Watching Jason playing Patrick on the day of Robin's funeral was heartbreaking. Jason was so quite in his protrayal of Patrick's grief that it was breathtaking!! The scene where he is trying tie his tie and suddenly Robin is there helping him.
Just watching him sitting there with his eyes closed not wanting the moment to end had me in tears. That he was so quiet, so still, except for his tears, just broke my heart.

I feel that Jason's acting today was amazing, he managed to protray his heartbreak with out having to overact. Well done sir! You would almost have to be made of stone not to have been touched by those scenes today!!

ITA! JT really rocked those scenes today, they were as you said heartbreakingly beautiful. They really did tug at the heart strings. I am sure we will see even better acting at the funeral.

I also really enjoyed the Liz/Matt & Emma scene, I thought it was very nicely done. I think the funeral scenes are going to be very well done, its going to give justice to this horrible exit s/l.

I agree the Liz, Matt and Emma scenes were amazing too! Matt twirling for Emma when they were talking about guardian angels was perfect! It was so real, something I believe everyone has done at one point or another when trying to help a child through the grieving process.

I was just coming to start a thread about this! Jason Thompson KILLED me today. I was a complete mess during every one of the Patrick/"Robin" scenes. His acting was incredible - said so much with so few words. I am still in tears

Loved the Matt, Liz, and Emma scenes too, and also the Luke/Anna scenes. Everyone was on point today! Looking forward to (and always not, because it's going to be so sad) the next couple of days.

Yes exactly, you would do what you had to, to bring a smile to Emma's face. Tomorrow is definately going to be a day for a box of kleenex! I still can't believe Monica isn't going to the funeral? Can't you "pay it forward" after the ceremony. Seeing how she died to save your "son" and she was practically a part of your family!

Yes I agree with you however loved the scenes with Edward and Tracy. Edward's need/want to honour Robin was so touching and you could hear the sadness in his voice as he talked about everyone that wasn't there. Every now and again there are scenes that really show the love between Edward and Tracy, this was one of them. Also, loved how (sorry her name escapes me just now) the maid quietly took Tracy's bags back during that scene. Beautiful!

JT was so believeable today. I agree just heartbreakingly beautiful. It makes me almost believe that he loves her in real life, like they are a couple. It really says something when an actor can be that believeable.

I think they must have been close in real life though because in that interview with KM and JT he was teary. I wonder if they had just/or were going to shoot todays scenes. I think they said they were the final scenes. I would think that would have been completely draining for him IRL.

It is hard to believe scrubs are over.

It was a little on the freaky side to see Robin tie his tie on today's show(since she is supposed to be dead)!!It was sort of freaky, yet touching!!I wish they would find a way to keep Robin on,even as a ghost!!
