    While I realize Jason is still married, that's a paper work technically that Alexis can probably get annulled.


    Sorry do you know what an annullment is? Thats when you realize the marriage is a mistake and it hasnt been a long time since the marriage in question happened therefore you can get out because you realize it was a mistake. Jason and Sam had a long term relationship that stretches years into the past, and were and still are in love. That being said they would not go through with the DIVORCE that would be needed to end their relationship. Btw Elizabeth is with Dr Keenan and seems to like him very much, so while Jason and Elizabeth may be something that has happened and created a friendship that helps them both when they are feeling down the chances of them reverting to old ways of a relationship seems almost 0%


    A marriage can be annulled at ANY time.
    On the the Kennedy's had his marriage annulled after 20 years of marriage and 5 kids.
    Counselor.......


    The Kennedy annulment was thru the Catholic church not a civil annullment, believe me there is a differance....the standards of a church annullment are very differant


    The Catholic church frowns upon divorce and because it is not in the religion to break the vows of marriage which is "binding" as a contract however there are still strict rules that must be followed such as either party not wanting to have been married, i.e and arranged marriage. However after many years and children there have to be loop holes or other things exploited by lawyers before what could be considered an annulment can take place


    You dont need to tell me about the Catholic church I KNOW the Catholic church well. You CAN get a church allument thru the church after 20 years and 4 kids IF you met the standards for the ammullet wich is why you consult your priest. AN annullment thru the church is NOT a divorce, a divorce is thru the civil courts Not ALL church annullments are granted but those that are means you are free to re marry in the Catholic church
