the only thing i can think of is that (kelly monaco) played liwwie locke and tess ramsay on port charles as did (michael eastan) he played caleb morley. caleb (eastan) was a vanpire and he turned liwie (monaco) into a vanpire and now we have (kelly monaco) sam mcCall morgen and (michael eastan) john mcbain on gh idk if they are tieing them together

John and Sam don't know each other, but they did have a sense of deja vu because the writers were, indeed, referencing the fact that they played lovers Caleb and Livvie on Port Charles. It's great to see that ME and KM still have such great chemistry together.

Maybe they DO know each other. I was not watching then, but wasn't she a grifter when she first came on the show, marrying men for their money and mixed up in some shady activities? Maybe he was investigating her at one time when he was with the FBI.
