I just wanted Jason to punch him out  He did beat him up a few times (Zander was such a putz), One time Jason beat him senseless on the dock (Zander thought that he as so tough)and he left him lying moaning and writhing in pain but before Jason could take off Liz caught him and Jason had to leave quickly. When Jason left Liz heard Zander moaning and found him. Liz and Jason had a chat over what he did to Zander and why later. It was almost as good as his beat down of Lucky (yeah he had to beat lucky up too because Lucky pulled a knife on and kept on attacking Jason). I do not condone violence but Zander and Lucky were foils to Liason getting together and I did not feel too bad when Jason when all stone cold on their a$$ |

I agree with you. I know I've said it before but it's worth repeating. If anyone know what's it's like to lose a child it's Elizabeth. Faith pushed her down the stairs when she was pregnant with Ric's baby and she lost it. Carly went off her rocker and ran in front of the car Elizabeth was in while pregnant with Jax's baby, causing an accident and Elizabeth to lose the baby. The biggest heartache of all, having almost 5 years raising Jake and then losing him like she did. Yes Sam has lost two children at childbirth, (I know her child is actually alive but on screen she doesn't know that). I feel that Sam only really started bonding with the baby towards the end of her pregnancy. I'm not a Sam fan but I like her better when she is being a b!tch. I bought her grief more with the loss of Sonny's baby than this baby. I don't know if it's because Becky Herbst is a mother in real life or not but I feel that because of that she can draw on how she would feel if she truly lost one of her children. The loss of Jake are the scenes that were submitted for her Emmy nomination and I really hope she wins. |

I should have been there, I should have watched them more closely, I shouldn't have taken them on whatever activity we were at etc. I would feel significant blame and guilt. But no, whatsherface just immediately looks outward. It was never her fault she decided to check into a seedy motel so close to her due date. It isn't her fault she didn't include Jason from the start. It isn't her fault she demanded they have no guards on their honeymoon etc. She never takes responsibility for her choices. No matter how irrational or how innocent Elizabeth is in the situation at least she owns it. She feels responsible for all her decisions, not just the good ones. |

Also, Becky just sells it you feel what she feels. I cried when she miscarried her baby with Ric and I bawled my eyes out when Jake was hit and she just kept folding and unfolding his shirt.
