The insiders on DD who are dropping the spoilers about McBam being siblings keep referring to it as "Sam's paternity storyline" so I think that pretty much confirms that they're not changing Sam and Alexis' relationship. John's father was (from what I've a read) a cop and a good guy with a wife and 2 children. So they'd have to change his back story to suddently make him a guy who'd have an affair with a 15 year old (i.e. Statutory rape) or the type of guy who'd force himself on her. However, they could also have John find out HE was adopted and after some digging (maybe Sam helps him) discover his biological parents, and Alexis happens to spot the file on Sam's desk, she recognises the fathers name because he's Sam's father too and that kicks off that storyline. Either way it's very contrived and I hope they don't go down that route. |

And they do not necessarily have be siblings either. What if John' father (Sorry don't know his name) had a younger brother and HE is Sam's father? That would make Sam & John cousins. And maybe Sam & Johns sister shared some family traits (like similar eyes) and that is why John thinks he has seen her eyes before? |

I wanted Sam to go to her mothers instead of the same motel John was at. I'm tired of them throwing these two together everyday. |

I'd like Sam to have been adopted by the McBain's and then she "died" when she was young (like the article says) but really she didn't and the McCall's kidnapped her. Maybe Helena was behind it some how. But that way John might have some pictures of a young Sam that he can give to her who can then give them to Alexis! And we'll still get the real paternity reveal later down the line. |

Plus I think that at some point there was an investigation that showed that there where no records on Sam until she was a teenager....if she had been kidnapped (or hidden away) that would totally fit too because who ever took or had her would not have wanted any records on her, of any kind. |
