Kiki. Morgan decides Sonny's dead to him. Ava admits he has every right to be mad at his father but his father loves him – he shouldn't write him off. Morgan's been double-crossed and now his brother is with his wife 'doing who knows what'. Ava mentions the same is happening between her and Silas. She puts her hand on Morgan's knee and says, "You're not alone." Morgan's happy that Ava gets him; she's always been on his side. He has nobody, and neither does she. They kiss. She slaps him wondering what he's doing. He doesn't know or care and kisses her again and they undress. In the restaurant, Kiki's certain Morgan is not in the mood to talk after Michael leaves him a message to call. Michael tries to figure out why Sonny told the truth now. Kiki think she understands what Sonny did and admits they all lied. The truth is she loves Michael more. He knows exactly what she means – he loves her too. Now there is nothing standing in their way. Kiki disagrees. They're not free and she doesn't see how they can be together. Michael believes there are ways to fix this but Kiki doesn't want to come between him and his brother. Michael refuses to lose either of them. She warns him he's risking a lot. There'll be obstacles but he wants a chance. Kiki quickly says yes and kisses him. They wonder how they will do this. They don't have to decide now. Tonight is just for them.
