JaSam and Sam Spoilers

I kinda agree with that given all the angst they have gone through and are going to continue to struggle with. But you never know John is the all around boy scout and he let pain turn him into a drunk who threw his affair with Kelly in Natalie's face, so anything is possible, but the idea is Jason loves Sam with all his heart and hopefully he's a good enough guy that he wouldn't use his friend as revenage or rebound sex. I can see them implying it and there being some confusion where Sam thinks they did and it hinders their reunion only for her to find out later that he in fact remained true to her despite her telling Liz she can have him and throwing divorce papers at him. Now that would be a music swelling love story reveal, imo

He probably gets hold of the results that Heather has been keeping with her. I suppose that could be possible, but I can't really see him worrying about it too much. He's already participating in making a woman think her baby is dead when it isn't. Then again learning that the baby is actually the son of a mob enforcer might just give you pause for thought! I think the paternity could be a factor for Todd. If you remember, he didn't want to have any part in the baby switch till Heather told him Jason didn't want to raise a baby that wasn't his and Sam was probably there in the woods to abandon her baby, she told Todd he would be doing the baby a favor by taking it. So if he finds out Jason IS the father his guilt may go into overdrive. IMO |

John gets involved in recovering Sam's baby but he's going to be working with Anna to take down Joe Jr, too. But Joe, Jr. ultimately is about Skate and what he did to Kate, and her kid. I'm telling you what I know. Joe Jr is the mobster who killed John's sister and he's obsessed with bringing him to justice. It's why he comes back to PC and fights with Natalie. It's why he teams up with Anna again. Sonny will want vengeance and that's how RC will separate and still pit them against each other because they won't agree on how to take down Joe Jr. John warns Jason and Sonny to stay out of his way. The baby stuff with Sam is a big part of John's story but it's not all of it not even close. Now I'm out- I'm tell you i saw this coming in my head while watching it. i kept thinking sonny isn't telling John the whole story and it would keep flipping back to Connie and her meltdown and i thought sonny is going to drop this "what happens inthe mob world stays in the mob world" mentality as soon as he hears what joe jr did to Kate. I could see him fessing up more of the story to John in hopes to use his anger to work for sonny to help him take Joe Jr down, but it's true John would have very differnt ideas of how to do it that are not in line with Sonnys. John's always been a "by the book" cop. Side note: i still think Sonny's story was lame, if I had been john I would have looked at him with an "are you F'n serious!?" look on my face and ask why should he believe Sonny's story that so conveniently lays the blame at the foot of someone who is nearly impossible to locate. I hope RC doesn't ruin this sibling reveal because all of a sudden he has more time to play with the script, it's going to end up being like one of those movies that went an hour too long. |

IMO I was thinking the same thing, Todd's not heartless and the guilt will get to him, but he's also been kinda a wus when backed into a corner or threatened with blackmail at time I think Heather's crazy will be hard for him to consider taking on especially given that he has incentive to keep the secret (repairing his relationship with tea after killing victor) Plus i bet Heather knowing all about Todd's past will throw him off his game and render him a bit powerless to come clean. Also there is no love loss between Todd and Sonny so i can see him using Jason's connection to Sonny as a way to justify keeping the secret. He may feel sorry for Sam, but he proably doesn't give a crap about Jason. This Heather, Todd, Alison, Mitch lawrence, Sam, Tea, Victor, Jason, Robin, (Possibly Hope?) and baby Jasam story is getting a bit too complicated and we don't even know all the facts yet and from what it sounds like it's not even the big finale ending story. Well at least it's not going to be boring, gotta give RC some kudos for that. |

But the hints were all there, from the moment we found out John had a sister who was dead. Everytime John talked about the sister, the next scene would be Sam. The connection thing was/is played too often after the first two nods to Kelly/ME of PC days. I know! How could it not be MORE obvious, Hell the scene where he said goodbye they ended it with her asking him yet again about feeling like they knew each other, it was damn near like Kelly breaking character and looking right into the camera and saying "HELLO!? This is where i bascially hint to john he can't leave because our twist hasn't been revealed yet!" But if RC is going to continue to moneky with us for a few more moneths than i say he better not make the reveal lame. |

Heading to bed, but i just wanted to post one last time to say thank you to everyone who welcomed me with such warth and said kind words about my posts and thoughts. You never know with some message boards, and soap fans are the most passionate and therfore it can be a little unearving to join a forum and not be afraid of offending someone. I hope in time that the more hardcore GH fans can appreicate the richer storylines that the OLTL cast merge will create as they interact with your beloved GH cast. Remember you aren't losing time with your old cast, you're gaining a larger fanbase who might tip the scales and help keep GH on the air longer than expected. Think positive |

I think the fact that GH has been given a reprieve has allowed RC to want to rework the storyline to make it bigger. And IMO, that would just not be the siblings reveal but also with the father s/l for Sam (and John) and bringing Alexis into it, and possibly a couple more characters besides Jason and Sonny. And that is why I think it's been delayed. Add to the fact that HNY has stressed that September is the blockbuster month as they have to show the network the numbers.. I think FV/RC are reworking the storyline while keeping it intact in terms of the foundation of the stories. Also, it gives them time to work on some returns. HNY has dropped before that the initial storyboard was for Sam's father to be someone from GH's past. I think RC will find a way to tie it "Thomas McBain" and a character from GH's past to be the same man. Curious how RC is going to work his way into that. |

I am liking the OLTL cast integration especially Todd! Love Todd! This character has so many layers to him. Even when he's bad, he's so charming. lol! RH is an awesome talented actor. i didn't mind Starr yesterday. I think for me, it's when Starr (or Tea) starts screeching that I can't stand them. lol. |
